The political-chaos in Kinta Valley went into further complicated mode, nearing insanity level. Power-crazy recently deposed DAP-puppet MB Dato’ Seri Nizar Jamaluddin and his band-of-bandits Exco did something really mad earlier today., on top of being derhaka and ingkar. They held a special session of State Government Exco meeting at the MB’s residence in Ipoh.

Nizar holds special meeting with his ‘excos’

By SYLVIA LOOI

IPOH: The new Perak state government may have been sworn in but it was business as usual for the former Pakatan Rakyat state government.

Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin, who has steadfastly refused to relinquish his post, chaired a special ‘exco’ meeting at the Mentri Besar official residence in Ipoh on Saturday.

Nizar said the special meeting, among others, approved the extension of land lease for industrial plots from the current 30 or 60 years to 99 years.

The ‘state government’, Nizar said, also approved the appointment of 342 councillors for the 15 local councils in the state.

The Sultan Azlan Shah Airport in Ipoh would also be revived with low-cost carrier Firefly flying into the airport from May 15, added Nizar.

“The state is paying RM2.7mil to Firefly as contribution to the carrier to fly into the airport,” he said, adding that the carrier would be flying to Singapore and Subang.

To a question, Nizar said there would be no problems in implementing the decisions passed during the special meeting.

“The state agencies have to concede to the government of the day and the question of them not implementing the decisions does not arise,” he said, adding that the minutes of Saturday’s would be sent to the respective departments for implementation.

On the swearing-in of Barisan Nasional exco on Tuesday, Nizar said Barisan should wait for a declaration by the High Court on the matter.

“If they go ahead and swear-in the exco, we will be the only government in the world with two mentri besars.

“I will still report for work on Tuesday as Tuesday is our meet the clients day,” he added.

On Thursday HRH Paduka Seri Sultan Perak instructed DAP-puppet MB Nizar and his Exco that they have been summarily relieved of their duties, as the former convinced that BN had majority support of the Perak State Assembly. Yesterday afternoon, amidst strong chaos created by Pakatan Rakyat (PR) supporters and radical militants outside Istana Iskandariah, Kuala Kangsar, BN nominated new Perak MB Dato’ Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir swore in as the 10th Menteri Besar. This was done in accordance with the State Consitution, in the presence of a High Court Judge.

The PR master-dramatists made it even more interesting when DAP Chairman Karpal Singh announced that PR will take HRH Paduka Seri Sultan Perak and MB Dr. Zambry to court, for the dismissal of DAP-puppet Nizar and the Exco and new appointment, despite it was carried out based on the State Constitution. However, this  unprecendented UTMOST BIADAP move became very unfavourable, that PR leaders Anwar and Nizar within hours decided to dismiss this action and instead announce will seek an audience with his HRH for “consultation”.

DAP-puppet MB Nizar no longer has the jurisdiction to hold the State Government Exco meetings, nor the authority pass anything on behalf of the State Government. The four issues that were passed this morning will have serious and far reaching implications, especially it involves the local authorities and land matters. This attempted confusion will drag Perak into a further and deeper complications and unprecedented legal tussle, because of these childish and immature political pranks, where else the focus should be on the recovery in these bad economic times expected. This is very counter-productive and something Perak can really do without. Infact the entire legal, political and adminstrative system Perak will head towards collapse in these mad PR leaders carry on in this manner!

This ludicrous sordid political prank has set a very dangerous precedence in Perak and Malaysian politics  in general. From now on, where ever  or whenever Perak citizens of ten able bodied persons sits around, they could pass anything on behalf of the Perak State Government. The next Exco meeting deposed DAP-puppet MB Nizar should be held in Tanjong Rambutan instead of the MB’s official residence. This utter madness really warrants these eight men to be infirmed in the institution!

These power-crazy Pakatan Rakyat leaders will do anything and everything to gain attention, even do political stunts which are deemed so immatured. Of course, whenever any action taken against them, they will cry foul and attract international attention that they have been politically victimised and Government use the law to rule. This is the same strategy the incorrigible  former power-abuse convict Anwar Ibrahim deployed since his sacking as the Deputy Prime Minister on 2 September 1998.

All for the rest of us, this is what Pakatan Rakyat is all about. They have very little regard for anything, which include the law, rule of law and respect, adherence and loyalty to the HRH Royal Household. Pakatan Rakyat power-crazy leaders are ONLY INTERESTED IN HAVING POWER, EVEN AT THE EXPENSE OF  DEFYING LAW, SANITY AND CIVILITY!

*Updated Sunday 800am.

This deposed DAP-puppet MB Nizar should be arrested and sent for psychiatric evaluation immediately. His madness is escalating to unimaginable proportions and now without doubt, he is a menace to society. He plan to continue ‘work’ status quo, despite being sacked by HRH Paduka Seri Sultan for failure to command majority of support in the Perak State Assembly. This clearly shows the attitude of Pakatan Rakyat leaders, who is willing to jeopardise anything and everything, for their own power-craze.

God help us all!

Pakatan Rakyat still conducts duties as Perak government

IPOH: The new Perak Mentri Besar has been sworn in but it was business as usual for the former Pakatan Rakyat state government.

Investors and people and entities dealing with and dependent on the Perak State Government will now get sucked into this far reaching conundrum, with added adrenaline-injected variables of lies, distortion and manipulation of facts and sordid legal and political gambit. This clearly shows the attitude of Pakatan Rakyat leaders, who is willing to jeopardise anything and everything, for their own power-craze addictions!

God help us all!

  1. Who sold the Semenanjung to the British with the Pangkor treaty. This is the puppet who gave many Malay woman a chance to savour big white cocks.
Today the puppet who sold out the Malays to the British
has a relative who is selling his state to UMNO.

    Daulat Tuanku

  2. It really looks like the winners get to take all, including the privilege of pushing the blame and accusations of being ONLY INTERESTED IN HAVING POWER, EVEN AT THE EXPENSE OF DEFYING LAW, SANITY AND CIVILITY! to the other party. Spurred on by the euphoria of their victory won through illegitimate, underhanded means, the robbers of democracy now have the audacity accuse the rightfully-elected government of illegal and immoral tricks. Welcome to Bolehland, where everything also boleh!

You are completely missing the point!

When BN lost Kedah, Pulau Pinang on 8 March 2008 etc, they accepted defeat and conceded. Koh Tsu Koon and Mahadzir Md. Khir were at the swearing in ceremony, like gentlemen. No BN protesters. No BN supporters acting like barbarics, stopping HRH’s entorurage from entering the Palace. No BN supporters showing HRH the finger and lying on the road!

When Pakatan Rakyat lost Perak (upon direct instruction of HRH Paduka Seri Sultan, who exercised his decree based on the State Constitution), they resort to derhaka and ingkar. MB Nizar, who earlier said “I will accept all HRH’s decision”, resorted to derhaka and ingkar. They did anything and everything, even unthinkable (which include Karpal’s BIADAPNESS – wanting to take HRH to court), just to unsure they get the attention in their sordid attempt to come back into power.

That is what all these are about!

  3. Dear all,
It just the rightist party fear the leftist party now and doing everything they can to stop the leftist party of taking over.

The leftist is people party, the rightist are the capitalist pigs in control now.

    From,
    Mao Tze Dong

  4. I’m a little confused. If Nizar is really the “boneka” of the DAP why is there such stone-throwing fury among the Perak Malays? The crowds, etc. are 90% Malay. Hmm .. does not compute. But I suppose we all see what we want to see. And when we see what we don’t want to see we resort to name-calling, rhetoric, slandering, etc. etc. Really relevant. Yaaaawn. Whatever.

The incident was just after Friday prayers, infront of the Ubudiah Mosque in Kuala Kangsar. Of course 90% of them are Malays.

Just to add a point, 90% of these people are also non Perakians. Means they are imported trouble. No different from “Reformasi” days!

  5. Big Dog continues to miss the point.

BN lost Kedah and Pulau Pinang due to ELECTIONS. They were trounced at the ballot box via the process of democracy. The rakyat said “Enough – get the hell out”. PR won those states and BN was handed a whipping by the rakyat.

Is this what happened at Perak? No. Seeking to equate PR’s legitimate election victory with BN’s underhanded tactics only shows the extent of your bias and the severity of your delusion. Like the cowards you are, BN did not even dare to seek a mandate from the rakyat, choosing instead to snatch a cheap victory through disgusting means. Are you really so surprised that the rakyat is protesting, Big Dog? Get this into your head: Perakians threw you out during the 2008 elections. Hiding behind the sultan does you no good because like you, the sultan no longer respects the wishes of his people. Raja adil raja disembah, raja zalim raja disanggah. You can try to sneak back like the shameless rats you are. You can try to pretend that just because you are in control now means that people agree to your rule, never mind the fact that you bypassed the democratic process to seize power. I promise you this: we may be powerless to stop you now, but the rakyat will remember this display of cowardice and treachery. And the time will come for you to pay the price.

Yes, BN lost in Perak. Now, HRH Paduka Seri Sultan Perak saw no merits on dissolving the State Assembly, even for fresh elections. As a man who was trained to administer law, HRH is convinced that Nizar no longer has the majority in the State Assembly and should be given to an elected representive who is. HRH already met with all 28 BN and three defected PR ADUNs (who are now independent and convinced that they are willing to support BN to rule).

This is the Westminster system, whether you people like it or not. You people selective pick and choose simplistic approaches, where else confuse and complicates on other things, as long as you can be in power!

Well, for once, PR’s game backfire upon themselves!

No one is hiding behind HRH Paduka Seri Sultan Perak. He is a man who on his own merits rose to point where he understand law and Constitution. Of course, as a Sovereign Ruler, he has his own jurisdiction. Now he has decreed, on this mess. Live with it!

  6. Malaysia’s ruling coalition is now scared of even its own people. It’s reached the point where BN does not even have the balls to ask the rakyat for a mandate, choosing instead to entice the elected representatives. And now the cowards actually have the audacity to condemn the rakyat for opposing this shameful skulduggery! According to you the rakyat should just lie down and be trampled over by the BN no matter what it does!

If you have neither the sportsmanship nor courage to call for state elections, Big Dog, you have no right to complain when the rakyat protest. Simple as that.

This “enticing” game is Anwar’s game! Not BN’s. Remember Anwar’s promise of gaining control the Federal Government by 16 September 2008? How would he want to do that? Planned ‘cross over’ of 30 MPs from BN to PR, especially Sabah and Sarawak.

Now, that gambit failed. In Perak, 3 ADUNs, for their own reasons, no longer want to be with PR. So the balance tipped over. As simple as that.

The rakyat’s protest should end when HRH Paduka Seri Sultan Perak made his decision and decree. Afterall, Nizar promised on TV to abide what ever HRH Paduka Seri Sultan Perak’s decision, when he first sought audition on Wednesday. When HRH Paduka Seri Sultan Perak decided against his favour and wishes, PR leaders went to antagonize the emotions of the rakyat!

That’s what here we in BigDogDotCom is highlighting. PR leaders are simply power-craze addicts!

  7. It’s all about Pakatan not the Rakyat!

Bloody hypocrites. When frogs jump their way, good good.
When the opposite happens, undemocratic lah this lah that lah.

    Makes me sick.

And what worse. In Perak, the Malays yang sibuk baring atas jalan pegang bendera Palestine lah pulak. It’s Malays vs Malays while the respected races Chinese and Indians who have the biggest stake in Perak, look on as their PR minions do the dirty work for them. Sad case.

  8. Kepada mereka yang tuduh kaum lain tak bantah, SAYA SERU dengan kuat-kuatnya: JANGAN TERPEDAYA DENGAN MEDIA ARUS PERDANA YANG DIMILIKI UMNO.

BUKAK MINDA, BUKAK YOUTUBE, BUKAK MALAYSIAKINI, BUKAK THE MALAYSIAN INSIDER.

YANG BANTAH KAT MASJID MESTILAH ORANG MELAYU. ORANG CINA DAN INDIA HORMAT MASJID DAN ISLAM TAK MAHU MASUK CAMPUR DI SANA.

ORANG CINA DAN INDIA BANTAH KAT LOKASI-LOKASI LAIN.

    PAHAM?

ORANG CINA BUAT BANTAHAN KAT MENTERI BESAR umno ZAMBRY, TAU TAK? DIORANG BANTAH BINA KUBUR UNTUK DEMOKRASI DEPAN MUKA DIA. TENGOK DI SINI.

    Jangan terpedaya dengan propaganda UMNO.

  10. Ipoh being my hometown and Perak as where I come from, the current developement in Perak had got my attentions. Even I am busy with my studies doing my second degree overseas, I have been reading the state’s constitution, and in respond to what you have posted, anybody who can read knows who the real valid MB should be. The MB still holds office until he resign or the DUN voted vote of no confident on him. So for now, being a Anak Perak, I reconise Dato’ Seri Nizar as valid MB of Perak.

  11. Big Dog,
How much should BN offer the non-malay wakil?? 3~4 million is too low an offer. Looking at the situation in Perak, I think the offer should be 10 million.

    BN ‘poaching’ for more defectors
    Andrew Ong | Feb 7, 09 4:55pm

Just as the defection dust is settling in Perak, several Pakatan Rakyat state representatives have come forward to claim that the new Barisan Nasional state government is not done fishing for defectors.

According to Pakatan sources, BN is in urgent need of non-Malay state representatives to cross over in order to avoid an overwhelmingly mono-ethnic BN line-up.

BN has 27 representatives from Umno and one from MCA. Of its three ‘friendly’ independents, two are Malay while one is Chinese.

One non-Malay Pakatan state representative claimed that an individual claiming to be a representative from BN made him a lucrative offer yesterday.

The package included a position on the state executive council (exco) line-up and RM3 million.

“All I had to do was become an independent and support BN without having to join any of their parties. He said that if I was an exco, I could service the people better,” said the state representative on condition of anonymity last night.

He added that he was then instructed to approach another non-Malay Pakatan state representative in order to convince him to defect.

The second non-Malay Pakatan state rep was offered RM4 million. The RM1 million extra was because the package did not include an exco post.

    From,
An Old Malay in a modern government

  12. Your whole argument rests on “the sultan said so”.

If you are not hiding behind the sultan, then explain the situation. Tell us why this coup d’etat is not the shameful and immoral affair it is. Tell us how does this serve the wishes of the people. You cannot, because hiding behind the sultan is exactly what you’re doing. Yes, the sultan is a sacred person to many. I can see why he makes such a convenient carpet for UMNO to sweep its dishonorable actions beneath.

Why did the sultan say so? Because the BN cowards distorted the balance of power via undemocratic means. The pro-BN ADUNs do not represent the will of the people; even the vegetable sellers at the pasar now refuse to do business with Hee Yit Foong’s mother. BN does not dare to seek the people’s mandate, choosing instead to backdoor their way into power. Who are the real power-crazed addicts, Big Dog? Is it the legitimately-elected government who garnered the majority of votes at the elections, or the one who bypassed the democratic process to squirm back even though the people rejected them, to wrest power regardless of the means, the one to whom everything else is irrelevant as long as they hold power? It’s no wonder BN can welcome even leaders like Robert Mugabe to Malaysia for his vacation! Birds of a feather flock together.

The sultan is but one man, and UMNO a party humiliated at the polls. But together they denied the collective voice of the Perak people, and usurped power from the “power-hungry” PR state administration. At the end, to the victor go the spoils, and the right to write history books lie with the winners. UMNO has won, and with that victory comes the privilege to call the PR state government “power-crazed addicts”.

Yes, BN has won. They can act smug about it and demand other people accept their victory – as illegitimate and underhanded as it may have been – and their spin-meisters such as yourself are accusing people of being “power hungry” and “derhaka” when they object against this foul play. The BN fears the ballot box, for it is where they have been and will be undone, and they can try to run from it. But suffice to say – they cannot hide.

  14. Dear Big Bro,

Indeed. That is what Pakatan Rakyat is all about. They’re totally junk. I wonder how their mad and stupid followers are thinking all these times. What a pathetic.

  15. Dear Solcrot or whatever your name are,

“Rakyat protest?”

Mungkin sebab inilah orang UMNO hanya tahu nampak pendatang sahaja.

Comments are welcomed. However name calling, especially profanity is not acceptable here. Consider this a LAST WARNING!

  17. For a blog post that started off with labeling people as “mad” and “insane”, Big Dog now seeks the moral high ground to warn other people against name-calling. Oh, the irony…

Anwar wrote a letter to Badawi, requesting an emergency sitting of the Parliament. Did Najib/BN do this?

After his first letter was ignored, Anwar then requested a dissolution of the Parliament for fresh elections to be held. Did Najib/BN do this?

The answer is “no” to both counts. Democratic and constitutional measures have been entirely bypassed in BN’s case. Bush Jr’s solution to Iraq was to invade before considering diplomatic, peaceful options. Likewise, BN’s solution is to resort to underhanded tactics FIRST. Democratic means were not only not considered at all, they were BLOCKED from taking place and crossed off the list of options even as a last resort.

  19. Petikan dari Tukar Tiub:

“mat saheh Kuasa Lama tidak berpuas hati. Dendam kesumat berkobar-kobar.

  23. i agree that the right solution should have been to go to the people and make them decide. What is BN afraid of?
