Was PM ‘Flip-Flop’ present when Ambiga met Tuanku?

There is a strong rumour lurking around the past few days all over Kuala Lumpur. Was PM ‘Flip-Flop’ present when BERSIH 2.0 Chairman and two others met His Majesty SPB YDP Agong last Wednesday?

Can anyone confirm this? So many people ask the same question and left without answers. Then again, it is not sure how this confirmation could be obtained.

Whether it happened or not as rumoured, it is not as important as the question; why. If this is true, then what was his agenda?

Let’s say his intention was in good faith (We can’t imagine if the intention was otherwise deemed sinister). Obviously like most Malaysians, Ambiga and her BERSIH 2.0 bandits proven they had no intention NOT to have the demonstration on the streets. Despite the warnings and injuction made by the Police on Thursday 7 July 2011, the Opposition went out in full force to defy the law and had the Kuala Lumpur city centre on a standstill for 18 hours on Saturday.

It was a hardship that hundreds of thousands of Klang Valley dwellers had to endure for an opportunity to defuse a tense situation that was seen as an ‘abuse’. In short, so many persons believed that it was pointless to ‘negotiate’ with these BERSIH 2.0 Bandits, espcially beyond the Police threshold of “No more rooms for negotiations” issued.

Getting stood-up is not new to PM ‘Flip-Flop’. In 2008, he was made to be convinced by then Law Minister to ‘give compensation’ to the five sacked judges from the 1988 legal confrontation as the judges were dismissed in a process that saw the inception of a special tribunal which findings were presented to then His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang DiPertuan Agong. Many saw this move as ‘unnecessary’ and demean an earlier decision.
