Pakatan Rakyat Primates monkeying again….

They have done it again.  Despite that the Perak BN Government has been legally installed with the a Speaker, Chief-of-Storm-stirer and deposed Speaker Sivakumar called for an illegal Perak State Assembly this morning. When they were barred to enter the Perak State Assembly by the authorities as there exist an injunction with a 30 metre restrictive order put in place by the Perak courts which was applied by the Perak State Secretariat, the usual and expected theatrics took place.

Hence, in their sordid attempt to attract international attention, this time they convened the illegal assembly in a hotel instead under a tree.

Perak ‘assembly’: Pakatan convenes meeting in hotel, 3 reps arrested

IPOH: Pakatan Rakyat managed to ‘convene’ a meeting of the state legislative assembly at the Heritage Hotel Wednesday.

Its 27 assemblymen, led by former Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Nizar Jamaluddin, had arrived at the state secretariat building at 9am but were not allowed in by police who were armed with a court order to stop any gathering within a 30m radius of the building.

Police detained six people, including Sitiawan assemblyman Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham, Malim Nawar assemblyman Keshvinder Singh and Simpang Pulai assemblyman Chan Ming Kai.

Former Speaker V. Sivakumar presided at the sitting at the hotel.

In the morning, Pakatan’s lawyer Chan Kok Keong had rushed to the magistrate’s court to secure an order to set aside an earlier order that banned any gathering outside the state assembly building.

Here is an account of what transpired:

01.37am: The sitting is adjourned by Sivakumar after proposal from Mohd Nizar until further notice.

11.45am: “Dewan sitting” begins with entry of Sivakumar into the “hall”, which is actually a function room at the hotel. Sivakumar now presiding. All Pakatan state assemblymen turn up except for those arrested and Titi Serong assemblyman Dr Khalil Idham Lim Abdullah who is performing the umrah. There are three items on the agenda that will be debated.

11.00am: Mohd Nizar, Sivakumar and several assemblymen are trying to enter FRU headquarters at Sungai Senam to meet arrested representatives.

10.30am: Former speaker V. Sivakumar says they will go ahead and hold state assembly meeting at the Heritage Hotel at 11.30am. He says that he has to invoke the doctrine of necessity because they were barred from entering the building.

10.20am: Besides Ngeh, Keshvinder and photographer Tan, Simpang Pulai assemblyman Chan Ming Kai and two supporters are also arrested. Representatives proceed back to DAP headquarters where a press conference is held.

Mohd Nizar continues to reiterate that police court order only applies to supporters and representatives cannot be stopped from entering state assembly hall.

He adds that they did not call for a gathering but for a state assembly meeting to be held.

10.13am: Malim Nawar assemblyman Keshvinder Singh is arrested. Mohd Nizar tells state representatives to disperse.

10.07am: Ngeh is arrested by police.

10.00am: Police and Pakatan representatives face off 100m outside state secretariat building. Shouting and shoving ensues. A Nanyang Siang Pau photographer Stanley Tan is arrested.

Argument persists. Former mentri besar Datuk Seri Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin and Perak DAP chief Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham have a shouting match with police.

Ngeh argues that police court order only for supporters as Section 24 of the Penal Code states that no representative can be stopped from entering state assembly hall.

Ngeh also says that the order obtained under section 98 of the Criminal Procedure Code has to first be gazetted under Section 90. Police admit that the order has not been gazetted but continue to push them back.

09.45am: Pakatan representatives start marching towards the state secretariat building from the Perak DAP headqurters.

8.00am: Pakatan Rakyat’s lawyer Chan Kok Keong is at the magistrate’s court to secure the order to set aside the magistrates court order on Tuesday which granted the police the right to stop any gathering within 30m radius of the Perak state secretariat building fence perimeter, including Jln Istana stretching to Poi Lam school, from 1am Wednesday to 11am Thursday.

Will these Pakatan Rakyat Primates ever stop? Seriously, when will they be resp0nsible politicians and start to think for the rakyat instead of themselves and their incredibly sordid politics?

The fact is that, the national GDP is expected to contract between 5-6% for the year. And Perak would never be spared from this economic crisis. There are so much thoughts and action plans yet to be implemented so that all the industries residing within Perak are able to weather this economic storm, aggregate demand is maintained, productivity is improved and most of all, the workforce are utilised to the maximum level possible. Household net income needed to be maintained if not improved, epecially in these trying times. All these politicking is very counter productive for the development of the rakyat and state of Perak.

The fact is that during the media conference, when asked by the press what is the Pakatan Rakyat development plans, state budget and goodies installed for the rakyat and state of Perak, they were simply stunned! Deposed DAP-puppet-MB Nizar Jamluddin simply flabbergasted!

Perakians at large no longer bothered who is in power. They are more concerned of their own well being. Again it is proven, Pakatan Rakyat Primates are all about them assuming power, playing politics  and nothing else. Nothing for the state. Nothing for the development plan. Nothing for progress. Nothing for the rakyat!

Seriously, how else can these Pakatan Rakyat Primates be seen as anything short of “Disobedient and ungrateful Malaysians”? They exhaustively used all possible channels they could get their hands on but still failed to remain in power. They respect neither the law, legitimate lawmakers, the courts, process the law, the law enforcement agencies and authorities which include the State Secretariat and even custodian of the state, HRH Paduka Seri Sultan. They even advocated to bring back the “Butcher of Malaya”.

These Pakatan Rakyat Primates in their sordid attempt of being ingkar and derhaka, have put the state of Perak in peril!

  1. This is expected, a continuing display of arrogance by “penderhaka”s to salvage a silver sampan that has sunken deep in the Perak river. These state assemblymen were out, as usual, to no good while taking advice from the Fallen One and the Bar Council. While the Fallen One has been kept in checked, firm action has been taken on those BC desperados who deemed themselves as the guardians of constitution. Thus those arrested must be dealt firmly with sedition even if they are people’s representatives- they are apparently challenging to be slammed with the ISA in a bid to secure more public attention and causing emotional turmoil.

That’s part of the grand plan of the unholy pact in continuing fishing votes. See the desperate attempt to have a by election in Kedah and the spine chilling call by a senile spiritual leader for PAS to be revamped into a multi racial party; fantastic this senile will open up his Islamic party to all races. Without doubt, the Black Goblin will manipulate Public Inquiry to demonstrate that the MACC was responsible for the death of his DAP comrade even if he and his BC advisers makes a fool of themselves in ignoring the explicit evidence of the experts so as to stir up Chinese sentiments. The section 23 temple issues are but attempts by the disillusioned 2 Ks and Xavier to fish the votes of the minority Indians even if it despairs the sentiments of the majority.

There’s no two ways to deal with such penderhaka – be firm with these outlaws, slam them hard with sedition where necessary. True – they are primates living with their own laws of the jungles while hardly contributing to the revival of the economy. The PM has clutched their economic impotency when he recently announced the worst is over for the Malaysian economy- that has send shivers to the unholy alliance.

P.S I was watching Sivakumar’s facial expression during his press conference, he surely looked like a fool and high on drugs.

  2. Hey Nusantra supporting boy,
any comment of about the relations with Indonesia?

    • Hey nutcase, those few people are paid by agent provocateurs.

PM Najib has warned that these agents are out to disrupt the GOOD relations with Indonesia.

      • Ok…who paid them? Are we paying the others to have GOOD relations; perhaps we should up the quantum so we can have PRO Malaysia demos instead.

  3. Most serious case of mentally disturbed ADUNs.

  5. I think the sodomy trial of anwar should proceed as soon as possible. Too many incidence of unrests, riots, protests ever since he was released by paklah.

  6. i felt insecure when the sodomizer was released…

  7. DAPigs show their true monkeys and Nizar as their puppet !

  8. […] In the midst of all that, Anwar launched the ‘Ketuanan Rakyat’ in the hope of capturing the imaginations and the hopes many Non Malays and the educated, professional and urbanite Malays who felt that the ‘NEP was failure and benefitted so few instead the majority’. The fact is that Pakatan Rakyat did not manage to translate even the slightest bit of Anwar’s ‘Ketuanan Rakyat’ for the betterment and benefit of the majority, if not all Malaysians. On the other hand, what Pakatan Rakyat Leaders did was to abuse their positions and ‘plunder’ the state. So far Pakatan Rakyat installed state governments have failed across the board and did nothing but play politics. […]
