Teoh Beng Hock’s death is about DAP’s corruption?

That is the notion that was presented at the Royal Commission of Inquiry. He was the go-between-guy (in Malay is known as a ‘barua‘) for jobs dished out by the Selangor State via his boss, Exco Ean Yong Hian Wah, to some Chinese businessmen who are supporters of the Chinese Chauvinist DAP leaders.

The Paper that cares reported this:

Teoh Beng Hock was a go-between guy

Wednesday, April 20th, 2011 21:52:00

KUALA LUMPUR: The Commission of Inquiry into the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock was told that the deceased acted as an intermediary in determining quotations of projects approved by Seri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah.

Businessman Lee Wye Wing, 52, said Teoh knew every claims made as he would notify his boss about them.

Lee said before any claim was approved, he would send an e-mail to Teoh and amendments would be made if Ean did not agree with it.

“Any amendment made by Ean will be communicated to me through Teoh and then I would amend the prices set by Ean,” he said when asked by lawyer Datuk Seri Muhammed Shafee Abdullah, who represented the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).

Teoh, 30, the political aide to Selangor state executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah, was found dead on July 16, 2009 on the 5th floor corridor of Plaza Masalam, Shah Alam, after giving his statement to the Selangor MACC office located on the 14th floor of the building.

Lee said a copy of a quotation signed by the owner of a company would be sent to Ean for safe keeping.

He denied Mohammed Shafee’s suggestion that his wife company, WSK Services, was funded by DAP members and denied that he used Bumiputera companies to get Class F contractor projects.

The Bumiputera companies named were MKMN Enterprise, MA Bina Melur Enterprise, Fizami Construction and Aris Enterprise.

Lee agreed with Mohammed Shafee that the companies received an advance from the DAP before they were reimbursed by land and district offices. He also agreed with a suggestion that his wife and nephew were close to senior DAP leaders.

Shah Alam CID chief DSP Kamaruddin Ismail said there were more than 20 investigation papers opened against MACC officers, who allegedly used violence during interrogations.

“The reports were made by the public and the first investigation paper was received on March 25, 2005 while the last one on July 18, 2009,” he said when answering a question from conducting officer Awang Armadajaya Awang Mahmud.

Kamaruddin said one of 13 complaints, for which decisions had yet to be made, involved MACC investigating officer Mohd Ashraf Mohd Yunus.

To a question from commission chairman Federal Court judge Tan Sri James Foong Cheng Yuen, he said the MACC was uncooperative at the outset of investigations into Teoh’s death but eventually it gave full cooperation.

MACC assistant superintendent Bulkini Paharuddin said Kajang Municipal councillor Tan Boon Wah went the MACC office on his own accord to protect his wife.

Tan’s wife is the owner of Meritlink, a company being investigated by the MACC over claims from an assemblyman’s fund and Tan claimed that the company was managed by him, said Bulkini.

He said Tan took him and several MACC officers to a factory to meet his wife but did not want her to go the MACC office as she was working and did want her employer to know that she owned a company.

After the couple quarrel, Tan took MACC officers to his house at 7pm to get certain documents but to no avail and offered to go to the MACC office and they arrived at the office at 10pm, said Bulkini when he was questioned by Awang Armadajaya.

“Although Tan was given the opportunity to return home at about 2.30am to retrieve the documents, he refused to do so as he said his wife would bring the documents and he did not want to disturb her,” he said, adding Tan decided to remain the MACC office.

The proceeding continues tomorrow.

What lawyer Dato’ Shafee Abdullah uncovered really a proof to reveal the twist of DAP leaders and Selangor State Government practicing corruption. Teoh was the person who collected money on behalf of his boss Ean Yong and probably other Excos such as Ronnie Liu.

That explains why Ronnie Liu went beserk when Teoh’s body was taken for autopsy as soon as his lifeless body was found and franctially looking for the mobile phone.

The case is now slowly being uncovered. As far back on 26 August 2009, the plot was thickening. Now we can see more and soon, why Teoh died could be determined. The trial judge is expected to present the findings to His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang DiPertuan Agong soon. However, an extension is expected to be sought as the inquiry dwells deeper into more ‘can of worms’.

We should expect more DAP theatrics. It would be about Chinese Chauvinist DAP leaders protecting themselves from the uncovering who they really are; political custodian for the Lords of the Underworld Vices. It is our firm belief here in BigDogDotCom on 23 July 2009 that DAP leaders would eventually be jailed for their involvement especially with the Lords of the Underworld Vices, uncovered from the RCI they wanted.

Mat King Leather seeing a cosmetic surgeon?

Mat King Leather: Blowing......

Opposition Leader Anwar “Mat King Leather”Ibrahim is believed to be meeting a cosmetic surgeon, whilst in London at the moment. He arrived on the day Sarawakians decided to throw his party out of Borneo with only three seats won out of 49 contested.

He was said to be seen at a world renowned cosmetic surgery clinic in Central London, 111 Harley Street, earlier today. Amongst other things, 111 Harley offers face-lift and facial constructive and liposuction surgery.

Mat King Leather: An expression of a desperado, caught on camera literally with his pants down!

Why he is there is not known. However, speculation has started to spread that there is possibility that the one-time-abuse-of-power-convict could be wanting some cosmetic surgeon, now that the person on the much-talked-about-video of a man who looked like him having sex with a Chinese has been ascertained by the Police. The video is also said to be genuine, too.

If he is the man in the video, then he could be charged for soliciting sex from a woman under the Women and Family Act. The syariah courts would then have to determine for the felon against Islamic laws for having illicit sex. Other than that, his political career amongst the predominantly Malay voters would be brought down to near none existence.

The one-time-convicted-for-sodomy-but-released-for-technicalities is also currently under going a trial being charged under Section 377 of the Penal Code for having ‘unnatural sexual activities’ (anal-intercourse) with his former aide Mohd. Saiful Bukhari Azlan in June 2008. If convicted, he could be jailed up to 20 years and flogged. This case received a lot of attention, especially when the defense already attempted to postpone it by 30 times and twice to recuse the trial judge.

Practicing homosexuals are also known to require cosmetic surgery. Anwar’s adopted brother Sukma Dharma Saasmitatmadja in 1998 confessed to the Police that he underwent to ‘tighten’ his anus muscle.

If this is true, then it is interesting to know why Anwar showed up at the cosmetic surgery in London, just before he leaves for the gay-capital of Europe, on his way to Osaka, Japan. He is expected to departed Kansai International for KLIA on 21 April 2011 1600hrs onboard MH053.

For the record, this is the recording where he calls himself, “Mat King Leather”. Scroll recording to 4:30 :

Sarawak Chinese: Ready to be discluded?

After officially obtaining a simple majority for the Sarawak State Assembly on Saturday night, Chief Minister Pehin Seri Abdul Taib Mahmud summarily swore in to office in front of TYT Gabenor Sarawak Tun Abang Hj Ahmad  Sallahuddin Abang Barieng in Petra Jaya at 1030pm.

Despite managing to retain up and above the 2/3 majority, BN Sarawak Chinese dominant component party SUPP lost badly. Sarawak Chinese gave their thumping support to Chinese Chauvinist DAP and the Semenanjung-imported-racially-charged anti establishment campaign. Taib immediate response that he promised to ponder into why the Chinese gave BN Sarawak poor support.

This is what the foreign press’s observation:

Sarawak Chinese aloof as government wins state poll

By Jennifer PakBBC News, Kuala Lumpur

Chief minister of Malaysia's state of Sarawak, Abdul Taib Mahmud, Kuching April 16, 2011
Chief Minister Taib brushed off serious corruption allegations, arriving at the polls in his Rolls Royce

Malaysia’s governing coalition won a key election in the Borneo state of Sarawak over the weekend, but it lost most of the ethnic Chinese vote.

The Chinese-based party in the governing National Front coalition says it must change tack and reconnect with the Chinese minority.

They warned that if Chinese voters continue to support the opposition at the state and national level, it would lead to greater polarisation among the Malay, Chinese and Indians in the country.

The election results show that this diverse country – which has a Muslim majority – is still deeply divided along ethnic and religious lines.

In 2008, Chinese and Indian minorities across Malaysia, who are mainly Christians, Hindus and Buddhists, abandoned the government and voted for the opposition.

Many complained of racism and a lack of religious freedom.

Race worries

As a result, the National Front coalition suffered record losses. Prime Minister Najib Razak pledged to make the economy based on merit rather than on race.

But he did not make any drastic changes to policies which had long favoured the Malay-Muslim majority.

However, in recent weeks, the authorities did try to appease the Christian minority. They released some 35,000 Malay-language bibles.

The books had been repeatedly impounded by customs officials in a dispute between Christians and Muslims over the use of the word “Allah.”

The Sarawak election was the biggest test of Prime Minister Najib’s message of national unity and inclusiveness.

Analysts say Chinese voters sent a clear signal to the government that they want much bigger changes.

The Sarawak results may make the government hold off on calling an early national election.

Analysts say that without the support of the ethnic minorities, the governing coalition may not be able to regain its two-thirds majority in parliament.

Today is the first working day for Sarawak post 10th state election which concluded two days ago. Taib must start to think what sort of government shall he form now. Clearly, Sarawak Chinese are not interested to ‘play ball’ with him, but instead against him.

For intend and purpose,  Sarawak Chinese should consider Taib’s 30 years as a bliss for them. Taib allowed them to do what ever they want and their businesses flourished without or minimally conditions imposed. It was a very good deal for the majority Fu Chow community, mainly in the urban coastal settlements. They benefitted immensely with all of the business opportunities opened to them.

And yet they decided to pander onto Semenanjung Chinese Chauvinism brought into the land of hornbill via DAP. Now, they want to challenge Taib’s leadership of  tolerance, patience if not very least, consider his kindness.

This is what Borneo Post reported:

CM: Present victorious full ministers to remain

Posted on April 18, 2011, Monday

KUCHING: Chief Minister Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud said the final shape of his new state cabinet will be ready in one month’s time.

In the meantime, Taib said all ministers who won the state election will be retained in their posts before he appoints new assistant ministers or re-appoints others.

“The final shape of the cabinet will take one month. As temporary measure, I will maintain all full ministers who have won the election, then only will I decide on who to be assistant ministers,” he said.

Taib, who is state BN chairman and PBB president, said this at his residence in Demak Jaya Saturday night after he was sworn in as Chief Minister for the eighth time at the Astana Negeri. Taib is also Minister of Planning and Resource Management.

After the resignation of several assistant ministers and the dropping of some of them as Barisan Nasional (BN) candidates prior to the state election and also after the defeat of a few ministers in the just concluded election, there are now vacancies in Taib’s new administration.

The defeated BN heavyweights are former deputy chief minister Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Dr George Chan (BN-SUPP Piasau), former assistant minister of agriculture Datuk Peter Nyarok Entrie (BN-SPDP Krian), former assistant minister in the Chief Minister’s Office Tan Joo Phoi (BN-SUPP Batu Kawah) and former assistant minister of agriculture Datuk David Teng Lung Chi (BN-SUPP Repok).

Among the assistant ministers dropped as BN candidates were Larry Sng and Datuk Dr Soon Choon Teck.   After the defeat of Dr Chan, who is also SUPP president, in Piasau as well as SUPP’s big loss this

time around, speculations are now rife that mathematical proportion does not warrant SUPP the deputy chief minister’s post.

SUPP managed to win only six out the 19 seats allocated to it by BN while PBB won 35, PRS (8) and SPDP (6).

A full minister post (deputy chief minister) is vacant and at least six assistant minister posts are up for grabs.

Another speculation is that either BN-SUPP Bengoh winning candidate Dr Jerip Susil or BN-SUPP Simanggang winning candidate Datuk Francis Harden Hollis may rise up to become full minister because of their seniority in SUPP.

On the structure of his new state cabinet, Taib said the state BN will be basing it on the people’s demand through the polls. He said he has yet to study thoroughly the overall election result because he only glanced through it last Saturday.

On SUPP representation in the next government, Taib said: “We will think further about it. We may be basing it on feedback after getting enough views from the people and SUPP or we just have to look at the bigger picture.”

He added that first and foremost the government needed to hear what SUPP has in mind before he can decide on SUPP’s representation in the government.

On another matter, Taib said even though he had expected BN to lose some seats he was surprised that Nyarok, the deputy president of SPDP, lost badly. Nyarok was defeated by PKR’s Ali Biju in a four-cornered contest.

On the defeat of cardiologist Prof Dr Sim Hui Kian in Pending, Taib said: “It is a pity to see that Dr Sim did not win as I thought he can make a good leader.”

Dr Sim lost to DAP treasurer Violet Yong in a straight fight in Pending which is fast becoming DAP stronghold.

On the overall election performance of SUPP, Taib said he has to study the Chinese voting pattern very carefully in order to understand what they are trying to relay to BN.

“But if they (the Chinese) want more racial approach I cannot accommodate them, otherwise this country will be falling into racial politics. And this is bad for the country and its future,” he said.

The Sarawak Chinese should pay for this. Taib should form the Sarawak State Cabinet discluding the Deputy Chief Minister allocated for the Chinese. Since Tan Sri Dr. George Chan lost in Piasiau, the only worthy SUPP leader to remain in the Cabinet is Dato Sri Wong Soon Koh. Even so, just a State Cabinet  Minister and nothing more.

Since the Sarawak Chinese only voted three of their own into the BN Sarawak Government, there should only be a single representative in the Sarawak State Cabinet. Those three ADUNs constitute to a little over 5% of BN Sarawak seats in the State’s 12th Legislative Assembly.

More State  Cabinet Ministerial posts should be allocated to the Dayaks, as they have delivered. Deputy Chief Minister and strategic State Cabinet Minister posts. Unlike the Sarawak Chinese, they should their solid support via PBB, SPDP and PRS.

Times are changing. Sarawak Chinese who now want to be like Penang Chinese must also subscribe to the concept of ‘meritocracy’. They only earn a single State Minister post and nothing more. If they feel they should be represented in the Sarawak State Government planning and strategic decision making process, then they now must start to deliver.

They should know this.

Sarawakians 55, DAP-PKR out!

Sarawakians rejected the Semenanjung imported ‘politics of hatred’. BN Sarawak won 55 DUN seats against DAP 12, PKR 3 and a single independent candidate.

DAP’s Chinese Chauvinism trying to defeat SUPP completely, failed too.

In a racial infested ‘politics-of-hatred’ campaign, DAP organised a series of Semenanjung-imported-anti-Malay ceramahs which saw personalities like Lim Kit Siang, Lim Guan Eng and others challenging the authorities openly. Even sensitive matters such as the recently resolved Al Kitab issue were not spared.

PKR which was ambitious enough to field 49 candidates only managed to win 3. They lost their deposits in six constituencies, which translate that they have no business to be in Sarawak political arena. It was a hard reject on a party which its own former leaders described as “Based on a bed of lies and dreams of one liar”.

In aggregate, PAS only managed to obtain 9,719 votes. That is lesser than 1% of the number of registered voters in the state. This very prove the point that Sarawakians reject ‘imported’ politics.

BN’s 55 seats won are all by Sarawak based parties. Unlike Pakatan Rakyat, none of the Semenanjung BN component parties contested. Hence the issue of seat-allocations-squabble never existed amongst BN Sarawak leaders.

Sarawak election day, Mat King Leather runs away

Kenyalang crest

Morning all. It is the much awaited Sarawak 10th state elections today. 980,000 Sarawak voters (which include 18,000 postal voters) expected to elect 71 representatives for the Sarawak State Assembly.

We are feeling lucky this fine cool Sarawak morning along the riverbanks of Kuching. So, we are confident that BN poll between 58-60 seats. This is despite the failed PKR and racially infused anti-Malay and Chinese chauvinistic DAP campaign the past two weeks.

Last night Fourth Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad was received with a thundering welcome of 5,000 crowd at Kg. Pulo Ulu across the river from here. He was accompanying Chief Minister Pehin Seri Abdul Taib Mahmud in the last campaign streak, where the redevelopment of 13 kampungs with infrastructure in that area has been announced.

Chief Minister Taib explained at length the planned program on one of the earliest settlement in Kuching. The redevelopment plan took a long time to commence because a lot of work was required to convince some of the families to agree for relocation, so that their lands could be used for infrastructure projects which include new roads and access, suraus and masjid and a new hospital. The redevelopment plan is also in collaboration with the Federal Government’s initiative.

In his speech, Tun Dr. Mahathir is confident that Sarawakians would make the smart decision and place persons that could bring about progress and development to the state and the rakyat. “The consistency is very important to ensure that the rakyat’s interest is on going and development programs are carried out”, he reminded the 5,000 odd crowd predominantly Malays. “BN has managed to transform the state to where it is and out of my own personal experience, I saw Kuching grew four times the size since when Sarawak first joined the Federation of Malaysia”.

Foto-bloggo-journo Minaq Jinggo uploaded this

He admitted that progress and development is not actually at the same pace to all communities. Never the less, BN strive to ensure that every single communities is not left behind from the mainstream development and this is a consistent crusade, to alleviate the Rakyat’s socio economic standing.

At the tail of his speech, Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Md. Yassin appeared at the ceramah. Initially he wasn’t slotted to appear at the location. However, he wanted to honour his former Boss and mentor, who was willing to come and help the BN campaign.

Mat King Leathers worst allergy now: A Chinese woman and an Omega watch

On the other end, Opposition Leader Anwar ‘Mat King Leather” Ibrahim left for Kuala Lumpur on Friday afternoon at 1245hrs on MH2513 back to Kuala Lumpur. He was acccompanied by Wan Azizah “Anu Kerah” Ismail. Late last night, he left for London Heathrow on MH002, where he will also be in the gay capital of Europe. He is expected to leave Amsterdam Schipol on KL867 19 April 2011 1600hrs for Kansai International, Osaka. He should be back to Kuala Lumpur from Kansai on MH053 on 21 April 2011 1600hrs and expected to arrive at 2100hrs local time.

The one-time-abuse-of-power-convict promised the press that he would give a media conference pertaining to the ‘Omega watch’ “At 500pm 16 April”. It looks like he lied and the press were stood up, again!

Chauvinis Cina DAP hina Melayu

Rocket: A weapon of mass destruction
