‘Goodies for Cronies’ Budget

Anwar Ibrahim’s wet dreams, translated into the fake enticing show for the gullibles

The Belanjawan Pakatan Rakyat, vastly circulated in the cybersphere since a few days ago is much like Buku Jingga. It is designed to attract attention especially the larger but immature and gullible young voters without outlining clearly the practicality and implementable policies. This is very much Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim’s thought process, promising different things for different groups and now aggregated into one, regardless how contradictory it may be.

Abolishment of PTPTN is very much music to many ears of the young Malaysians. It means that Federal Government and the nation provide near 100% subsidy for education, up to the tertiary level. The amount of loan that a graduate has to payback is just 25% of the real cost for a student to be put through tertiary education. It means with the 100% subsidy, each tertiary student need not to take up ownership of anything at all, even to develop them.

That is like pampering students to the maximum and not teaching them to even strive in the reality and dynamism of the modern world challenges.

Minimum wage is very much the hope of many young Malaysians. In July, Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) announced that minimum wage would start from RM 900.00. It is good from the perspective of the society. However, for some industries, it is a mainly increase cost of production burden. For the SME/Is, forced minimum wage probably would burden them with 5-6% of increased cost of production. That is probably the much needed margin.

Now, imagine PR wanted to impose a RM 1,100.00 minimum wage. It would naturally excite the workforce segment of society and the Gen Y upcoming workforce. However, the ability to continuously employ a workforce is dependent on the  economic survival of the firm.

PR also is confident of targeting a minimum household income of RM 4,000.00 within the five years they have the power. That is really doubtful because they don’t seem to have a a new strategic plan on how to increase the economic activities, value and eventually the gross national income. Even in Selangor, the most wealthiest state within the Federation where PR has ruled and managed, they are unable to do that. And yet, more economic activities and people migration happened through out these four and half years.

Then, it is also about reducing cost of living. It is good and noble intention, in the times where the world saw escalating cost of living across the board, particularly cost of production and finance have gone up. How to achieve this, is not spelt. Pure abstract, just to create attention and excite.

PR’s ‘Affordable Housing’ is really interesting. Not that they actually heeded what we discussed here in BigDogDotCom a month ago. It an attempt to excite the rakyat again, PR introduced a concept of ‘shared ownership’ as a method for ‘affordable housing’. A buyer would just come up with only 25% of the cost of acquisition where else a specific agency would pay upfront for the remaining cost.

This is not a full-proof proposal because the mechanism for this ‘shared ownership’ is not outlined nor specified. The few who have glanced through the PR Belanjawan have the impression that these ‘agencies’ for this scheme would be somewhat already translated in how Selangor PKR Government deal and treated Talam Corporation in the Talam-gate scandal.

In this Belanjawan Pakatan Rakyat Anwar Ibrahim wanted all CEOs and management of Government Linked Companies (GLCs) to do a management buy out (MBO). It means that controlling shares of these GLCs, some are providing essential services and strategic in nature, would be hived off to the CEO and his management team. Obviously, these MBOs would mean that a lot of financing and services procured for such massive corporate exercises.

Billions of Ringgit Malaysia would be borrowed and local banks would syndicate some of these financing to foreign banks, locally based or abroad. This is where Anwar ‘Darling of the Neo Con Jew’ Ibrahim’s friends come in. Owning businesses on borrowed funds would give the borrower a lot of pressure and the extreme burden of servicing the commitments. PR is also talking about strong anti trust laws where most of these GLCs now currently enjoy near monopolistic stature in the economy.

This is where the big catch is. Due to escalating cost of production due to external forces, these GLCs’ profitability would be elastic enough to create a multiple effect escalating downwards and even horizontally. It is very true when there is a regional or global inflation or recession. The moment this happens, the financiers would claw in to the borrowers, which are the CEOs and management teams.

Eventually, when push comes to shove, there would be a fire sale by these evil Neo Con Jewish financial empire establishments. For the Federal Government to protect the national interests, the denationalization of these GLCs would cost a lot more money. The worse thing is that, Federal Government may not use reserves to pay for the re-nationalisation but instead borrow from the associates of the same Neo Con Jewish financial empire establishments.

It is white-slavery, at its highest form.

Anwar Ibrahim also wanted to establish a second tier oil and gas companies for oil producing states, Sarawak, Sabah, Terengganu and Kelantan. These state government owned companies (State GLCs) would get outside investments for them to venture into marginal oil fields in a scheme called ‘risk sharing contracts’ (RSC). It is taking over the role of Petronas and none of these states have talents, skills nor experience to do the RSC.

This is actually Anwar getting his Neo Com Jewish financial empire buddies to invest and Ali-Baba-ed these State Government for the region’s much prized natural resources.

In the final analysis, Anwar Ibrahim’s cronies like Ibrahim Menudin would make money. The real end loser is the rakyat because the amount of profits realizable for the interests of the nation (currently being upheld by Petronas) are being carved out and fizzle through the many hands in different levels throughout the whole RSC scheme.

Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), a bold initiative by 1MDB formerly known as Kuala Lumpur International Financial District (KLFID) to rejuvenate some districts in inner Kuala Lumpur into world class financial and capital market hub would be downsized. So will the UDA project for the re-development of the former Pudu Prison. The reason is very simple but clear enough. Anwar Ibrahim’s cronies are unable to undertake and chew into such  ambitious and massive projects. These projects are the type that Soh Chee Wen, Ibrahim Menudin and other smallish entrepreneurs such as Kamaruddin Jaafar and Kamarul Bahrein Abas are able to devour.

The demands of Opposition that Khazanah Holdings Bhd has a dividend policy of RM 2 billion per annum is really peculiar because currently, Khazanah which relies on dividends paid out by GLCs is already dishing out RM 3 billion to the Federal Government.

The bottom-line for Anwar Ibrahim’s Belanjawan Pakatan Rakyat is ‘goodies for his cronies’. In the same breadth, PR takes the opportunity to excite the younger and immature voters with this political and rhetorical circus in being the champion of the rakyat. The truth is, he never outlined how will all of these excitement promises be paid. “Biar papa, asal PR bergaya”

  1. The Bourgeois of the Communist roader, Brother Anwar Bin Ibrahim.

We, of the poorest Malays have always been victimized by the Communist’s propaganda. The methods of brainwashing were often used systematically to unethically persuade and control us to conform to the wishes of the Communist manipulators.

From the forties to the sixties, the Communists offered us biscuits and foods as bribes to our stricken poor and hungry situation. The Communists persuaded us that Communism welcomed and sympathetic toward Islam. The Communists said you could be Communists as well as being Muslim. The Communists enlightened us that the dual-joined identities sealed our joined forces to fight against the British Imperialist for our freedom and independent.

This was a convincing Communist tagged line in propagating communist ideologies by portraying that Communism was friendly to Islam. Besides, Communists’ leadership and comradeship guaranteed that poverty will be going to be eradicated, there be no more poverty among us, Malays, under the Communist rule. Communism promised us that foods would had always be on our tables. Shelters for everyone of us would be provided free from all charges.

However, the present Communists no longer look like they used to look before. Before these Communists wore three red stars logo patched on their caps. They wore kaki combative outfits. They were armed with rifles strapped bullets to their suspenders. Their subversive operations were mainly underground. They seemed to look alike, enormously inherited the horrid shark-fin faces but seriously looking mobs. Obliviously, we did not know why they love to give away free biscuits to us.

At present, all forms of Communist political parties are outlawed. But Communist mentality in persons are most obvious and flourish. They are under-covers who hide themselves behind the new colored of yellow curtains. They have always been visibly walking the streets with printed pictures of their heroic Communist comrades bolded on the back drop of their distinct red colored TShirts.

In time of street demonstration they prepared to arm themselves with dangerous utensils kept hidden underneath their clothing. They are ready to use them if they were challenged. Arrogantly, splashing their anti establishment picketed cards, they walked toward their designated location, yelling at the top of their lungs over their grievances and demands against the democratic Establishment. Their representation are shaded to inclination for action because of their Communist ideological stance. And walked the street they did in their antagonized behaviors and claimed that it was a peaceful group walkabout. They justified it by their own constructed interpretation of freedom and democracy of lawlessness, in which the maintenance is accounted by the Establishment.

These homegrown Communists are more suspicious minded than the Communists halfway around the world. Others want to know why ?. They are not only gangsters but they are also the urban bandits who bear shamelessly Communist mentality who instill the banned Communist ideology concealed behind the so-called less pinkish socialist ideology. By the same token, they represent Chauvinism , coveted liberal Conservative and religious fanatics with erratic ideology.

They are actually the enemies of freedom and democracy . They inflate themselves with in the association of so-called the new-liberal Conservative ravager who are ever readiness to act and called themselves activist and religious leaders . Isn’t that so !.

Whatever their religions and the color of their skins, urban bandits are still bandits. They initiate fear among the majority of democratic loving people. They also instill fear to the younger generation. They make them fear of their own identities. From that fear they fabricate grown hatred and hope to magnify this fear and become all-consuming. The bandits become the mass provocateur with a motive for instigating the minds of peace. As far as they are concerned, their actions have noble objective in which they are the preserver, the martyr, be it to save their politics, bigotry and constructed religion or ideology.

Until today, we are still finding it difficult to adopt them as the fabric that holds our society together. And as we have embraced the righteous of acceptance and tolerance, we often find ourselves faced by their challenges bearing their greed for power since they stepped foot in our environment of peace and harmony.

Brother Anwar bin Ibrahim is a classic example of the cohort, a Bourgeois of the Communist roader, the one of acquired personalities and mentalities who has been easily brainwashed by Chauvinist DAP, the Communist sympathizer. Now he who thinks that he is in command by designation of a Malay commander of DAP is going to make mistakes. I honestly and personally believe he should be locked in cage for an advanced schooling and mental rehabilitation. Meanwhile, we have been waiting for this COMMUNIST’S ROADER response to the 2013 Budget unveiled this morning, “goodies for cronies, BIAR PAPA, ASAL PR BERGAYA”

    Lolong G Mali

    • Agree with most of what you said. Wolves in sheep clothing, Commies in the name of fighting for democracy. Yes, Commies also claim they are democratic. The Russians, the Mainland Chinese say that, heck, North Koreans even call their country the People’s Democratic Republic. Shit – excuse the word.

But I think it’s the DAP blokes who are communistic in thinking and behaviour. They’ll oppose and politicise anything they can find. They have been working alongside the Communists since before the 1969 race riots. The communists joined the DAP buggers in inciting the Malays that sparked the killings.

No doubt the so-called Pakatan Rakyat Budget appears more the mark of Anwar (you forgot the acronym BABI) and his PKR boys – half-baked economists who don’t or can’t explain how the country can be run on such an airy fairy and bombastic “budget”. For example, targeting a minimum household income of RM 4,000.00 within five years of being in power without explaining how is nonsense. Unless Anwar plans to call the Neocons, Jews and Zionists to come over and distribute cash to low-income Malaysian families every month for 5 years! Malaysia will then become Jewsia.

    • Tulis panjang2 ulangan cerita hantu yg samer ni org kpg kita boleh caya lagi ke? Mcm syok sendrik je.

      • Kamu faham ke apa dia tulis? Kalau tak faham kenapa tak cakap, orang boleh terangkan.

Kamu ada penyakit short attention span ke? Kalau ada kenapa tak makan ubat? Kan bagus makan ubat supaya kau tak keluar sini pukul 3.30 pagi tulis 1-2 baris menyakitkan hati orang saja.

Kalau takda apa yang baik atau pendapat yang biasa, diam saja lah. Mcm budak kecik saja kamu.

  2. BUDGET PAKATAN RAKYAT= PAKAT PAKAT BELANJA WANG RAKYAT….HE..HE…

  3. Belanjawan shit Pakatan Rakyat. It’s all attention seeking, smelly flares otherwise called kentut trying to distract the rakyat’s attention from the Parliamentary Budget debate and public discussions on it.

Those are frustrated fellows who cannot have much or do much except create nuisance here and there, time and again. Damn them and vote them out of the few states concerned and don’t allow them access to Putrajaya.

  4. “This is actually Anwar getting his Neo Con Jewish financial empire buddies to invest and Ali-Baba-ed these State Government for the region’s much prized natural resources.”

That’s true. If he gets to become PM, he’ll travel all over to announce it so and prepare a Budget that’ll pave the way for Neocon Jews all over the world to come into this country.

Whether they’ll end up controlling this country through its economy, why does Anwar bother. He’s the gullible type. After all, he’s also gullible sex wise. Anything under a skirt he’ll sebat, including Scotsmen. Sodomy I and II did not come out for nothing.

Anwar did not study Economics like Najib did. And what economics his people know, God only knows. So, put out a so-called Pakatan Rakyat Budget merely based on generalities. No details on how to raise the money like for the proposed GLC buy outs, except by bringing in Jewish financiers. If he comes into power, jahanam lah negara.

    • Like the PM said the country was almost destroyed during the economic crisis. And PM wouldnt say it unless its true. He has his reputation at stake. This time I think PM will wallop him and the election campaign begins.

  5. ‘We can’t afford to continue PM’s spendthrift ways’ says Malaysia Kini in a stupid way.

Don’t they know what their Pakatan Rakyat masters say? But then they don’t know how to analyse, do they? Merely print out what they pick up from the gutter.

Some one needs to tell them what Income and Expenditure planning for the country is all about. The capacity for the country to generate that income based on the resilience of the economy.

  6. The people sitting on the left of the speaker have never said a good word about those on the right. Whether its about the budget or anything else. Never a good word for the past 55 years. And on the left they will remain. Like a frog under a coconut shell.
