Laporan The Sun:

Nazri against single stream school system

Kong See Hoh

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Mohd Nazri Abdul Aziz says he is against the proposal for single stream school system as “we cannot force other (non-Malay) races to sacrifice their characteristics and become Malays (Malaynised)”.What is more, he said, the 1Malaysia concept allows the non-Malays to use and preserve their languages.

“What we want is a united people and country, not forcing all races to become Malays (Malaynised).“Malaysia is a multi-ethnic country where the various races enjoy the right to learn their own languages. Multi-culture and multi-lingual are the strong points of Malaysia, something which cannot be denied,” he added.

“Chinese and Tamil primary schools can continue to to exist, as long as these schools teach Bahasa Malaysia as it is the national language with which (Malaysians of) various races communicate and interact with one another to promote unity.”

Nazri, who is currently overseas, told Sin Chew Daily that Chinese and Tamil schools are not meant for only the Chinese and Indians respectively, the Malays can also enter these schools.

Malay parents should encourage their children to study in Chinese schools to learn an additional language, he said.

“To acquire another language, be it Chinese, Tamil, Arabic, Japanese etc is to gain an advantage.

“I am now in Chengdu, China, and because I don’t speak Mandarin I feel I am at a disadvantage.

“We should regard language as a subject and there are benefits to gain from learning additional languages. Education should not be racialised.”

On writer/poet Eddin Khoo’s remark that he missed the chance to learn Chinese because his father, historian Prof Emeritus Tan Sri Khoo Kay Kim who raised the ire of many with his single stream school remark recently, was too patriotic, Nazri said such thinking be discarded.

Nazri said the government cannot compel all the races to learn only Bahasa Malaysia, forcing the non-Malays to give up their own languages.

**********

Maka, kami diBigDogDotCom mengulangi desakan agar:

PM NAJIB MEMECAT NAZRI AZIZ DARI KABINET DAN MAJLIS TERTINGGI UMNO MEMECATKAN KEAHLIAN NAZRI AZIZ!

Polis wajar siasat Anwar mengenai anak Shamsidar

Keluarga bahagia Azmin Ali - Shamsidar

Taharim sehingga melahirkan seorang bayi perempuan.

TEPUK DADA, TANYA SELERA!

The cost is expected to be exhorbitant.

Yes, we at BigDogDotCom advocate peace and war should be criminalised.

However, we also believe that Malaysia has the sovereign right to defend her citizens, teritorries and exclusive economic zones. Malaysians must have the peace of mind that they are being defended, so that the confidence of investments and new business ventures would be developed.

Malaysia is an area 329,000 sq km, 2,670km of borders, 4,675km of coastlines and a mass body of water (South China Sea between Peninsula Malaya, Sarawak and Sabah), which is inhibited by more than 28 million people.

The Malaysian economy (GDP adjusted to PPP) is USD 385 billion per annum, of which GDP per capita is at USD 15,000. Currently Malaysia is spending 2% of the GDP on defense as compared to Singapore (6%), Thailand (1.8%) and Indonesia ( 3%).

Malaysia also had actively participated various peace keeping roles at global level and will continue to do so. Hence the military assets listed are required for all these roles and applications, domestic or abroad. In recent times, the ATM have had great success in Namibia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Somalia, Cambodia and Lebanon and won various international accolades.

Anti piracy, anti terrorism and disaster relieve and search and rescue operations have been the main focus of the ATM, especially in the region and waters where Malaysian registered merchant navies ply. The dependence on the large navy, air force and support for both operations depicts the importance on the operational applications.

Hence, this ‘wish list’ is presented for upcoming 2010. This is part of the RMK 10 extending well into RMK 11 and 12. This ‘wish list’ is a precursor of Malaysia being a developed nation status by 2020, as per planned 20 years ago. The ‘blanket of security’ is imperative to provide the sense of protection and residents, be it natural persons or firms the comfort of feeling ‘safe’.

DAP Chief Minister irresponsibly manipulating facts to confuse the rakyat

Penang DAP Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng is confusing Penangistes with the annual budget allocations for Penang and in the same breadth, politicize the ‘division of annual economic’ by the Federal Government.

    The Star has the story:

Published: Saturday December 26, 2009 MYT 5:39:00 PM

Penang got just 3% of what it had contributed: CM

    By WINNIE YEOH

GEORGE TOWN: Penang has only received RM794mil in federal grants in the last eight years even though it had contributed RM25,670mil in taxes and custom duties.

Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the numbers were revealed by Finance Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in a written reply in the recently concluded Parliamentary sitting.

“Penang received only a shocking 3% of what it had contributed from 2001 to 2008.

“The state has been left out of the development mainstream too long and that has resulted in a slower rate in the building of public infrastructure compared to other states,” he said in a statement on Saturday.

He added that even Singapore’s Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew had made the observation that Penang was developing slower compared to other towns like Ipoh or Seremban.

“The Penang government will seek a fair deal from the Federal Government to allow all Penangites equal opportunity for success and prosperity regardless of race or background.

“Our efforts in ensuring that everyone has a share in the fruits of economic success has led Penang to become the first state to wipe out hardcore poverty with every family receiving at least RM500 a month,” he said.

    ****************************

The fact is that, the Federation of Malaysia is about the practice of a centralised government. It means that income of the nation is collected by the Federal Government. Income taxes, import taxes, excise duties and such, are all incomes as stipulated by the Federal Constitution. Income and taxes derived from land matters such as rates, assessment rates and conversion fees are incomes as per stipulated by state constitution.

So are the expenses, meant for the nation. Federal Government pays for security (Police, Military and Martime Enforcement), education (primary, secondary and tertiary), health, infrastructure development such roads, bridges, ports, airports, electrification and social development such as labour, human capital development, agriculture, entrepreneur development and welfare matters.

As so, state governments no longer needed to look into these investments and spending. They should just focus on state programs, especially programs under local authorities and state agencies. Local authorities themselves collected a huge amount of income annually.

For Lim Guan Eng to quote Lee Kuan Yew that Penang is left far behind in development compared to Seremban is utterly false. In a short instance, Penang enjoyed Federal Government capital and operational expenses of the Penang Bridge, Penang International Airport and USM, as compared to Seremban. 35 years ago, UDA invested on the Komtar in Penang, instead in Kuala Lumpur. Penang is one of the states which immensely benefitted from Federal Government contiunous trade and investment programs abroad, which include trade missions and dialogues. Malaysia Airlines, which is a Federal Government GLC even operate directly to major world cities from Penang International Airport.

In the terms of security, Penang is a state where an infantry division is based. There is also a TUDM air base in Butterworth, which is operational despite is strategic and operational utility is doubtful (considering TUDM developed more strategic bases in Kuantan, Pahang and Gong Kedak, Terengganu). The Penang CPO is the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police. This post was elevated together with Johor and Perak, to join the ranks of the states such as Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Sabah and Sarawak. This was even earlier as compared to Pahang and Kedah.

This statement by the DAP Secretary General depicts their Chinese Chauvinist attitude of continuously rubbishing the Malay controlled Federal Government, even by manipulating facts and circumstances. As a chief executive of one of the most productive economy in the Federation of Malaysia, it is irresponsibile for Lim to make this statement, especially in this tone. Penang is contributing to the national wealth undoubtably resulted from Federal Goverment’s continuous ‘investments’  and ‘promotions’ for the state.

Who is paying RPK’s bills in London?

There have been too much speculations on fugitive-blogger Raja Petra “Cyber-Anarchist” Kamaruddin’s where abouts, since he fled the country eight months ago. Currently, he is under two criminal court case for seditions and criminal defamation and jumped bail. The popular bet that he is now in the UK, probably in London.

    The Star has a story:

    Monday December 21, 2009

Raja Petra may be holed up in London

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Raja Kamaruddin has been reported to be in London.

There is information that Raja Petra, who was allegedly hiding in Melbourne, Australia, is currently holed up in a luxurious apartment.

Mingguan Malaysia reported that the editor, popularly known as RPK, was now believed to have been staying at the six-storey Trinity Court Apartments in Gloucester Terrace, Bayswater.

It is understood that Raja Petra has been renting a two-bedroom unit there with two toilets, a kitchen and a living room.

Secret hideaway: The luxurious apartment in London where Raja Petra is believed to be hiding in.

However, the source did not reveal how long he has been living there. There are also claims that Raja Petra is staying in Manchester.

Two arrest warrants were issued against Raja Petra after he failed to turn up in court on April 23 and May 23 for his trials over a seditious article on his website www.malaysiatoday.net defaming the Prime Minister’s wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.

Raja Petra is also accused of defaming Rosmah and two others in a statutory declaration made at the Jalan Duta Court complex on June 18, last year.

The Sessions Court later granted him a discharge not amounting to an acquittal on Nov 11 and 13, as the police had yet to serve the warrant of arrest on him.

When contacted, Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Ismail Omar declined to comment, adding that police were still trying to hunt down Raja Petra with the arrest warrant issued against him under Section 4(1)(b) of the Sedition Act.

It was earlier reported that the police had managed to trace Raja Petra’s movements who had fled to Thailand illegally before flying off to Australia.

    ***********

This is an interesting development indeed. The reported states that Raja “Techno Anarchist” Petra is believed to be staying in the luxury London West End area of Bayswater. A typical two or three bedroom flat in this area has the average rental of GBP 1,000-1500 per week. Realistically, for Raja Petra to have lived in this neighbourhood would have costed GBP 30,000 – 45,000 the last 30 weeks or so. That is effectively RM 165,000 – RM 250,000.

If factored for a sustenance cost to live in London at GBP 500 per week, that would calculate to GBP 15,000 or RM 82,500. Plus other costs which include travelling, communications and internet and satelite TV access, Raja Petra with his usual lifestyle would have required to burn between RM 280,000 – RM 370,000 for the past 2/3 of the year. That is roughly RM 420,000 – RM 500,000 per annum (at current exchange rate). Had the exchange rate gone to RM 6.50 to the quid (like how it had stablised for quite a while), then it would be in the neighbourhood of RM 500,000-600,000 per annum.

That is a lot of money for a fugitive family of three  to live in London and still maintain the controversial blog Malaysia Today. It is widely known that Raja “Compulsive Liar” Petra is an undischarged bankrupt. Legally, he is not supposed to possess that kind of cash to withdraw and burn.

So who or which organisation is footing all these bills?

There are calls to expose who or which organisation is footing the expensive bill to live in London.

    The Star has the report:

Published: Thursday December 24, 2009 MYT 4:32:00 PM

Call to expose Raja Petras sponsors

    By SIRA HABIBU

PETALING JAYA: Those who sponsored fugitive blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin’s stay in London should be exposed, said Batu Pahat MP Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi.

It was more crucial to know those who were supporting the blogger than to initiate extradition exercise against him, he said.

It has been reported that Raja Petra, a bankrupt, was staying in Trinity Court, a posh neighbourhood in Gloucester Bayswater in the heart of London.

“It is of national interest to ascertain the motives of the people who sponsored Raja Petra, as he is a controversial writer who is daring in his attack on the government and making claims that could undermine national security,” he said.

Dr Mohd, who is also the deputy Education Minister, said the police should also ascertain the owner of the posh apartment where Raja Petra was allegedly seeking refuge.

“Such places cannot be simply rented by walk-in tenants,” he said, adding that it was obvious that the sponsors had regarded Raja Petra as an asset as he could be used as a tool to disrupt national security.

“Raja Petra will need to have a huge fund to continue living in luxury in London,” said Dr Puad who also congratulated the police for tracking him down.

Two warrants of arrest were issued against Raja Petra after he failed to turn up in court on April 23 and May 23 for his trials over a seditious article on his website http://www.malaysiatoday.net which defamed the Prime Minister’s wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.

    *************

Some people say Anwaristas, probably Anwar “Mat King Leather” Ibrahim himself is paying for Raja Petra and his family to live in West End. This is believable as partyless-Opposition-Leader Anwar “Drama King” Ibrahim very much in need of Malaysia Today’s (dis)service to continue the propaganda to rubbish the Government under PM Dato’ Seri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak and authorities such as the Judiciary, Police and MACC. Since 2005, Malaysia Today has had unprecedentedly great success to create distrust and even some degree of hatred against the Leadership, BN and her component parties and establishment, which include enforcement agencies and authorities.

Former-abuse-of-power-convict Anwar “King of Anarchy” Ibrahim also needed another ‘diversion’ against his second sodomy case, which has been postponed several times due to his usual legal-delay-tactics.

The unholy-marriage-of-(in)convenience-between-strange-bedfellows Pakatan Rakyat has also been stormy, which have been plagued by highly controversial issues such as the premature loss of Perak State Government, Elizabeth Wong sex scandal, intra-party squabbles, Kg. Berjaya illegal pig abattoir, sale of alcohol and ‘Sek 23 Hindu Temple’ in Selangor and continuous problematic administration in PR controlled state governments. PKR itself is facing issues such as Khalid Vs Azmin, Zaid Ibrahim antics and loss of faith of leaders and ordinary members to the Leadership.

It is also rumoured that media persona-non-grata Kalimullah “Riong Kali” Hassan is ‘financing’ Raja Petra’s expenses. Since the fall of PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s regime, it is also believed that the former NST King-pin is now taking steps to strategically see the failure of PM Najib’s administration, especially from the public perception. To meet this objective, it makes reasonable sense that Raja Petra is allowed to maintain its cyber-anarchy via Malaysia Today, even from abroad.

So far, Malaysian Insider which many believed linked to Riong Kali has contributed some ‘damage’ to further create controversies (previously held by Malaysia Today and Malaysiakini), in the name of freedom of press and speech. Since it is being run by professional mainstream journalists, the subtlity of reporting has since somewhat managed wedge into the erosion of confidence amongst the proferssionals and educated Malaysians, especially in the urbanites. Anwar Ibrahim and PKR thrive on the minds of ‘confused’ and emotionally charged Malaysians.

Regardless, the origin of the funds to maintain and sustain Raja Petra’s life as a criminal fugitive is still a mystery. Before we at BigDogDotCom is being framed again by Raja Petra for “getting information from the Police Special Branch”, we wish to state that it does not require so much complications to figure this out about Raja Petra’s stay in London. For the record, Raja Petra has immediate family living in Manchester. A few months ago he met a senior UMNO politician in the West English city.

Tun Dr. Mahathir: Everyone should behave as Malaysians

Fourth Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad asked the diverse multi-ethnic Non Malays to forget their origin country and start to behave and think like ‘Malaysians’. This is inline with Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak’s ‘1 Malaysia’ thrust for nationbuilding and moving forward.

    Bernama.com has the story:

    December 24, 2009 00:00 AM

Forget The Origin Country, We Are Malaysians – Mahathir

PENANG, Dec 23 (Bernama) — Everyone in Malaysia have to set a side their origin country and start calling themselves Malaysians for the success of the 1Malaysia concept, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said.

The former prime minister said they had to put aside their origin country such as India or China and start calling themselves Malaysians.

“They must put aside their origin country and call themselves Malaysians for 1Malaysia to be successful,” he said during an appreciation dinner with the Association of Muslim Kadayanallur here Wednesday.

Tun Mahathir called on the people to help realise the government’s aspiration of strengthening racial unity and harmony in line with the 1Malaysia concept.

He said people in Thailand and Indonesia called themselves Thais and Indonesians respectively but this did not happen here.

To a claim that the Indian Muslims in the country had been neglected, he said they should choose to either become a Muslim or an Indian.

“The country is very liberal and I think they (Indian Muslims) will be accepted by all if they can pick either to become a Muslim or Indian.”.

Tun Mahathir said there was no difference between the various races as everyone were Malaysians.

“The federal constitution also defined a Muslim very clearly. If they want to become a Muslim then just follow the constitution.”

He said if Indian Muslims in the country still called themselves as such, others might think that they still had links to the origin country.

“The problem of Indian Muslims will be resolved if they can decide and choose to become either a Muslim or an Indian,” he added.

    *********

This an important step for Malaysians to be  truly united and committed in the nation building process. Inline with PM Najib’s  ‘1 Malaysia’, Malaysians should totally subcribe to the Federal Constitution as the ‘Supreme Law’ of the land. This include special provisions such as Article 153.

Malaysians should also subscribe to the single school system and totally do away with the vernacular schools. This is actually being provided under the Education Act 1996. A single school system will ensure all Malaysian children undergo a same process of learning and this will eradicate the inter-ethnic prejudice, if unaddressed will eventually evolved into serious racial polarisation.

The responsibility to watch and take care this tanahair should also be shared, equally. Hence, we heree in BigDogDotCom once challenged Chinese Chauvinist party DAP (who advocated the ‘Malaysian, Malaysia’ call) to pro-actively do their bit and ensure that Non Malays make up the 30% application to join security and essential services such as Police, Armed Forces, Fire Services, Prisons and nurses recruitment drives. So should other authoritative bodies such as local authorities.

Multi ethnic and diversed culture Malaysians should now come together as citizens of Malaysia. The should make an effort to improve their knowledge of being parof diversed Malaysia, without compromising their own heritage and culture. To make ‘1 Malaysia’ work, everyone should feel and behave this way. Every citizen should feel proud that the belong in this tanahair. The sense of belonging is an important ingredient of nurturing the patriotism. Of course, it cannot be realised without a comprohensive understanding how Malaysia and Malaysians came about, till present time.

The enrolment into private universities and university colleges should also have a minimum 30% quota for Bumiputra. Since most private institute of higher learning are owned and managed by Non Malays, there should be a cross-subsidy system from the profits generated to esnure that bigger percentage of Bumiputras are provided with education organised by private institution.  Strategically, Non Malays business communities would benefit immensely with more of the majority being educated and the level of skills and human resource development would be raised to a higher level.

In nutshell. Malaysians should behave as if that they are playing in the same team. They have a single objective, subscribe to the same tactics, taking instruction from the same boss and the only the shared responsibility well ensure that they win. Of course, the ‘playing field’ will have to be leveled for Malaysians and Malaysia to ‘uninterruptedly’ progress. This actually makes a lot of economic sense.

Petronas-Mercedes GP deal is beneficial for the nation

Yesterday, it was announced that Petronas went into the sponsorship of the acclaimed Formula One team Mercedes GP. It was a pleasant surprise after BMW abruptly decided to discontinue with the BMW-Petronas-Sauber Formula One team few months ago.

    Reuters has the story:

Petronas to sponsor Mercedes F1 team

     Reuters

     Monday, 21 December 2009

Malaysian state oil and gas company Petronas [PETR.UL] will be title sponsor of the Mercedes Formula One team next season, Mercedes announced today. The team, formerly champions Brawn GP, will become Mercedes GP Petronas with the oil company’s branding across the car and team liveries in what they said was a long-term agreement.
“The new title partnership also paves the way for future collaborations between the two companies,” Mercedes added in a statement.

It said Petronas would be able to “generate sustainable business growth, particularly in their downstream lubricants market, through the strategic partnership and business alliance with Mercedes-Benz.”

Mercedes said their 2010 car would be presented in its new livery for the first test of the new season at the Valencia circuit in Spain on Feb. 1.

Petronas, who previously sponsored the BMW-Sauber team, will continue to be the title backer of the Malaysian Grand Prix – the third round of the season at Sepang on April 4.

“Petronas’s home base in Kuala Lumpur is located in the middle of a fast-growing region for the automotive industry which makes this new partnership even more valuable,” said Mercedes motorsport vice-president Norbert Haug.

The deal with Mercedes will be a blow to both Swiss-based Sauber, in urgent need of sponsors after the withdrawal of BMW at the end of the season, as well as the new Malaysian-backed Lotus team.

Lotus F1 boss Tony Fernandes, who also runs AirAsia (AIRA.KL), had hoped to bring Petronas on board given that his team have government support and his airline is a major purchaser of aviation fuel.

The Lotus car company is also owned by Malaysian state car company Proton (PROT.KL).

Mercedes have signed Germany’s Nico Rosberg as one driver and are widely expected to have seven-times world champion Michael Schumacher as the other if he makes a comeback at the age of 41.

Petronas frustrated AirAsia’s CEO Tony Fernandez’s Lotus 1 Malaysia Formula One team with this sponsorshop deal. Lotus who engaged former failed Minardi drive Alex Yoong, expected to have the state oil corporation backing them up, since AirAsia has been using Petronas JetA1 aviation fuel for their operations. Yoong, expressed his dismay on his twitter and reported widely by the media.

Despite being linked with both Sauber and the Malaysian backed Lotus team, Malaysian oil company Petronas has signed as title sponsor for Mercedes for 2010.

The country’s first – and so far only – Formula One driver Alex Yoong, who is now head of driver development for Lotus, has expressed his despair at the deal on Twitter.

“Petronas signs with Mercedes GP,” he wrote. “Words fail me. Mercedes is a good team, no doubt, but what Lotus is doing is completely ground-breaking and brave and Petronas not seeing that fills me with shame.”

The exact length and value of the Petronas deal has not been announced, but team principal Ross Brawn welcomed the news.

“Everyone at Mercedes GP is delighted to confirm our long-term agreement with Petronas and we look forward to working closely with our new partner in the future,” he said. “Our plans for the new season are progressing well, as is the development of our 2010 challenger, and we look forward to seeing the car run in the new Silver Arrows and Petronas livery at the Valencia test in February.”

The sponsorship is good news for Mercedes, after German consumer goods company Henkel announced it would not be honouring a deal with the team as it was brokered by an unauthorised member of staff. However, Mercedes motorsport boss Norbert Haug said the contract with Petronas would ensure the team’s competitiveness in 2010.

“Within the limits of the new Formula One resource restrictions, the Mercedes GP Petronas Formula One Team will be well positioned to achieve our goals. We will all strive to present efficient success in the future knowing at the same time that the new season, with some fundamental rule changes, will be a particularly challenging one.”

    **********

There is more to meet the eye with these Formula One sponsorships. For starters, it is more strategic for Pertonas to sponsor and partner the Mercedes GP team against the Lotus F1 team. The fact is that the Lotus F1 team is expected not to go very far with their effort. This is because the investment that sponsors like AirAsia willing to commit is far too low to be realistic. AirAsia announced that they are investing RM 300 million within the next three years for the Lotus F1 team, which is effectively less that 55 million Euro. That is by far adequate to be effective for a ful fledge Formula One team, especially the development of the engine has to be dynamic and this will cost a lot of money.

The most important reason is that Petronas will immensely benefit from this Mercedes GP deal. From 2010, all Mercedes Benz cars in China, Turkey and UK markets assembled will be ‘first-filled’ and subsequently serviced using Petronas Synthium lubricants. For the first year alone,  the business is expected to be  in excess of RM 200 million. Within five years, the business will be expected to be in the neighbourhood of RM 1.5 billion, especially when Mercedes open other markets as well for exclusivity with Petronas lubricants. It will make Petronas lubricant products grow into markets previously enjoyed by Helix, Castrol, Agip and Duckhams.

The move to bring back world champion Michael Schumacher back into Formula One will definitely land a big boost for Petronas  branding exercise with this Mercedes GP deal, despite skepticism on the one time world champion to come out of retirement. Mercedes would be expected to place themselves well in the highly viewed race and Petronas would be at par with what Shell is enjoying at the moment in partnership with the Ferrari team. Petronas racing team, which is has been developed progressively the past ten years, will also get technological synergy with this strategic partnership. The ‘brand’ of ‘Ross Brawn’ itself is a boon for Petronas racing team.

This is far more effective method to ‘sell Malaysia’, as oppose to Fernandes’s non challant effort to be in Formula One and suspiciously intending GLCs to be drawn into the ‘half-baked scheme’, with the “1 Malaysia” tag ‘attached’ to the ‘branding exercise’. It is believed that AirAsia needed the ‘F 1 sponsorship exposure’, along with its intended AirAsia X expansion to the North American west coast. The success of the Lotus team with this what is thought to be ‘inadequate’ AirAsia ‘commitment’ is doubtful. A mitigating point is that Schumacher is expected to be paid 20 million Euro per annum, which itself lesser than AirAsia’s commitment for the same period.

Petronas is expected to gain better branding milage with this new deal as compared to the previous BMW-Sauber partnership. The inclusion of Petronas Synthium products with newly assembled and future cars serviced by Mercedes Benz in the three countries and expected expansion markets if by far better than the deal with BMW.

This is the third success story of Petronas this year under the stewardship of Tan Sri Hassan Merican. The recent announcement of Petronas’s success to land new exploration deals in Iraq drawn a lot of respect to the most progressive ‘New Seven Sisters’. Petronas is involved as a major partner in consortiums of the Majnoon, Halfaya and Badra fields, which has an aggregate reserve of almost 42 billion barrels of crude oil. Petronas is taking the lead in the Garraf field. All these concessions would be finalised and signed by end of next week.

    Note:

Who is Alex Yoong as compared to Ross Brawn and Michael Schumacher? Has Yoong had any success story to come out which such a statement against Petronas’s decision?

‘Ariffahmi Gate’: Kini PAS dalam konflik intra-parti

Sejak kami di BigDogDotCom memaparkan kisah MB Kelantan Nik Aziz dengan menantu kontroversi , amalan kronyism dan salah guna kuasa dan  timbul ‘Ariffhami Gate’ kerana amalan rasuah, sehingga SPRM menyiasat PMBK dan mengakibatkan pegawai media Syed Azidi “Kickdefella” Al Bukhary dipecat, PAS sedang melalui proses ‘perang saudara’ dimana Politiburo PAS sendiri mahukan CEO PMBK Ariffahmi Abd Rahman berundur serta serta dan bukan bulan Mac 2010, sebagaimana diumumkan.

    Laporan Utusan Malaysia:

    Segera letak jawatan

    Oleh AZRAN FITRI RAHIM
    azran.rahim@utusan.com.my

KOTA BHARU 19 Dis. Abdul Ariffahmi Ab. Rahman meletak jawatan sebagai Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif (CEO) Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kelantan (PMBK) lebih awal tanpa menunggu Mac depan. Ketua Penerangannya, Dr. Rosli Allani Abd.
