Emperorissimo of Instigating Jaya

The Chinese Chauvinist Emperorissimo of Middle-Malaysia has proven himself time and again, to be racist, instigative, inciteful and flametory, the primary poison against Malaysian peace, harmony and continuous stability.

Ever since the Singapore was expelled from the Federation on 9 August 1965, Lee Kuan Yew continued to have a footing a Malaysian politics.

His intention is non other than systematically ensure the majority-backed-democratically-elected UMNO dominated Federal Government is continuously be challenged, the minority Chinese continue to be provocative and eventually reach to a point of critical mass.

It is where the inter-race relations are at it most precarious and volatile point, where a little more provocation could spark of something ugly.

That is where the minority would cry for international assistance where the majority is oppressive. Of course to justify, they would throw in the usual ‘Universal Rights’, taking it into measure perfectly out of context when all these rights are abused to the minority to challenge the majority further.

Hence, the off-shoot of Lee Kuan Yew’s People’s Action Party, Democratic Action Party was formed in October 1965, just barely two months after the Chinese majority state within Federation of Malaysia was expelled.

Everything else is history.

DAP has been under the Lim dynasty for more than 45 years, with the exception of a short stint where Kerk Kim Hock was warming the seat up.

The Malaysian Chinese, who was an integral part of Tunku Abdul Rahman’s Alliance Party since 1953, the Federal Consultative Council Election in 1955, the first Federation of Malay Peninsular Cabinet, Baling Talks in December 1955 and eventually the negotiations at Lancaster House in January 1956.

Tunku Abdul Rahman’s team on the London mission to negotiate for Independence in 1956

The continuous political support on the Malaysian Chinese was part of the success of the UMNO-led Federal Government to achieved nationhood throughout over the five decades as a Federation.

This year, the DAP sanctioned, backed and advocated 80%-Chinese-participated BERSIH4.0 rally on 29-30 August which was recriprocated by the Malay-centric Perhimpunan Rakyat Bersatu seventeen days later, demonstrated nothing but provocation and insults would be treated by Newton’s Third Law.

The Malays have been very accomodative and tolerant in race relations, which has been proven for more than 550 years. The Malays of Melaka, Johor, Perak, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan provided the same treatment for any other migrants, in search for better life in this Peninsular.

84% of the eligible voters in the 1955 Federal Consultative Council general election are the Malays, who were 'Subjects of HRH Rulers'.

84% of the eligible voters in the 1955 Federal Consultative Council general election are the Malays, who were ‘Subjects of HRH Rulers’.

Some came from China as traders. Others came as labourers. They were free to live their culture, way of life and worship, without any threats which include being assimilated to follow the majority and predominately Malays, against their will.

After Alliance Party was formed, UMNO leaders were very accommodative to provide the MCA candidates to contest in 15 out of 52 Federal Consultative Council seats in the 1955 election even the Chinese were only 11% of the eligible voters as compared to the Malays, 84%.

The Malays were willing to compromise political opportunities in Tunku Abdul Rahman’s interpretation and concept of ‘power-share’ and the Chinese must be part of building the nation and nationhood process, all the way.

MCP bandits armed with M3 Carbines

In a nutshell, as a Malaysian community, the Malays have lived well with the other ethnics, especially the Chinese. The problem started when many are taken into the Communist China struggle for International Communism and the Malayan Communist Party was formed in 1930 by Chinese labourers in Kuala Pilah.

The terrorists of the Malayan Communist Party under the Secretary General Chin “Butcher of Malaya” Peng, were predominantly Chinese. They caused much death, suffering and pain and more than 10,000 non combatants lost their lives during the First emergency (1948-1960).

Then they started the Second Emergency in 1967. The attacks were much more precised and they also started to use instigation, to profess the radical and subversive philosophy in getting Malaysians, particularly the Chinese as the minority to antagonise the majority.

Hence, the instability is caused by obnoxious agents, as per described by then Home Minister Tun Dr. Ismail Abdul Rahman at the NOC level “Radical and subversive elements”, which caused the 13 May 1969 racial riots.

The traits, behaviour, attitude, doctrine and philosophy is very much alive present day through DAP Chinese Chauvinists and provocateurs, even after more than forty six years.

The most recent is when DAP leaders paid respect to Chin Peng when he died in Bangkok. Needless to mention that DAP Chinese Chauvinist leaders have been advocating to allow the “Butcher of Malaya” to return from exile.

This not withstanding the DAP leaders wanted to accolade Chin “Butcher of Malaya” Peng and the MCP terrorists, who caused so many deaths especially amongst unarmed non combatants and so much sufferings and pain amongst Malayans, as ‘Independent Fighters’.

Chin Peng contributed to Merdeka, argues DAP parliamentarian

Published: 22 September 2013 5:53 PM
In the middle of a very divisive debate over the merits of the late communist leader Chin Peng, the DAP’s Klang MP Charles Santiago (pic) has waded in, saying that Chin Peng contributed to the wellbeing of Malaysia.

“His armed struggle against the Japanese and British helped expedite Merdeka for Malaya,” he said when contacted by The Malaysian Insider today.

Santiago had been among the first to pay his respects to the former Communist Party of Malaya secretary-general.

He said he had gone to Bangkok for a meeting with non-governmental organisations and later dropped by the temple where the late Chin Peng’s remains were, to pay his respects.
He was seen kneeling and holding a joss stick at a floral dais inside the air-conditioned hall, where the sealed casket bearing Chin Peng’s remains was placed, The Star online reported.

Santiago was accompanied by Selangor DAP committee member and former senator S. Ramakrishnan and Aliran exco member Sarajun Hoda. Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi and PKR Batu MP Tian Chua have also paid their respects, but at a different time.

Santiago told The Malaysian Insider upon arrival from Bangkok, “Allowing his remains to be brought back and interred in his hometown in Sitiawan must be seen as a healing process.”

He added, “Let history judge Chin Peng.”

Santiago was on the outskirts of the Thai capital to attend a conference but attended the wake service at Wat That Thong Temple on Friday.

The leaders of Malaysia, he said, must show the international community that they were magnanimous in doing what was expected of them, since it was the existing government that had signed a peace pact with the Communist Party of Malaya in 1989.

“The Thai army generals who fought Chin Peng and the Communist Party of Malaya have said let bygones be bygones. It is time to move forward. Malaysia should adopt a similar attitude,” he said.

He said many in Bangkok wondered why Malaysia took such a tough stand against Chin Peng when the government had diplomatic ties with China, which is communist.

“We have also excellent ties with Japan which once occupied this country and whose soldiers caused untold misery to the people,” he noted.

Santiago noted that Chin Peng fought an ideological war with the Japanese and later the British to liberate Malaya.

“Can Umno and the present government deny this?” he asked.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak has said Putrajaya would block the remains of Chin Peng from Malaysia and challenged those unhappy with the decision to take it to the courts.

“The government has decided, and those unhappy with the decision can challenge it in court,” Najib said.

They manipulate and spin history, with the intent to antagonise and provoke the predominantly Malays, who were majority of those who risked their lives as members of the security services which fought the communist terrorists from 1948-1989.

This compulsive challenges, provocations and insults would just widen the gap further and compound the feeling of hatred, which the DAP Chinese Chauvinists have intensely sowed for the past forty six years.

Unless that is changed, then it would be very wishful to hope to think that the Malays would be pessimistic taking shit thrown and smeared in the face when they remained silent and appeared to be subdued, all the while in between.

16 September 2015 was the call by the silent majority, “Tepuk dada, tanya selera” and it is the most polite form of expression the Malays could do given all the mitigating circumstances, directly to Chinese Chauvinist Emperorissimo Lim and Co.

One Krypto: A secured messaging system for Malaysians

A review on the Malaysian secured messaging application which was build on AES-256 military grade encryption, now ready for the Malaysian market for commercial use.

Malaysian Company Creates App That Hides Your Messages – From Everyone

One Krypto is here

One Krypto is here

With the proliferation of leaked secret documents – from Wikileaks to 1MDB’s banking details to the leak of dating and affairs website Ashley Madison’s passwords onto the internet, the need for protecting messages transmitted digitally is at an all time high.

And for those who have valuable information or wanting to hide the cat in the bag, secrecy and privacy has arrived in the form of an app. Is this too good to be true?

One Krypto is a wholly Malaysian developed app that allows users to communicate securely and includes several encrypted communication channels via chats, emails, voice and video.

The way it works is two people will have the app in their phones. Adam and Sarah add each other as friends, and now both have a ‘key’ code that is unique only to them. Now say Adam sends a message to Sarah using One Krypto, the message is encrypted on Adam’s phone, sent to One Krypto’s servers which then transfer the message to Sarah’s phone. The message is decrypted in Sarah’s phone, using their unique ‘key’.

In the end, while the message is placed in the server, it is encrypted, and no one can understand it, unless you have the key.

One Krypto aims to tap into this yet untapped market, banking on the growing need for privacy which applications have yet to provide.

Malaysian Digest sits down with the Vice President of Business Development, Wan Azrain Adnan of mTouche Technology, the developer of One Krypto to find out more about this potential game-changer in the crowded mobile app business.

Why One Krypto?: Because more often than not nowadays there are phones being hacked and tapped. We see that there’s a need now that people are beginning to be more privacy and security conscious as they are looking for more ways to communicate securely.. There’s a void in the market currently for a product that offers secured communications.

How different is it from Silent Circle? (Silent Circle also provides multi-platform secure communication services for mobile devices and desktop): Similar but not quite. One Krypto has it all in one application. We have different pricing and offerings. We do encryption end to end, peer to peer, meaning if someone were to come to our server you cannot see anything as it is encrypted. It will be encrypted on my device, the server acts as the postman, and once it reaches your device, then only will it be decrypted.

Is anything left in the servers? Who owns the servers? : We don’t keep anything in the server. It’s kept in people’s device, the server is just the post office. It will detect if you’re online then it will send the message. If you’re offline, it won’t deliver. Nothing is left in the server per se.

The different platforms of mobile communication enabled to be encrypted by One Krypto

The different platforms of mobile communication enabled to be encrypted by One Krypto

The server can be hacked, but you cannot read the mail. The primary technology that we use is the 256-bit AES encryption technology, a military grade encryption technology. Nobody has been able to hack it thus far.

How do we send each other messages?: You need to add the other person through the app and once approved, then only will the two of you exchange ‘keys’, which is unique. The key is a code, non-hackable. The key is within the phone.

What if one’s phone is stolen?: If stolen, well, there’s no way do deal with it. The only way for someone to view your communication is for someone to actually steal your phone and go into One Krypto per se. We do not discount the possibility of a remote lock function and in the pipeline we also want to release a video messaging platform.

We have what we call Stealth Mode, where we can hide the icon itself, which will reveal only once you’ve type in your passcode. (The app is still findable if you look through your phone’s apps in Settings). For us that could be the best line of defence as no one knows the app is present. Secondly we have a self-destruct timer for the messages, where after they have seen it, it will be deleted. Once it is deleted, it is deleted. Thirdly, we’ve disabled screen capture on Android devices (meaning you can’t use screen capture anymore) however for iOS devices we are restricted from doing so as its part of the software.

What if the police come asking for the data for an investigation?: If the police do come asking us to hand over confidential information for an ongoing investigation, for example, yes we can hand it over but it is encrypted. We would just give the police gibberish because the key is not with us, it’s with the two people. Even we don’t know the message ourselves. We are just the postman, we don’t know what’s inside the mail. We just take the mail and send it.

Right to privacy: People have the right to feel safe and to feel secure in their communications, whether they use the technology for something that is lawful or unlawful that is not up to us to decide. We are just tech providers and cannot tell someone how to use the technology. Just like hand phones, whatever you want to do with it, Celcom or Samsung cannot be at fault for whatever you do with it.

Why One Krypto and not Silent Circle?: There’s room for expansion for us in the Malaysian market. What we offer is much more cheaper, with our basic plan going at RM10 versus Silent Circle’s USD99.

Mobile phone security threats

Mobile phone security threats

On government surveillance: We have to serve the right to privacy and security of the public so until and unless Malaysia comes up with a limiting regulation to users in terms of mobile devices, then we’ll abide by it.

Can we use One Krypto for criminal, immoral purposes?: Even in the US they have yet to stop companies from using encryption. You can even sell nuclear bombs for all you want, or prostitute children, the concept is that we don’t know what people do with it. We are a tech company, we provide the service to serve the demand for privacy and security.

When will this be released?: We are about to commercialize One Krypto soon. Our testing has showed positive results, user acceptance is good, the application itself is user friendly, not much difference than what they are used to. Eventually one day we’d like our consumers to compare One Krypto with Whatsapp and other services. As far as we know, One Krypto is the only application with multiple communication channels under one application. Whatsapp started with chats then moved onto voice. We have three now, including email, and will also have video soon enough.

Who can use this?: Our target market includes (but not limited to) businesses which communicate and handle highly confidential information, regional businesses who need direct communication channels abroad, professionals who deal in highly confidential environments and clients, government officials and staff, and privacy conscious public.

What’s in store for the future: We want to expand into desktops, besides having video calls as well. Also we’d tailor the experience to suit people’s needs first, for example if business people prefer to use the calendar or business card reader first as opposed to the mass market.

Currently One Krypto is available for iOS and Android and may be expanding into Blackberry and Windows devices as well. Pricing starts from USD8.99 for 3 months to USD28.99 for 12 months.

Tit of Tat, Sow(y)

Probably DAP Chinese Chauvinist Emperissimo Lim Kit Siang did not do science in school, for otherwise he would under the Newton’s Third Law before issuing the statement against Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak for the shockingly huge success of the Redshirt Rally yesterday.

Pro-Anwarista News Portal

Apologise to Malaysians for allowing provocative rally, DAP tells Najib

Published: 17 September 2015 3:29 PM | Updated: 17 September 2015 4:35 PM
DAP leader Lim Kit Siang today demanded that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his Cabinet apologise to Malaysians for allowing the racially-charged “red shirt” rally yesterday, saying it desecrated Malaysia Day and undermined racial harmony.
He said the Najib-led administration should apologise because it had “shamefully” abdicated its responsibility by allowing the rally to take place, questioning why the prime minister and other Umno leaders seemed to be proud of yesterday’s gathering.

“It is shocking that the prime minister and some ministers are quite pleased and proud about the ‘red shirt’ rally, when they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a disgraceful blemish in the history of the country’s race relations to take place,” Lim said in a statement today.

“What is there to be proud about the ‘red shirt’ rally?”
He said the prime minister and his Cabinet represent Malaysians regardless of race, religion, region, age or gender, and not just a select group of people in the country.

The Gelang Patah MP said Najib made an “empty claim” in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah yesterday when he said that his top priorities were peace, security and racial harmony of the nation but did nothing to allay the fears of traders in Petaling Street, where violence broke out during the ‘red shirt’ rally yesterday.

Over 1,000 shopkeepers and traders in Petaling Street, representing over 90% of the businesses, took the day off for safety reasons to avoid any untoward incident during the rally, which organisers say was attended by some 250,000 people.

“But even more serious, Najib and his Cabinet allowed race relations in Malaysia to reach the worst state in 46 years since the May 13 riots in 1969, allowing the most provocative outbursts of anti-Chinese slurs and insults, with the Chinese being called ‘babi’ (pigs) and told to ‘balik Cina’ (return to China).

“The outcome is the media attention, locally as well as internationally, about the worsening of race relations in Malaysia, as if Malaysia does not have enough world-class scandals of late for Malaysians to be ashamed of,” the DAP parliamentary leader said.

Lim said Najib and his Cabinet have to make amends for their dereliction of duties in allowing the racial bashing to take place yesterday, by apologising for their failures at the Cabinet meeting next Wednesday.

“Najib and the ministers should firstly, at the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, offer a fulsome apology for their failure of leadership and responsibility in allowing the racially-charged and provocative ‘red shirt’ rally to be held, and secondly, initiate a series of remedial measures akin to the formation or the National Goodwill Committees after the May 13 riots in 1969 to repair the damage done to racial harmony and social peace as a result of government neglect and failure.

“DAP leaders and I are prepared to fully co-operate with the government, all other political parties and NGOs to undo the great damage to race relations caused by the racially-charged ‘red shirt’ Malay rally in Kuala Lumpur on Malaysia Day yesterday.”

Yesterday, the prime minister and his deputy Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi had expressed surprise and said they were moved by the large show of support at the ‘red shirt’ rally and the peaceful way it was carried out.

This was announced by Ketereh MP Tan Sri Annuar Musa in his speech at Padang Merbok, where the rally was held.

It was reported that leaders from Umno and other Malay-based groups had made speeches that bashed DAP and the Chinese community, claiming that the secular party was the mastermind behind Bersih and any discord in Malaysia. – September 17, 2015.

By and large, yesterday was a reaction to the DAP sanctioned and advocated BERSIH 4.0 seventeen days earlier.

The extraordinary super large turnout (considering the below average preparation, last minute Police approval and poor air quality), was about the Malays coming out in full force to tell off everyone who have been out of spite berate them and everything that had to do with the Malays.

The Chinese Chauvinists have been insulting the Malays for their special rights, position and role of the Rulers, the administration and stature of Islam as the religion of the Federation, their language which is the national language and the list is quite endless.

What is horrifying these insults have been heightened to unbearable proportions, intensity and frequency.

Photos of Prime Minister Najib and Hadi were stomped during BERSIH 4.0

BERSIh 4.0 saw how some of these Chinese Chauvinists not only stomped on the photo of Prime Minister Najib but also PAS President Dato’ Seri Hj Hadi Awang.

If that is a swine-like behaviour, then we are not sure what is. The fact is that there are BERSIH 4.0 leaders, speakers and obviously the supporters taken into the continuous effort and hype of the sowing of hatred, being manifested through acts like this.

This should be construed as nothing but seditious.

Probably that is the reason why PAS leaders and members also participated in the ‘Perhimpunan Rakyat Bersatu’, where many UMNO leaders where present and brought their members and supporters to come in full force.

These Chinese Chauvinism seditious behaviour and now probably an attitude has been sowed by Chinese Chauvinists DAP leaders, ever since the party was formally incepted forty eight years ago.

Infact, they were the contributory factors of the bloody racial riot around Klang Valley on 13 May 1969. It was as the result of insults they threw against the Malays for able to win half of the Selangor State Assembly seat on the 3GE which concluded three days earlier.

The Chinese Chauvinist DAP has not change since then.

Hence, Chinese Chauvinist Emperissimo Lim should reflect himself in the mirror first, before making baconish demands.

Envy with Red

The near 100% Malay participated Red-shirt Rally which converged in Padang Merbok a few hours ago is a demonstration of force that the majority of Malaysians wanted what the majority decided in the last general election in the first-past-the-post democratic system.

Their message is clear; the wanted Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak to remain leading the nation and the malays not to be taken for granted.

It is in direct defiance against the BERSIH 4.0 demonstration 17 days ago, where near 80% majority Chinese protesters demanded that Prime Minister Najib be posted from office.

The Malays have came out to demonstrate that they are the voice of the masses and majority. UMNO, PAS and Malay activists and NGOs have converged as ‘Perhimpunan Rakyat Bersatu’.

The fact is that this nation was formed because the outcome from the rally that the Malays demonstrated their unity and projection of displeasure in 1946 through UMNO. That led to HRH Malay Rulers and UMNO, representing the Malays, on 26 June 1946 rejecting any declaration pertaining to the Malayan Union.

When British Government reversed the Malayan Union which was passed by Westminster Palace, HRH Malay Rulers then entered into a series of negotiations where the Treaty of Tanah Melayu was signed on 21 Jan 1948 at King’s House and Persekutuan Tanah Melayu was born on 1 Feb 1948.

Perundingan antara Raja Raja Melayu, wakil UMNO dan Pesuruhjaya British di King's House 20 Nov 1946

Perundingan antara Raja Raja Melayu, wakil UMNO dan Pesuruhjaya British di King’s House 20 Nov 1946

UMNO was part of the negotiations and was given the accord as ‘observers’, when British High Commissioner Edward Gent negotiated with with HRH Malay Rulers.

It’s the same spirit we saw today.

Despite the hasty organisation as a reaction if not response to BERSIH 4.0, the Malays have came out to send the strong message that they cannot be taken for granted, their rights are not to be challenged and their democratic decision be respected

The Malays came in full force to oppose the Malayan Union, which Edward Gent declared on 1 April 1946

The Malays came in full force to oppose the Malayan Union, which Edward Gent declared on 1 April 1946

Those participated, supported and were hopeful of the BERSIH 4.0, probably got a rude shock of their lives when the Malays came out in such full force and thunderous messages, considering the poor air quality of the current haze in the region.

The message is very clear.

Najib, Zahid moved by peaceful ‘red shirt’ rally, says Umno leader

Published: 16 September 2015 7:17 PM
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his deputy, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, said today they were surprised and moved by the large show of support for the “red shirt” rally and the peaceful way it was carried out.
This was announced by Ketereh MP Tan Sri Annuar Musa in his speech at Padang Merbok, where he also announced the end of the rally, also known as the Himpunan Rakyat Bersatu.

“I just got a call from the prime minister, who sent his regards to all here.

“The prime minister and his deputy, who are now in Sabah, have expressed their shock at the number of people at this assembly that has gone on peacefully.”
This is despite the fact that police were earlier forced to use water cannon to disperse some 1,000 unruly rally goers who attempted to breach the barricade into Petaling Street. There were also reports of several arrests.

The greetings from the top leaders of the country are in contrast with that of Umno deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal, who have criticised the rally.

Muhyiddin had urged Malays not to celebrate Malaysia Day with a rally that was racist in nature while Shafie said that the rally has marred the celebration of an auspicious day.

When asked about the incident, Annuar later told reporters that those in Petaling Street were not part of the group and urged police to act against the mob.

“We are checking, when we check with our leaders, groups and security personnel, all of them are here. Who are the people there?”

Earlier, Annuar also declared the rally a success, claiming some 250,000 rally goers were present.

“All those gathered (at various meeting points) were making their way to Padang Merbok but unfortunately, could not make it but their spirit and strength is with us.” – September 16, 2015.

There were would definitely be hopefuls of the BERSIH 4.0, especially amongst the Chinese, that the political scenario would change for their advantage and in denial that the Malays have come out in full force to state their case.

It is very certain that the majority of the Malays, who comprises the majority of Malaysians wanted the democratically elected through general election Prime Minister Najib to lead the nation. Tonight in Kota Kinabalu, it is expected that Sabahans and Sarawakians demonstrate the same intent in full force.

Ir-responsible Al-Jazeera

Mary Ann Jolley taking Al-Jazeera viewers on the imagination trip on 'Murder in Malaysia'

Mary Ann Jolley taking Al-Jazeera viewers on the imagination trip on ‘Murder in Malaysia’, by inter-twining between facts and fabrication

The recent ruckus of highly acclaimed 101 East show on Al-Jazeera featuring a story by so-called ‘Independent Journo’ Mary Ann Jolley about the mystery of the murder of Mongolian national Altantuyaa Shaariibuu is utterly distasteful and brought the highly regardly international news channel on the Gulf States into gutter tabloid level.

The fact is that, the story is build against many so-called mysteries, which already have been addressed.

Probably Jolley, the features and chief editors of Al-Jazeera conveniently or were obtuse about the complete case of PP Vs Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri and Corporal Sirul Azhar Umar.

The fact still remain, Chief Inspector Azilah and Corporal Sirul did shoot and murder the deceased. They did then blew her corpse up and tried to conceal the remains.

They admitted to this when they were originally interviewed by CID Police Officers and as Police officers themselves who are conversant with CPC, they signed the cautioned statement.

Sirul who is now a fugitive in Australia, admitted receiving money, to ‘eliminate’ Altantuyaa.

Another fact is that how she was implicated with the process of acquisition of the submarine is also baffling. The deal signed between Malaysian Government and DCNI and Thales where Perimekar was the advisor, on 5 June 2002.

One was present at the event, in Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur.

Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera then had interest in Perimekar. LTAT MD Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin signed on behalf of Perimekar at the signing ceremony.

Soon after Perimekar got the contract from the Malaysian Government to undertaken the training and management of resources for the Project Team and the actual two sets of crew and ancillary staffs.

The Project Team numbering 20 Royal Malaysian Navy officers stationed in Cherbourg, Normandy, France where the Perdana Class submarines were built and their families from the commencement of the project till delivery (Late 2003 – mid 2010).

The two sets of crew of the Scorpene submarines underwent rigourous training in NAFVCO Brest, Britanny, France numbered 156 officers and men, were trained from 2005 – 2010. June 2010 was when the crew of KD Tun Razak, the second of the Perdana Class submarine set sail for her new home at TLDM Lumut.

She arrived in July 2010.

Abdul Razak Baginda, who was the controversial figure in this mystery (and still being made so, till present day), admitted that he started seeing the deceased by November or December 2004. Whether or not she had extra marital relationship with Razak is not a concern of anyone in the general public.

However it is baffling how Altantuyaa could be involved with any part of the project since all the deals were concluded and some of it were being implemented and rolled up even before Razak met her. And yet, so many people gullibly bought into these lies and still being repeated over and over again.

One even received a called from Jolley pretending to be “An independent Journalist”, to talk about people involved with Perimekar in Cherbourg since one actually was in Cherbourg in June 2004 and met some of the Project Team members. Of course, she did not get much.

Now that we can see the product of Jolley’s work, one can’t help to think that she is part of the apparatus now in motion incessantly out to demonise Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak. What is baffling, why is Al-Jazeera as a credible news channel perceived from a Muslim country, is game into all these strategic agenda by the New Con Jews.

The fact is that Jolley, like the media outlet as per Sarawak Report, is echoing many of the lies and manipulation which already have set the in minds of many, including the learned ones, opinion makers and those of affluent society.

It is all too clear, quad erat demonstratum. All the onslaught cannot present itself at the same time just by chance.

It is a concerted effort. There are NGOs being funded by Neo Con Jewish establishments systematically working with Opposition and pro-Opposition NGOs and activists, out to demonise Prime Minister Najib and topple the UMNO/BN led Malaysian Government.

It ashamed if no one actually comes up with the right story to correct all these wrongs based on facts and evidences, and make Al-Jazeera to air it. Of course, Al-Jazeera is compelled to be a news channel that carry ‘A balanced news’.

The Chinese caused BN formation

Inadvertently, the Chinese Chauvinists and radicals amongst them, which include ‘subversive elements’ started the ’cause and effect’ of closer working political working relationship led by UMNO with the other ethnic based and mixed-race parties.

The Chinese Chauvinists and radicals were the instigators of the 13 May 1969 racial riots post-third GE where almost 200 persons officially declared dead. That resulted the declaration of Emergency. The Parliament was suspended and the nation was administered by the National Operation Council (NOC).

Deputy Prime Minister Tun Hj Abdul Razak Hussein became the Director of NOC.

When situation became calm and normalcy was restored, then Founding Prime Minister Tun Abdul Rahman Putra decided to retire and pass the baton to Tun Razak in gradual process which was eventually finalised in 1971.

There on, Tun Razak started his rapid ‘Transformation Plan’ for Malaysia, where the agenda to develop the rural folks, which mainly consist of the Malays and Sabah and Sarawak Bumiputera, in an aggressive affirmative action program New Economic Policy (NEP) introduced in the same year.

Tun Razak on his rural development rounds

The consultation process to derive at the NEP was participated by all political parties that include Gerakan which was one of the Opposition instigated the 13 May 1969 racial riots. However, it was with the exception of the Chinese Chauvinist DAP which completely taped away.

Tun Razak also fostered closer relationship and community, ‘Perpaduan dan Muhibbah’, between Malaysians at all walks of life as part of the healing process to the bloody incident which started in Setapak. Rukunegara was introduced.

That eventually was the trigger of the process which resulted with the formation of Barisan Nasional (BN) in 1973. The original UMNO-MCA-MIC political co-operation and relationship was expanded and more parties joined the federation of political alliances.

Red causing Red Tumbler Fright

In the current economic crisis and volatility which was caused from China’s devaluing its Yuan to prop exports and all the corrections that came with it, the upcoming threatening capital-market-centrally-controlled-nation intends to withdraw its US Treasury commercial papers and risk a trigger of further economic uncertainty.

CNN money story:

China is dumping U.S. debt

By Matt Egan @mattmegan5
It’s no secret that China is the largest holder of U.S. debt.
So should Americans be concerned that China has started dumping some of its Treasury holdings?

After all, it raises serious questions about whether China will keep lending Washington money to help finance the federal deficit in the future.
But right now, China is selling because it’s in dire need of cash. Recently, it unleashed multiple moves to support its markets and prevent its currency from a freefall, while at the same time trying to stimulate the economy.
China yanks record sum from war chest
China owned $1.3 trillion of U.S. Treasuries as of June, making it the biggest holder of U.S. debt.
But China’s foreign-exchange reserves plunged by a record $94 billion in August, according to the country’s central bank, leaving it with a war chest of $3.6 trillion. Analysts say it’s very safe to believe a big chunk of that decline occurred due to a reduction in U.S. Treasury holdings.
The selling and the potential that China will not be buying U.S. debt in the near future raises questions on its potential to increase America’s borrowing costs.
Some of this might already be happening, at least at a small scale. When stock markets are turbulent, investors usually rush to the safety of U.S. Treasurys and yields fall. However, despite August’s extreme stock volatility, rates on Treasurys actually rose slightly in late August.
Part of that move is likely due to Wall Street betting the Federal Reserve may raise interest rates next week. But market participants also suspect the unusual action in the bond market was driven by China dumping Treasuries.
Related: China is the scariest threat to stocks since 2009
China is raising lots of cash
This time, Beijing is cutting its Treasury holdings out of a weakened position as it tries to stave off more declines in its currency. China is also propping up its stock market, which lost half its value in the span of just a few months this summer.
“Capital outflows have skyrocketed in China and the yuan is under intense selling pressure. The only thing they could do is sell Treasuries to buy their own currency,” said Walter Zimmerman, chief technical analyst at United-ICAP.

China isn’t trying to sink the U.S. economy
There have long been concerns that China could sink the American economy by unloading its gigantic holdings of Treasuries, sending borrowing costs skyrocketing.
Thankfully, those doomsday fears don’t appear to be at play here yet.
“If China’s U.S. Treasury stock is a nuclear bomb, moderate sales to offset selling pressure on the yuan are unlikely to set off an explosion,” Michael McDonough, chief economist at Bloomberg Intelligence, wrote in a recent report.
But moves could raise borrowing costs here
Still, China’s sales could make Treasury yields higher than they would normally be. That’s of concern because Treasury rates are used as a benchmark that set the cost of borrowing for items like credit cards and mortgages.
While it’s “not the end of the world,” SkyBridge Capital senior portfolio manager Troy Gayeski said higher yields could lead to a “slowdown in the housing recovery.”
What’s key is how much cash China ultimately needs to raise to defend its currency and stock market. No one, not even China, knows that figure.

China may go on a U.S. debt diet
So far, the American bond market seems to be taking the China move in stride.
The yield on the 10-year Treasury note is currently sitting at 2.22%, about unchanged from a month ago.
Demand for U.S. debt is healthy now especially when compared to the ultra-low, or even negative rates in other economic powerhouses like Germany and Japan.
Policymakers in Washington should hope that trend continues. Now that China’s economy is in disarray, America might not be able to count on its No. 1 lender to gobble up U.S. debt like in the past.
“China’s surplus is slowing. That gives them less firepower to accumulate Treasuries,” said Thomas Urano, managing director at Sage Advisory.

The dumping of US Treasury bonds by China would trigger a sporadic activity to gain from the yield of these bonds. That would  gradually trigger the USD to rise against other currencies. That would spiral the current global economic crisis into another vicious cycle.

China economy economic slowdown triggered a global stock market slide and affected many currencies. As a result, China injected monies which came from several pension funds to prop the stock market and to invoke interjection into the economy.

China is said to have a lot of problems without real monetary policy. Hence, the economy is expected to slide further.

Fortune.com story:

China’s economy isn’t getting any better

by Laura Lorenzetti @lauralorenzetti SEPTEMBER 10, 2015, 12:41 PM EDT

The data looks grim.

China’s economy has been on a rollercoaster ride for the past few months, and the latest data out of the world’s second largest nation isn’t getting much better.

Here’s a quick rundown on the situation.

The background

Since mid-June, the main stock index in Shanghai is down about 40%. Its stock-index futures market, the world’s biggest, hit record lows on Wednesday after falling 99% from June highs.

At the same time, the nation has struggled to stabilize its currency. The People’s Bank of China (PBOC) devalued the yuan by about 2% in early August, an unexpected move that brought the currency’s value closer to what the market believes it ought to be. It also may help China’s export sector.

But Chinese officials have been intervening to stop the yuan from going into freefall, which led to a $94 billion decline in its foreign currency reserves last month.

Latest update

The greatest risk currently for China is deflation, which could slow economic growth considerably.

China’s Producer Price Index (PPI), a measure of change in the price companies receive for their output, fell 5.9% in August, a much steeper decline than expected. The drop cut into profits at Chinese firms, which has already led to layoffs.

Still, consumer prices actually gained last month, mostly due to soaring food prices. Non-food inflation remained unchanged at 1.1%.

So, what is China doing about it?

China’s Premier Li Keqiang went on the record saying the nation won’t pursue a quantitative easing policy, but that doesn’t mean the government is standing idly by. There have been several interest rate cuts this year, and Chinese officials are organizing debt swaps with local Chinese governments to boost investments.

Meanwhile, when the market was dissolving, the PBOC also jumped in to inject funds into a state-owned entity that lends to brokerage firms as a stabilization effort.

Could this affect the U.S.?

Fortune’s Chris Matthews took a deeper look at the issue, finding that China accounted for a third of global growth this decade compared to just 17% for the U.S. China’s fate will weigh heavily on the global economy, but given America’s low reliance on exports (only about 15% of GDP), it could affect the U.S. economy less drastically than it might other nations, particularly ones that rely on the export of commodities used in manufacturing.

Pua. Preacher. Prevaricator.

DAP Chief Strategist Tony Pua inadvertently risks himself of being a political manipulator and an economic saboteur after admission of introducing Sarawak Report Chief Editor Clare Rewcastle-Brown to the Edge Tong Kooi Ong and Ho Kay Tat.

Media statement by 1Malaysia Development Berhad

Issued on 10 September 2015
For immediate publication

“Practise what you preach”

1MDB is disappointed to note the admission by Public Accounts Committee (PAC) member YB Tony Pua that he introduced discredited journalist Clare Rewcastle-Brown to Datuk Tong Kooi Ong and Ho Kay Tat of The Edge media group. We further note media reports that YB Tony Pua has not denied knowledge that Clare Rewcastle-Brown was dealing with stolen goods.

In a statement today, YB Tony Pua urged 1MDB to “come clean” on the bond arrangements and guarantee by Abu Dhabi’s International Petroleum Investment Corporation (IPIC). We remind YB Tony Pua that the key terms of the bond and the IPIC guarantee are contained in the notes to the 1MDB audited accounts dated 31 March 2013 and 31 March 2014. These are publicly available documents. 1MDB had also provided a detailed answer to the Wall Street Journal report on 9 September 2015, defended its audited accounts and confirmed that it cannot comment on nor have knowledge of, the accounting arrangements of third parties such as IPIC or Aabar.

However, YB Tony Pua is quick to respond to detailed answers with even more questions. One can only conclude he is not at all interested in the answers. We note media reports quoting IGP Tan Sri Mohd Khalid Abu Bakar as saying, in relation to YB Tony Pua, that the police had opened an investigation paper under Section 120 of the Penal Code to probe alleged attempts to topple the government. The IGP is quoted as saying “Mind you, we do not investigate based on newspaper reports… (but) this was what he (Pua) had actually said. As such, we need to call him (in) again. He (Pua) himself had admitted that he had left out a few things when he was first called in. He could have forgotten then. Now only he remembered. So we will call him in.”

We hope YB Tony Pua will “come clean” with his answers to the police.

1MDB has consistently maintained that the appropriate forum to share information is to the lawful authorities investigating 1MDB, including the PAC. It would appear that YB Tony Pua, notwithstanding his role in the PAC, wants to be judge, jury and executioner for 1MDB.

1MDB is disappointed to hear of the alleged actions by YB Tony Pua. Whilst we have had differences of opinion with him, we respected his tenacity and focus. Now that YB Tony Pua is under investigation by the police, we urge YB Tony Pua to practise what he preaches to others and step down from the PAC, while he proves his innocence on the various allegations made against him.

The credibility and integrity of Pua as politician is at stake. His ability to be truthful in the Police investigation would reflect his real attitude about being an honourable politician or a destructive Opposition.

Rewcastle-Brown, Ho and Tooi have all by their own admission to have acquired stolen documents from former Petro Saudi Executive Xavier Justo.

They also conspired to do economic sabotage by rabidly attacking 1MDB and in the same tone, the credibility and integrity of Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak and the Malaysian Goverment.

The intention is very definite; demonise Prime Minister Najib and instigate the masses to rise against the Government with demonstration and disorderly. The net outcome is toppling Prime Minister Najib and UMNO/BN led Government.

This is definitely of conduct unbecoming of a Member of Parliament and a legislator, let alone a member of the Public Accounts Committee.

The MP for Petaling Jaya Utara should do the honourable act of discharging himself from the Parliamentary Select Committee.

Otherwise, Dewan Rakyat should move a motion that this member of the augur house be disbarred from attending anymore sitting.

This is by far the damnest act of an honourable member of public scrutinity organisation which consists of elected representatives of the rakyat.

Pua has brought utter disgrace from the perspective of conspiring to politically topple the Prime Minister, to a body which is supposed to be the last resort as the protector of public spending and accountability.

Red Alert or Red Books?

The planned 'Red Shirt Rally' 16 Sept 2015

The planned ‘Red Shirt Rally’ 16 Sept 2015

It could be something that is more than what meets the eye when the ulterior motive of organising ‘Himpunan Rakyat Bersatu’ planned on 16 September 2015 is not actually the exact objectives what they were outlined to get the event done.

Umno divisions nationwide allegedly invited to join Sept 16 rally

KUALA LUMPUR: Umno divisions nationwide have reportedly been invited to join the Himpunan Rakyat Bersatu rally on Sept 16.

Sungai Besar Umno division chief Datuk Jamal Yunos, one of the advocates of the so-called ‘red shirt’ rally, claimed his division was among those which received an invite.

“The division chiefs have received instructions to go all out to support the rally.

“Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has also given party members the green light to take part, so I am confident that the party machinery will mobilise in full force,” Jamal said when met at PWTC on Wednesday.

He said this when showed a circular, allegedly from Malacca state liaison chief Datuk Ab Rahaman Ab Karim.

The circular, which has been making its rounds on social media, urged each division to mobilise 1,000 members, with all expenses paid by the division itself.

“Yes, we have received a similar letter,” he said.

The group was also seen selling their red T-shirts with the rally logo to members of the public at the entrance of the PWTC building.

Jamal said 5,000 red T-shirts had been sold so far, with a target of 600,000 T-shirts to be sold by Sept 16 nationwide.

He clarified that he was not one of the organisers of the rally, and was merely helping spread the word.

“The organisers are the National Silat Federation (Pesaka). We have been asked to help out,” he said, referring to the more than 250 Malay NGOs said to be taking part in the rally.

He also said that several PAS leaders had expressed an interest in joining the rally, but did not name them.

“I personally received calls from some PAS leaders who said they want to join.

“This is not a political rally, it is non-partisan. Anyone who feels they are Malay are welcome to join us and are free to display their own identity,” he said, adding that the rally participants were free to wear any colour except yellow.

Despite the police not allowing the rally to proceed, Jamal said the group had a right to assemble and would make sure the rally was peaceful.

“What is being spread on social media that the rally will turn violent and there will be bloodshed is a lie. They are just trying to scare the public,” he added.

We have advocated in this blog that we are not all in favour of public rally. Most of all, when it could be antagonising fellow Malaysians, even the minorities, for a cause which the underlying factor is out of spite.

The ‘Red Shirt Rally’ has been seen as a counter-exercise to project force to the Chinese enteric BERSIH 4.0 illegal rally in front of Panggung Dewan Bandaraya on 29-30 August 2015.

The many objectives of the rally were just to guised against true intention of getting the masses to demonstrate to a point of critical mass and topple Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak’s UMNO/BN led Federal Government.

The mitigating elements that points the coercion between Opposition Leaders, pro-Opposition activists and NGOs, the extensive coverage of foreign media and the intensity of the campaign to drum up the support mainly amongst the minority Chinese are very glaring.

Hence, the so called ‘Ultra Malays’ like Sungei Besar UMNO Division Chief Dato’ Jamal Yunos stepped up to initiate and drum up the support of ‘Ultra Malays’ for the ‘Red Shirt Rally’ planned next week to demonstrate the exact opposite of BERSIH 4.0.

We are not sure what this ‘Tit-for-Tat’ rather childish projection of force would accomplish accept to inconvenient and cause discomfort the majority of 4 million Klang valley dwellers around the Greater Klang Valley area.

Police to take action over seditious posts regarding ‘red shirt’ rally

KUALA LUMPUR: Police will not hesitate to take action against individuals found guilty of disseminating racially-charged posts on social media in connection with a planned rally here on Sept 16.

Dang Wangi OCPD Asst Comm Zainol Samah said a police report was lodged on Sept 4 in connection with a racially-charged post.

“The post was disseminated on websites such as Facebook, urging people to gather at a few checkpoints around the city before congregating in Bukit Bintang.

“We warn the public against disseminating posts calling for people to join the racially-charged and seditious rally,” he explained.

ACP Zainol also urged the public not to be influenced by calls to join the rally, as doing so would be an offence under Section 4(1) of the Sedition Act.

“Police have not received a notice from the organisers of the rally.

“We consider this rally illegal if it is held without regard for the law,” he said.

The planned “red-shirt” rally, is organised by a Malay-based non-governmental organisation to be held for 12 hours on Malaysia Day in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, to “counter” the Bersih 4 rally held on Aug 29 and 30.

What is certain, the Police has received a ‘Red Alert’ on the planned 16 September 2015 rally.

However, we are sure that the organiser is not a personality who attracts attention without funny tricks. He has even rode on hyping up a ‘projected’ political event, with the ulterior motive of making economic gains.

Trader profiting from ‘Bersih 4.0’?

KUALA LUMPUR, May 26 — Datuk Jamal Md Yunos could rake in millions of ringgit through the lucky draw he will hold during the “Bersih 4.0” gathering next month, a DAP official said today, suggesting the anti-Bersih trader was exploiting the group for his own gains.
Jamal, who leads the group calling itself “Bersih 4.0”, told reporters on Wednesday that the lucky draw, which offers luxury cars as prizes, is a show of “appreciation” towards those taking part in the on-going protest to demand compensation for alleged losses incurred during the April 28 rally.

But DAP maintained today that Jamal was merely using the “Bersih” name as a marketing strategy to generate millions of ringgit worth of sales and revenue for his Sekinchan Ikan Bakar restaurant in Jalan Pahang as people must spend at least RM50 to take part.

“When studying the terms and conditions (for taking part in the lucky draw), we found that each participant must spend RM50 in a single receipt at the Sekinchan Ikan Bakar restaurant,” said Yew Jia Haur, the secretary for DAP’s Segambut branch, at a press conference here.

“After taking into account operation costs as well as the cost of the BMW offered as the prize, Jamal will generate a gross profit of over RM50.3 million.”
Yew further pointed out that Jamal would generate some additional RM33.8 million from the Lamborghini Gallardo he offered as a second prize.

The competition’s terms and conditions, found on the group’s “Bersih 4.0 Cintakan Keamanan” Facebook page, also stipulates that only the first 150,000 fans to “like” the page would be eligible to win the BMW.

Meanwhile, the first one million fans to “like” the page would be in the running for the Lamborghini.

“This means that if the fans don’t reach 150,000, Jamal has the right to revoke both prizes. He can still gain revenue without even having to give away the car,” said Yew.

As of 1.30pm today, the Facebook page has received 625 “likes”. The lucky draw is expected to take place on June 23, in Stadium Bukit Jalil.

“If Jamal really pulls off this stunt, he will be the only person in the world to make millions from a rally, while Bersih 3.0 organisers face criminal charges and its participants were brutalised and assaulted,” Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng said.

“Jamal said he is fighting for the hawkers, but it is clear this (Bersih 4.0) protest will benefit him alone,” he added.

Lim also said Jamal was a “very smart entrepreneur” as the trader would not need to apply for a permit to hold the competition, unless he were to hold a sale in conjunction with it.

Yesterday, Jamal told reporters at a press conference that the Bersih 4.0 group will be visiting Stadium Bukit Jalil on Monday to obtain clearance to set up stalls outside the stadium for the June 23 gathering.

The Anti-Bersih traders also said they will sue the organisers of last month’s Bersih 3.0 rally, claiming it caused them “extensive” financial losses.

On Thursday, 60-odd traders clad in “Bersih 4.0” T-shirts cancelled their plans to set up stalls in front of Datuk Ambiga Sreenevasan’s residence, saying the upcoming June 23 gathering to be held at Stadium Bukit Jalil will be used to push their “message of peace” and rejection of “Bersih 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0.”

When asked how petty traders could afford to come up with luxury cars for the June 23 event, Jamal said: “As individuals we do have losses but when we unite we can give out these gifts no matter how many million ringgit.

Earlier in the week, the federal government announced it is suing the steering committee of Bersih 2.0 for damages amounting to RM122,000 that it asserts was the result of the April 28 rally organised by the electoral reform movement.

The 10 Bersih leaders, spearheaded by Ambiga, are the first people to be sued for damages under the Peaceful Assembly Act, less than a month after the new law aimed at allowing public gatherings “in accordance with international norms” was enforced.

The April 28 rally that saw tens of thousands gather at six different locations before heading to Dataran Merdeka was peaceful but turned chaotic when riot police fired tear gas and water cannons to disperse protesters after a police barricade at the square was breached.

There rumours about Jamal could be in not so rosy bed of romantic reds, with regards to his ‘Sekinchan Ikan Bakar’ business.

There are further rumours that he has defaulted MARA on the business loan he took up for the ‘Sekinchan Ikan Bakar’, which was at one time being franchised.

Hence, the ability to drum up such event would probably score red notches amongst some Ministers and could defer any actions being taken against Jamal for the said loan.

Never the less, two wrongs don’t make anything right.
