In addendum to our earlier posting of ‘Systemic Failure’, some new information just surfaced here in this blog as a comment and we would like to share it with some of our avid readers. It seems that Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak not only has been hoodwinked by his strategic advisers, some of the ‘War Room’ senior members have been ‘plundering and pillaging the wealth of Baghdad’.
Ini surat saya kepada Ketua Pesuruhjaya SPRM
Assalammualaikum Ketua Pesuruhjaya SPRM Saya adalah kakitangan ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD. Bos saya Azman Awaldin bersama rakan kongsi dia Jacqualine dan seorang lagi rakan mereka telah mendapat kontrak percetakan manifesto BN untuk PRU13 yang lalu.
Tidak ada apa apa yang pelik kalau mana-mana syarikat dapat kontrak secara telus tetapi cuba Tan Sri bayangkan, YAB Dato Sri Perdana Menteri telah bersetuju untuk memberikan kontrak percetakan manifesto BN ini kepada Utusan. Logiknya lah kerana Utusan merupakan UMNO linked company dan PM dengan kemuliaan hatinya nak tolong Utusan sebab Utusan ini bukan untung sangat pun. Tetapi apa yang terjadi, syarikat tempat saya kerja ini di handpicked directly oleh Dato’ Raof dan kuncu-kuncunya seperti Dr. Zuraidi Ishak dan Sdra Nor Azwan Aziz dari Ibu Pejabat UMNO dan menyerahkan kontrak percetakan manifesto BN ini kepada ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD.
Bukan setakat itu sahaja, Dato Khalid mantan ketua pengarang Utusan Melayu yang sekarang ini merupakan pengarah Kumpulan Komunikasi Nasional atau NCT yang bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya dalam hal ehwal media Perdana Menteri juga telah terlibat sama merencanakan pemberian kontrak ini kepada ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD. Dan di pejabat PM pula Dato’ Sri Farid Ridwan juga berperanan menyakinkan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam sandiwara ini. Barang tentu, Utusan akan mempercayai kata-kata mereka ini yang semuanya berada rapat di inner circle PM dan apa yang mereka kata, pastinya pihak UTUSAN mempercayainya sebagai kata-kata PM.
Maka terjadilah sandiwara buku manifesto BN ini.
Saya hanya menyedari perkara ini kerana baru baru ini saya diminta oleh bos saya untuk menyiapkan tutntutan sebanyak hampir RM 90 juta kerana kerja-kerja mencetak manifesto BN untuk PRU13 lalu. Setahu saya, syarikat kami tidak ada lessen percetakan yang diluluskan oleh KDN.
ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD. menuntut sebanyak RM12.83/naskah x 7 juta naskah yang dicetak.
Sedangkan, apa yang dibayar kepada Utusan hanyalah RM1.17/naskah x 7 juta naskah yang hanya berjumlah tidak sampai pun RM10 juta. Seperkara lagi, berapalah sangat gaji sebagai pengurus atau pengarah bahagian di ibu pejabat UMNO sehinggakan konco-konco Dato’ Raof ini berupaya membeli rumah tunai dan renovate rumah mereka dengan jumlah tiga kali ganda harga rumah berkenaan. Sila dapatkan maklumat mengenai rumah Dr. Ruzaidi Isyak dan Nor Azwan Ali. Apa kah mereka-mereka ini tidak tertakluk dengan perintah pengistiharaan harta.
Soalan saya,
1. Kenapa ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD mendapat kontrak tersebut tanpa pun ada lesen percetakan seperti yang ditetapkan oleh KDN?
2. Mengapa Utusan tidak dapat kontrak berkenaan secara direct dari UMNO?
3. Siapa sebenarnya di belakang ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD sehingga berlaku pengkhianatan terhadap Perdana Menteri ke tahap ini?
4. Siapa yang mendapat habuan lebihan RM80 juta itu Ini satu pengkhianatan terhadap YAB Perdana Menteri. Mereka yang sangat-sangat dipercayai sudah menjadi “harapkan pagar, pagar makan padi’.
Ini mesti dihapuskan kerana mereka semua ini adalah gunting dalam lipatan dan musuh dalam selimut. Surat ini dihantar dengan hasrat supaya satu siasatan oleh SPRM dilakukan dan Tan Sri juga mesti melaporkan hal ini kepada YAB PM. Semua penasihat beliau tidak ubah seperti penasihat 25% dalam cerita P. Ramlee yang akhirnya membawa kepada kehancuran dan kemusnahan. Sekian, terima kasih

The rumours about personalities within the inner circle ‘War Room Advisory’ making tonnes of money for personal gains from nationwide campaign programs such as ‘Jelajah Janji DiTepati’ and other BN related projects since March 2012 is not new. In fact, it is a common topic at any informal discourse about 13GE from the UMNO perspective, be it over harmless teh tarik or cigars from the Caribbean.
These allegations in this comment is very serious and warrants to be given priority for immediate investigation. Be it by the MACC or UMNO Disciplinary Board.
Take one point as example from this is the printing of BN manifesto. The discrepancy of RM 11.66 per copy translate to RM 81.62 million. Even that was exorbitant, compared to the RM 90 million claim the writer was asked to prepare. And that is just one item.
One of the rampant and sundry complaints during the 13GE is “Duit tak turun“. So many persons who are close confidant of candidates talked how monies which where promised to them or perceived meant for to their campaign operations, never arrived. Regardless via any of the known channels. At least, not to the sum expected. Considering, there were talks about the amount being allocated to each candidates is quite princely. Especially, 13GE was dubbed ‘Mother of All GEs’.
Obviously, there was a serious discrepancy in the distribution of cash meant for the candidates’ campaign operations across the country. It is doubtful a proper system of distribution and receipt exist. Hence, no audit could be carried out to determine the failure.
A lot at stake here. When Prime Minister Najib took over from PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, during his acceptance speech as the 7th UMNO President in the closing ceremony of the UMNO General Assembly on 28 March 2009, he outlined three of his leadership’s thrusts to bring back the confidence of UMNO members and rakyat. One of it is the fight against corruption.
Again, it was repeated in his inaugural UMNO Presidential speech at the opening of UMNO General Assembly 19 October 2009.
Now not only all of these irregularities and unhealthy practices happened in the last four years, it existed within the ambit of decisions and control of some of the inner circle ‘War Room Advisers’. It is evidently clear on the root cause of the ‘Systemic Failure’.
What is baffling is that all these inner circle personalities of the ‘War Room Advisory’ are not sacked and still remain as they are, continuing business as usual.
That is why there is a ground swell of amongst the three million plus UMNO members to exercise their democratic rights and allow the new system of 145,000 delegates in over 20,000 UMNO branches to decide on the leadership, including top posts. UMNO members at grass root level felt very strongly that they need to send a strong message to the leadership, about this over-bearing ‘Business as Usual’ literally monkey-business that is going on in the UMNO HQ and perception that was initially casted and now being solidified about Prime Minister Najib’s negligence to keep proper watch of the vessel and the existence of the ‘forty thieves’.
That shall be our next topic for intense cyberpshere discourse.
Then again, no one left nor was let go. Everyone is back in their old desk, doing the same work and probably the same way the did. Even though some already proven to fail. Let’s not take their word for it. Numbers, speak for themselves. Especially a cost benefit analysis on monies spent, that cannot commensurate on the returns.

Pls go all the way as you are doing umno a service. If we want to avoid a disastrous ge14 for BN/UMNO, it must start with a cleansing exercise. The parasites and bloodsuckers within the inner sanctum must be exterminated. If need be call in pestcontrol. you may even need to call in the ghostbusters because some of them are unseen but do the most damage to the party.
I support this call fully. I think this blog is influential and has played a part in getting things done or undone by those responsible in the past.
The nonsensical state of affairs has now become intolerable. If allowed to continue, UMNO/BN might lose PRU14. We must, with good intentions, shout out to UMNO grassroots to wake up and speak up. Choose your leaders well and you will have our support.
Enough already with a performance worse than Abdullah Badawi. Bending backwards to get votes but got a Chinese tsunami. Yet appointed Minister the proven money-politics UMNO Youth Head Khairy. And the “Fourth Floor” phenomenon, of which Khairy was a part of, continues, with a so-called “War Room Advisory”. Yes, “parasites and bloodsuckers within the inner sanctum” now aplenty.
Definitely, responsibility for its perpetuation lies with DS Najib. It may have been a willful act, as may be seen from the pushing (twice) of Omar Ong into the Petronas BOD. And the appointment of Azman into Khazanah, bringing a lot of huge-fees businesses to CIMB headed by Najib’s brother Nazir, who made tons of money for the bank and allegedly for himself as well. And wasn’t the Air Asia-MAS share swap also etched out by the same group.
Willful act or not, it certainly is an omission to act in getting rid of the them. Begging the question, again and again, if there is personal interest in letting such things be. Perhaps letting those fellows doing the bidding wherever they may be appointed or “facilitated”.
Let’s urge the UMNO grassroots to think hard, to discuss among themselves, find ways on how to get better leaders at Perhimpunan Agung UMNO in November. The Malays have been messed up in this country. The Malays have been marginalized in the neighbouring country. An UMNO President gave Singapore away to the Chinese FOC in 1965. And UMNO changed its leadership not long after that. If UMNO doesn’t do the necessary now, they may be giving this country away to the Chinese at PRU14. The Malays in PR are only nominally Malays. What UMNO grassroots must always remember is the Chinese tsunami.
This is a very serious allegation and the PM cannot be quiet about it.
Memang duit tak turun. I had the opportunity to talk to some taxi drivers from Rawang who were helping to put up BN flags, posters and buntings; they were promised RM50 per day but were finally paid only RM30. In anger, they went over to PR and were paid RM80!
It seems this songlap business starts from top to bottom. The gurkhas are the victims and they are the ones who work hardest. I don’t know if UMNO will ever learn. Surprisingly this has been going on for ages

Kisah puak “Tuan Penasihat” PM ni dah tersebar luas. Kalau benar memang sudah tiba masanya PM buat “purge”. Antara soalan yang masih belum terjawab tentang puak “Tuan Penasihat” pasca PRU 13 termasuklah:
– Mengapa/wajarkah Datuk Shahlan dicalonkan bagi kerusi di Pokok Sena?
– Kuatkah pengaruh Datuk Fatmi di Kota Bharu?
– Apa kelebihan Irmohizam sehingga dicalonkan bagi kerusi Parlimen Kuala Selangor? (satu-satunya pegawai PM Ofis yang menang, nasib baik!)
– Siapa Suffian Awang di kalangan penduduk Kuantan sehingga dipilih untuk berhadapan dengan Fuziah Salleh calon PKR yang dikenali sebagai pejuang Lynas bagi masyarakat Cina Kuantan?
– Adakah Latt Shariman disenangi majoriti penduduk Dun Kubang Rotan? (BN menang di Kedah tapi Latt Shariman kecundang)
– Apa kelebihan Datuk Shafie Abdullah untuk diletakkan sebagai calon Wangsa Maju, sehingga wujud pertikaikan dengan MCA?
Ini pula pandangan veteran UMNO Tun Daim;

If I know, then surely BN knows that the Chinese majority areas were gone. Why waste time and money? Kalau dibiarkan saya tidak akan terkejut sekiranya ahli UMNO yang akan buat “purge” pada pucuk pimpinan mereka. Politik era baru, apa pun boleh berlaku.
UMNO perlu pembersihan atau pembaharuan menyeluruh. Di peringkat cawangan pun, ada ketua yang sejak cawangan ditubuhkan, tak pernah bertukar. Mula-mula jadi ketua cawangan dulu, muda lagilah, sekarang ini dah tua dah. Bagilah peluang orang lebih muda jadi ketua pulak. Janganlah nak menongkat langit. Jadi transformasi parti perlu bermula dari peringkat akar umbi, barulah perubahan di bahagian dan pusat akan berlaku.
Perlembagaan yang dipinda itu juga harus diperhalusi. Terdapat pra-kelayakan untuk calon-calon yang bertanding di setiap peringkat. Kita khuatir sama ada hanya ketua cawangan sahaja yang layak untuk bertanding pada setiap peringkat seterusnya, bahagian dan pusat. Jika demikian tafsiran Perlembagaan parti, Presiden dan yang lain-lain pun perlulah menjadi ketua cawangan di tempat masing-masing, sebelum layak bertanding sebagai ketua bahagian dan seterusnya peringkat tertinggi. Jika demikian tafsiran sebenarnya, akan berlaku hilang kelayakan bagi calon peringkat tertinggi yang tidak menjadi ketua cawangan. Kucar kacir UMNO dan kerajaan nanti kerana UMNO tiada Presiden akibat hilang kelayakan.
Berdasarkan peranan punaisihat atau punahsihat selama ini, tidak mustahil pindaan Perlembagaan yang dibuat boleh ditafsirkan sedemikian, semata-mata untuk memastikan UMNO menjadi semakin kelam kabut. Tak pasal2 tampuk kerajaan terpaksa dipinjamkan kepada komponen BN sebagaimana ketika UMNO diharamkan dahulu. Kebas duit satu perkara tetapi jika Perlembagaan UMNO pun turut disabotaj, akibatnya amat buruk terhadap parti dan negara.
Mungkin ada baiknya bigdog minta jasa baik kawan lawyer bigdog meneliti satu persatu patak perkataan yang berkaitan dengan pra-kelayakan dalam pemilihan UMNO yang akan terlaksana buat pertama kali tahun ini. Jangan dah terhantuk baru terngadah.

i remembered the days as a kid when my dad used his car to ferry voters to and from the local school in melaka….i assumed he must have felt good about doing his part for umno and synonymously, nation-building.
and i had to help glue the ‘parti perikatan’ paper to all the doors. it was a problem to remove them later.. but over time, it came off. it was a badge of honour to have those marks then.
zoom forward…not sure what is happening today….but it looks like a ‘last kopek’ and feeding frenzy for the pirates. makan keliling.
its all about money now, is it? daripada kepala sampai ekor. does anyone care about nation-building now?

in those days, we don’t have much to do,, these days there are lotsa things to do… or better things to do than putting up banners..
PM Najib either allowed, endorsed or deemed to know all these committees, task forces or special units be created and in operation, either within PMO, BN or UMNO.
Whether or not he was able to control these committees or its members, it doesn’t matter. Ultimately, he should bear responsibility. For all short comings, failure or in this case highlighted by Mr. BD, abuse of power, scandal and corrupt practices.
UMNO leaders, either at Division level or Supreme Council, should be bold enough to voice all these discrapencies aloud thru the party channels. IF that fail, then make it known to public. There are many non traditional avenues.
Yes, it will shame the party. Better to face embarrassment now rather than be embarassed by the voters in the next GE. It is utter stupid or reckless for UMNO leaders to ignore all these ‘writings on the wall’ and assume or hope the Malays at large would conveniently forget in four years time.
Like Tun M said, the Malays voted for UMNO not because they love the party, besotted with the so called ‘Perjuangan’ (in the current outdated and deemed obsolete intepretation and practices) or tolerated the leaders and their antics and all sorts of monkey business (Yes, the rakyat knows because they can see!). It is because they have no choice!
The rural Malays are stuck the devil and the deep blue sea.
I hope PM Najib read all these and wake up to the smell of coffee. Dont allow Sanusi Junid’s prophecy of “Fish get rotten from the head” to be proven right.
The Malays have nothing left but to hold this little shred of hope, through whatever net political power they could seave from the act of trying to balance between moving forward and complexity of over politicking. Make no mistake about that!

I never thought I’d see the day that BigDog would ever touch the integrity of the current PM. God forbid its not because he is not getting enough?
The strength of a PM lies in his handling of sensitive issues and nipping crises in the bud…Skills owned by Dr M yet unmatched.
Negligent may be the right word to describe the current PM. Too much pandering to the wife doesn’t help either. Both are recipes for future disasters after we see proof in action during his previous tenure.
And Now they are giving further excuses to keep him?
Is it just the Nature of Polite Malays or a sense of nascent Suicide? Surely Malays are better than that. Do we need to see Dr M reach 120 years of age to say that a 120 year old person could do better? Surely Malays could do better than that?

You wanna hear about the Chinese having some 3000 years history in the largest and most populated place on earth but conquered and ruled by the Mongols for about 80 years in the 13th Century, then conquered by the Manchus (Manchuria was a foreign country until after World War II) and ruled by them foreigners for several hundred years until the 20th Century?

The current PM is an elite, he lacks the street wisdom. But he’s hardworking and needs to learn fast from his chinese tsunami slap.

Lebih dukacita, orang2 di utusan kini dapat tahu yg ada orang dalam utusan sendiri bantu ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD kaut “duit” drp projek manifesto itu. Ini termasuk seorang bekas pengarang dan bbrp pengarang yg masih dibayar gaji oleh utusan sendiri.
Org2 di utusan fahamlah keinginan ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD utk kaut “duit” masa pru, tapi kecewa dan marah dgn orang dalam utusan sendiri yg turut jadi pengkhianat dan pembelot dgn bantu ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD.
Kalau utusan hanya dibayar lebih sikit rm8juta utk terbit manifesto tersebut, bayangkan jumlah yg dikongsi oleh ZEAL HITECH SOLUTION SDN. BHD dgn bekas pengarang serta beberapa pengarang utusan tersebut yg dibayar lebih rm86,7juta!!!!!
