If any of these were true, why Balasubramaniam chose to talk about this on PKR platform? Why did he not do it on the stand in court, since he was a prosecution witness?

What is clear is that PKR is clearly undermining the societal norms in Malaysia. What PKR is saying is that use the system only when it is advantageous and condemn it when it is not.
I fear that if and ever they come to power, the more likely scenario will be anarchy. Malaysia will go backwards again no thanks to them. The prime examples are in Africa. Countries which gained independence the same time as Malaysia did progress until some yoyo felt that it was not democratic enough. End result… look at Ghana… it is resource-rich but development poor.

Being in Government means having the ability of governing the country by democratic means. What PKR is doing can only be best described as wanting to have an authoritarian regime in power. Lest they forget, in the 12th General Election, it was Barisan Nasional that was returned to power.
Yes, the Opposition was voted in at five states (note, the term is voted in) but that is it. They have yet to demonstrate any meaningful action which I can interpret as being a good government. Show us that you are worthy of being in government, show us that you are better than the current and previous government and the people will vote you in.
From what I have read and seen so far, all the Pakatan Rakyat governments have done so far is to demonstrate their ability to find fault and continuously blaming the previous administrations for the quagmire that they are in.Instead of fixing the problem, they are more interested in finding someone to blame. I don’t call this good governance at all. Fix the problem, don’t keep blaming everyone else. That is management 101.
Furthermore, in the 12th General Election, 51% of the people gave their mandate to Barisan Nasional, If PKR and the unholly alliance of theirs wants to be in government, then do it the right way. Stop talking about seizing power.
To me, this is the question that begs to be answered. Does PKR and its unholy alliance want to force the people under its rule when it seizes power? That is very undemocratic, unless of course PKR choses to be a stooge of a foreign government.
This is Malaysia and the people have chosen who they had wanted for Government. PKR should stop talking about seizing the government. Bear in mind more than half of the voting public had voted in Barisan. Unless of course there is something that Pakatan is hiding.

I am one of the people who resides in Malaysia, and am a citizen of Malaysia and I do not believe in what PKR and Pakatan wants.

The entire prosecution team who was NOT criminal lawyers (at least not Penal Code specialists) was carefully selected to replace the experienced criminal team, cause the other earlier team cannot be trusted to NOT ask relevant questions. And just to be safe, better change to a more CORRECT judge.

TWO very critical question on this SD!!!!!!!
Number 1: Telling one own secrets
This Bala is hardly close to both Razak and Najib. Razak had just employed him for specific purpose. Razak as a client, has no obligation to tell all these “details” to justify whatever instructions he directed to Bala. This is clear cut.
These “details” are so critical involving Najib, that one would never revealed to anyone, especially someone you just hired. Does not make sense.
Number 2:
I would imagine Bala’s life is in real danger since he appear to know what Altantuya knew. Realistically ( borrowing Anwar’s logic ) Bala should have been in hiding in the Turkish Embassy since 2006, right after Altantuya murder. If he knew everything, he should have be C4ed too along with Altantuya. (RPK – read this!) . But hey, he’s a hire man to do just what he’s paid for.
Having read Bala SD, if there’s all there is, then there’s nothing substantial to add to the court case. The case is already closed while we wait for the judgment.
The Balak’s (sorry Bala) honesty is very much doubted since he had his chance to say it out in court and he did not. Even if he did, as per the SD, there’s too much hear say and unlikely to stand in court. Those who have been involved in making police reports and taking up cases without written and solid evidences would know the difficulties in taking up such cases.

1. Part of a consistent smear/ slur campaign to caste doubt on certain top personalities by reinvigorating fruitless discussions on the case and to catch public attention by blowing certain perspectives out of proportion to get the psychological impact.
2. A desperate attempt together with the PKR SD to caste doubt on the credibility of the case handled by court and the other hands of the law.
3. Suitably crafted in both SD’s, the continuous (mis)use of SD’s to put forward a point irrespective of their entire truthfulness show’s the sophistication of DSAI/ PKR’s in misusing the law and in this case the purpose of SD; expect future refinement and heavier penalties in the misuse of statutory declarations
Truth will hopefully prevail in this country for the betterment of the rakyat.
Enough of such foolish sagas, the present focus for UMNO is to consolidate the akar umbi in bringing down PM as the branch elections is just round the corner. well first thing i think you should be more responsible in your post. i know that sometimes we tend to get carried away in our emotions when writing. but pls check your sources. and also get your facts right and thourough. the thing is you should know that the court is not like a pasar where one could just shout anything they want. you have to understand the process first before critisizing people. you can only answer things that are asked of you by the prosecution. this is where the ’supression of evidence’ comes in where the prosecutor has the responsibility to ask the questions to get to the truth. in this case he didnt. now why he didnt do so, ill leave that up to you to decide since you clearly have a very good imagination and a clear drive for the truth by disregarding the due process.
secondly, to answer why he chose the pkr platform, i guess that you are unaware that in this country, where the media is ‘controlled’, there is not many platforms to actually get your opinions or in this case a sworn statement to the public. i guess it would be kinda funny if hee had chose to go to a barisan platform as it is about one of their ‘beloved’ leader. this might seemed very biased.

I only managed to read a few comments and decided to stop. R u guys for real? Really? It is not about one or two individuals. It is about fundamental breaches. Halo…these affect you an me and if left uncheck the effect will be on our tab. It has already started to show and the most obvious example is the rise in our cost of living. Semua naik only gaji tak naik. Why is this happening. Can we blame it all on the rise in crude oils prices?? Come on, we have to be above these things and not let ourselves get embroiled in the unending quest for power by some people. To me, we should have 2 party system. One party wins one election forms govt and if not good then get booted out and replaced by next party. To put it simply it is better to have 2 nasi lemak seller rather than one so that there can be competition, we the consumer/people/rakyat will untung.
