PAS sacks Hasan Ali for undermining party

Sunday, 08 January 2012 15:02
Jan 8: PAS has sacked Selangor exco Dr Hasan Ali effective immediately, based on a decision by the Central Committee. In a short statement, PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang said the decision was reached based on a provision in Paragraph 82(9) of the party’s constitution.Hasan has been in the limelight in recent weeks over his public criticisms of PAS policies aired through UMNO-owned media. In his latest remarks, Hasan lashed out at Selangor PAS for its decision to lend support to the rally at the Jalan Duta court complex on January 9, on a day a guilty verdict on Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim in the sodomy allegations is widely expected. His call however was dismissed by top party leaders, including Hadi, who said he would attend the rally.Click here to watch PAS president’s announcement on sackingIn an immediate reaction, PAS Youth chief Nasrudin Hassan expressed full support for the decision to sack Hasan. Saying the decision was reached through consultation, Nasrudin said Hasan’s sacking would serve as a challenge to the latter to prove his commitment to the Islamic struggle as he had repeatedly claimed.Recalling the sacking of former PAS secretary general Abu Bakar Hamzah, Nasrudin said instead of turning against the party for the decision, Abu Bakar had stayed true to the struggle and had finally returned to party folds.Anti-PAS statementsHasan, a motivational speaker who joined PAS in the aftermath of Anwar’s sacking as former deputy prime minister in 1998, quickly rose to become a PAS vice president and was appointed Selangor PAS’s commissioner, until he was replaced by Dr Abdul Rani Osman last year.AMONG FRIENDS … Hasan poses with staunchly pro-UMNO blogger Zakhir Mohamad (left) and Utusan Malaysia editor Zaini Hassan, at a Hari Raya gathering last year
The 65-year old Hasan, who had frequently appeared on television as host on officially-sponsored religious talk shows prior to his joining of PAS, won the Gombak Setia state seat in the 2008 general elections, before being appointed to head the state’s Islamic Affairs, Malay Customs, Infrastructure and Public Amenities portfolio.

His sacking today was said to be inevitable, following several statements to UMNO-controlled media, including one in which he spoke out against PAS’s ‘benevolent state’ concept mooted by the party in the presidential address during party Muktamar last year. Hasan also reportedly said that he felt in tune with sacked PKR member of parliament Zulkifli Noordin over several issues on Islam.

Hasan’s complaint among others was that the ‘professionals’ had outnumbered the ‘ulama’ in PAS, leading the Islamic party to deviate from its struggle. Later, PAS Murshidul Am Tuan Guru Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat told Harakahdaily that Hasan had met him and apologised for his outbursts. However, a day later, Hasan lashed out at Harakahdaily for misreporting and denied that his meeting had anything to do with his anti-PAS statements.

Earlier, his public statements criticising PAS were followed by a sharp rebuke from secretary general Mustafa Ali, who accused Hasan of dancing to UMNO’s tune in order to undermine PAS. He was also chided by vice president Mahfuz Omar who said Hasan was free to leave PAS, and by Muslimat wing’s deputy head Dr Siti Mariah, who described Hasan as a “cancer in PAS who is still well-loved”, lamenting the absence of any disciplinary action.

Under party constitution, Hasan can still appeal against the decision to the party’s Shura council, the party’s top decision-making body.

Jelas golongan Kepimpinan Ulama masih lagi terus menyokong perjuangan beliau.

901-spray-painter trio linked to Tian Chua?

Three young Malaysians were arrested as a pre-event initiatives to the planned 901 Free Anwar Campaign, for allegedly spray painting graffitis.

Cops make first arrests linked to ’901′

Three men have been detained by police under Section

PETALING JAYA:   Police arrested three men, including a reporter from Suara Keadilan, earlier this morning. They were caught spray painting graffiti believed to be connected to Prime Minister’s wife Rosmah Mansor and the ‘Free Anwar 901′ rally.

The three, said to be journalist Sidiqin Omar, and bloggers Mohd Fiqtriey al-Haqimiey @ Kecik, and Ahmad Husni, were hauled up by police at about 6.30am for ‘spray painting’ .

Brickfields district police chief Wan Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Khalid confirmed the arrest of three men.

“They are aged between 26 and 29. They were arrested in connection with spray painting, that’s all I can tell you,” said Wan Abul Bari.

He said the individuals have been remanded and are being investigated under Section 506 and 509 of the Penal Code.

Section 506 is for criminal intimidation and Section 509 is “word or gesture intended to insult the modesty of a person”.

While it is still unconfirmed as to what the trio were ‘spray painting’, rumours are that they were caught drawing the “TTR 901″ code that has been seen around the city in recent days.

It is unclear if there is a single correct interpretation of “TTR”,  the numerical ’901′ however likely refers to the “Free Anwar” mass rally expected to take place at the Jalan Duta court complex on Monday.

The Kuala Lumpur High Court is to deliver its verdict on PKR de facto leader, Anwar Ibrahim’s Sodomy II case.

Four day police remand

Meanwhile when contacted, lawyer for the three and PKR Balik Pulau MP Yusmadi Yusoff told FMT that he was at the Bukit Jalil lock-up where they have been remanded for four days.

“They were caught while spraying (painting) something related to Rosmah, police told me its about Turun Tibai Rosmah (TTR).

“They were arrested based on a complaint by the police themselves.

“Section 506 is criminal intimidation but they are arrested for the graffiti. I won’t say more but these would be the points I would be raising in their defense,” he said.

Yusmadi said that he had also submitted during the remand proceedings that one of the three, Kecik, had health problems including difficulty breathing and fever.

Yusmadi said investigating officer agreed to ensure his medical needs were taken care of.

Meanwhile, Suara Keadilan editor Fazallah Pit said when contacted said Sidiqin’s action was ‘not in the line of duty.’

“While we sympathise with him as a colleague and friend. We are in the dark about his actions. It was done in his personal capacity and not in the line of duty,” he said.

******

This FMT report simply don’t make sense at all. How could they be “connected to Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor” when one of them is actually a Suara KeAdilan reporter?

The truth is something quite the opposite. Unconfirmed reports said these three admitted they “Were paid by a PKR MP” for these pre-event acts of vandalism and it is strongly believed that the MP is PKR Vice President Tian Chua. That, if it is true, then it is making much more clearer sense.

Tian Chua has in the past shown his tendency to be an anarchist, in his sordid sinister political agenda of ‘politics of hatred’. He has been an active planner and ‘field commander’ in various Anwar “Mat King Leather” Ibrahim’s sanctioned illegal demonstration which turned ugly, ever since the ‘Raformasi’ days launched days after the latter was sacked as Deputy Prime Minister on 2 Sept 1998 for “Unanatural sexual practices”, which is a crime under Malaysian law.

He also has bitten a Policeman and even led a rowdy mob charged towards a Police line during BERSIH 2.0 illegal demonstration. Tian Chua also doctored a photo that falsely featured Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak and Mongolian national Altantuyaa Shaaribuu.

Like Anwar, anarchy is also Tian Chua’s primary mode of politics, where they master the art of inciting an angry mob and get the foreign press to be present when the Police take actions against them. Since the Police already allowed PKR to host the ‘901 Assembly’ in the carpark complex outside the Jalan Duta Courthouse Complex tomorrow, then this attempt to get these men to do graffitis and later arrested would just one of the deflection from the crux of the issue.

Tomorrow, is about ‘Justice for Saiful’.

Opening act of another drama

Yesterday, the bodyguard to PKR President Wan Azizah Wan Ismail was taken to hospital in Seberang Perai. The Opposition alleged that he was ‘injected with arsenic’, sometime during the PKR ceramah  in Cherok Tokun.

Wan Azizah’s bodyguard hospitalised after ‘injection’

GOERGETOWN: The bodyguard of PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail was hospitalised early Sunday, claiming he collapsed after being allegedly injected.

The bodyguard, Fayyadh Afiq Albakqry, was accompanying Dr Wan Azizah at a ceramah in Cherok Tok Kun, Bukit Mertajam, when he collapsed.

He is now being warded in Seberang Jaya hospital.

In a tweet on Sunday, Penang PKR youth exco member Syed Mikael al-Aidid had written that it would lodge a police report on the incident, calling the injection an “attempt” to attack Dr Wan Azizah.

Meanwhile, South Seberang Prai police have recorded a statement from the bodyguard, whose condition has been described as stable, from his hospital bed.

****************

Sources reported that Fayyadh just suffered minor superficial scratch to his arm, which was believed to happen during the Cherok Tokun ceramah. As the Opposition chose to dramatized the incident as “An attempt to injection him with arsenic”, they have decided to take his blood and do proper blood and chemical tests as a precautionary method.

This is really not new. Thirteen hers ago when her husband was held in Sg Buloh prison during the trial of  the abuse of power case, they also claimed that he was poison with arsenic. They also claimed that Anwar Ibrahim’s blood was smuggled out to Gribbles laboratory in Australia. Trial judge then Justice Augustine Paul ordered that Anwar be placed under full and medical investigation at HUKM under then Director Dato’ Dr Khalid Abdul Kadir, who is an eminent endocrinologists and supervised a team of the best experts in their field to do a comprehensive medical investigation against the former Deputy Prime Minister.

Every result turned out negative.

In June 2008 when the news of Saiful Bukhary Azlan made a police report against Anwar for sodomising him, the drama was instantaneous. He fled to the Turkish Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, claiming that someone wanted him dead. Then all the drama that followed along. This include 60 times the trial being postponed and twice they tried to recuse the judge. When the court found there was a prima facie case against him and he was asked to defend himself, he chose to give a political sermon based on ‘conspiracy’ instead of taking an oath on the dock.

All of these are just distraction, to the crux of the matter; in June 2008 Anwar Ibrahim sodomised his aide Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan in a condominium in Damansara Heights. Then end is very near.

Then again, on 29 June 2008 we did ask Malaysians to form a new movement to fight for Anwar; Liberation of International Working Group for Anwar in Turkey or LIWAT for short. That movement could have done a lot for his ‘drama’ against this case, which is already into the 42nd month now.

Its time for ‘Justice for Saiful’. This in the opening act to the real drama. The drama about Anwar “Mat King Leather” Ibrahim trying to fool the world about his incurable addiction to anal sex is almost over. This is now about the drama where a young impressionable aide was abused sexually, seeking justice not only for himself for the past 42 months. This is also for those who have been lied and manipulated by the Dajjal , ever since 2 September 1998 when the latter was sacked from his exhalted post of Deputy Premier and heir apparent to the Malaysian Government administration throne.
