Damnation towards self destruction

In the advancement of communication technology and availability of content, the abuse of misleading, distorted, manipulated and pure deceived information is so rampant that it is driving even the learned, educated, more matured and once level headed segments of the society into chronic oblivion.

NST story:

Allegations of charge sheets are false, says AG

31 JULY 2015 @ 3:40 AM KUALA LUMPUR: Attorney General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali has issued the following statement regarding a recent posting by the Sarawak Report blog.

STATEMENT BY ATTORNEY GENERAL MALAYSIA

1. These allegations by foreign national Clare Rewcastle Brown in political blog Sarawak Report are false.

2. T‎he alleged charge sheets are not in and never reached the Attorney General’s Chambers. Furthermore, the format of the sheets is not correct or written by our Chambers. ‎ ‎

3. The Special Task Force investigation has not been completed. So it is not legally possible for charge sheets to be drafted in advance.

4. These alleged charge papers therefore indicate that there is a conspiracy to topple a serving Prime Minister by criminalising him, and that the methods include doctoring and criminal leakage.

5. This plot represents a threat to Malaysia’s democracy and I will direct for all action possible to be taken to investigate. The full force of the law will be applied without exception to any that are found guilty.

It is overwhelmingly mind boggling on why even learned, educated and professional Malaysians which include practicing members of legal and judicial fraternity actually bought into the fake charge sheet presented by Sarawak Report.

Then there are these other very viralised rumours about Bank Negara Malaysian Governor Tan Sri Zeti Akhtar Aziz either resigned from the illustrious job which she has been serving the nation or had a heart attack.

NST story:

Zeti in good health, says BNM

30 JULY 2015 @ 5:35 PM KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) Governor, Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz is in good health and did not suffer a heart attack as has been circulated on social media.

“She is fine and well, in the office,” said the central bank’s corporate communication department when contacted by Bernama here, today.

It added that Zeti was working at the office as usual and was not hospitalised as claimed. Based on BNM’s calendar of events on its website, the central bank will announce the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) performance for the second quarter on Aug 13.

The briefing on GDP performance normally will be chaired by BNM Governor. Meanwhile, according to a report by an online news portal, Zeti was said to be absent from work on Monday morning, but nevertheless began her work in the afternoon.

In the last two days, Zeti also attended various in-house meetings at BNM, hence refuting rumours that she is having health problems.–BERNAMA

It is obliviously damning clear with proofs that time and again, London-based blog-newsportal Sarawak Report have continuously lied and spin stories based on fabricated materials.

Yet, many of the educated, learned and professional Malaysians who have been following the chronic habitual liar had to second guess every time Clare Rewcastle-Brown publish an article which is designed to demonise the Malaysian system.

This is very consistent with the backers of Sarawak Report. The Neo Con Jews such as George Soros, who is funding Open Society Forum and Global Witness, have the agenda to destabilise many of world’s community via intellectual discourse, though provoking ideas etc.

The promote the concept of challenging every idea and anything attached to it; philosophical, political, economic, cultural, administrative, authoritative, norms and values, faith and beliefs, tradition and so forth.

Instead, they wanted all of these to be opened for continuous and escalating debate and thought provoking challenges and the idealism of individualism takes centre stage over community.

It would lead into serious discontent between different segments of the society and the more minority but loud ones would cry out for international help when the authorities go after them, even based on the provisions of the law of the land.

That would be continuously manipulated as ‘The evil draconian impeding on the voice of dissent and democracy’ and with external media propaganda especially the advancement of communication technology and availability of social media, the masses could be riled out to start ground swell movements.

That is how ‘Arab Spring’ started in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya. The use of social media was also how the Neo Con Jews of the the West riled up young Iranians to demonstrate against the election tough-anti-West Ahmedinajad more than five years ago.

The alternative of having free flow of information in the maxim of democracy is to have censorship on which information should be controlled. Even the leader who brought and championed the ‘multimedia super corridor’ eventually agreed for censorship of the internet.

Chedet.cc on 1 August 2014:

CENSORING THE INTERNET

1 Aug 2014 | Uncategorized
1. Not knowing the power of the Internet, I promised that we (speaking as the Prime Minister of Malaysia) would not censor it. But today I have changed my mind.

2. I have done so because the players, including those controlling the servers have been applying their own censorship of what can appear in this alternative media. I myself have suffered from such censorship.

3. When I put on my blog, an article on the Jews, without any explanation, my article was prevented from being linked to Facebook.

4. But that is not all. I first used the internationally available platform to host my blog. When hundreds of thousands visited my blog, suddenly the platform rejected hosting my blog site.

5. I changed the platform but again it was blocked. I have now changed servers and platforms three times. Still there have been attempts to block my blog. Not to mention the numerous spam and virus attacks against my blog.

6. Blocking is of course a form of censorship. The internet is not the free alternative to the state-controlled print and electronic media it is touted to be. It is subject to even more censorship than Governments could exercise. The people who hosts these platforms and servers can censor. And various other means are available to the powerful controllers of the new media for them to censor in the interest of their politics.

7. There is no freedom of the alternative media. Governments and the owners of servers and platforms and assorted others can censor the alternative media. It is actually less free than print and electronic media operating under Government licences.

8. I think it is time we stop talking of the freedom of the press. Let us admit that the press needs to be censored. It needs to be censored because freedom, any kind of freedom will always be open to abuse. The worst abuses are in the field of morality.

9. The internet has played a major role in undermining public morality. Our children are not safe from the kind of filth that the print and electronic media promote. Today any child can access pornography of the worse kind. Children are no longer safe from sexual assault. So are young girls and boys as the internet arouses the kind of base feelings that we curbed before.

10. Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender or LGBT is openly touted as a part of human rights. We accept that some people are born with indeterminate sex. They were forced to hide their unusual proclivities. But now that LGBT is accepted, normal people have also taken up the practices of those who were born handicapped. And worse still certain religions have abrogated the injunctions of their religion against abnormal sex so as to be seen to be keeping up with the times.

11. Incest, child sex, sex with animals, sexual parties, sex in public and many other practices which we still feel are wrong will soon be a part of the expression of freedom and equality. All these will promoted on the internet.

12. I don’t care how sacred is freedom but I think the time has come for Governments, at least the Malaysian Government to censor the internet.

*****************

If Malaysians cannot get a grip on themselves especially when they have near absolute ICT democracy where information and content can be viralised to so many through various social media platforms, then they are heading for self destruction.

Naturally they would get ridiculed and frustrated with misleading and lies ever so often. Then the feeling and eventually attitude distrust would be extended and escalated into other systems within Malaysia. This would include administrative, corporate governance, integrity and resource management, law enforcement and judicial and so forth.

This is a systematic avenue of being damned to self destruction.

Muhyiddin: I accepted the decision and my post not under threat

UMNO Deputy President Tan Sri Muhyiddin Mohd. Yassin said that he would continue to serve the party business as usual and his position is not being threatened, despite he was dropped by Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak in a Cabinet reshuffle announced less than 24 hours ago.

Position as Umno deputy president not under threat, says Muhyiddin

BY M. KUMAR

KUALA LUMPUR: Despite his removal as deputy prime minister on Tuesday, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin sees no threat to his position as Umno deputy president.

He said he did not expect anything “unusual” to happen during the party’s supreme council meeting scheduled for Friday.

By convention, the deputy prime minister’s post has been held by Umno’s deputy president, with the party’s president as prime minister.

“I have been here for a long time and I have always fulfilled my duties in the party.

“No, I don’t think my position is under threat,” he told reporters at press conference in his house in Bukit Damansara here, Wednesday.

Muhyiddin, who was also dropped as Education Minister, said he did not regret his actions leading up to his removal from the Cabinet.

“I did what I had to do as I have been trusted by the people. If I did not do my duties, that means I have breached that trust.

“It was the right thing to do even if what I said was spicy for some,” he said.

Muhyiddin also reiterated that he accepted his dropping from the Cabinet with an open heart.

This is far different compared the two notable former Deputy Prime Ministers who left prematurely in the Malaysian history.

One was sacked for “Very reasons” as he was found involved in ‘unnatural sexual activities’  and immediately launched a mobstreet movement ‘Reformasi’ to instigate the rakyat to rise against then Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad.

The other left and circulated a personal letter to the same Prime Minister and UMNO President to all UMNO State Liaisons Chiefs and MT UMNO members, citing that he was unable to carry on working as suspicion has been raised against him and his “Musa’s boys of being very ambitious”.

Both attempted to ‘revolt’ against creating traction. One was just within UMNO where Musa Hitam managed to convince Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah to team up together and challenge Dr. Mahathir-Ghaffar Baba in the April 1987 party elections.

The other was getting the masses to be riled up against Dr. Mahathir led administration with the cry of “Cronysim victimised Anwar who fights for the people”.

However, both of them failed and the UMNO President came out triumphant and even stronger then before the challenges.

It is unsure how UMNO President Prime Minister Najib could manage the current issues and the outcome of this challenge.

That was the Utusan Malaysia mast story, with the photo of Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak and Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Mohd. Yassin shaking hands at last night’s CIMB Open House at KL Hilton.

Yet, fifteen hours after this photo was shot, came the shocking news that Muhyiddin was sacked as the Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister. Four other Ministers got the boot (including one whose tenure-ship as a Senator expired) too in the Cabinet Reshuffle, announced minutes past one pm.

Prime Minister Najib did not mince his words about taking discern and even dissenting views. However, it should be made in a consultative fashion, within limited access of public consumption. This sacking also demonstrated that he is able to make decisive moves.

Meanwhile, Muhyiddin issued this last statement for being allowed to serve in the capacity of Deputy Prime Minister and Education Minister the last six and a quarter years. He vowed to continue to serve the party.

In many ways, Muhyiddin saw this coming when he repeated his thoughts about the highly controversial Malaysian Government strategic investment corporation 1MDB outside within the closed door UMNO events. This time, at UMNO Cheras Division meeting on Sunday night, where he was aware that the media was there.

It is time for BN and especially UMNO members at any levels, to remain calm and not react to this.

The justification about sacking Muhyiddin as Prime Minister Najib puts it is very clear. One cannot be of discern and dissent thoughts and opinion but be very mindful where these thoughts and opinion are shared.

Prime Minister Najib unlike his liberal approach of allowing others to view their thoughts, he is eery serious about party discipline and toeing the party lines.

If there are UMNO members and supporters especially leaders are emotional and tend to be irrational about this, then the half deadish Opposition is looking this as a carpe diem moment.

Muhyiddin: I accept the decision

Cabinet reshuffle: Opposition MPs to move no-confidence vote against Najib

BY SIMON KHOO

PETALING JAYA: Opposition MPs will move a vote of no-confidence against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli (pic) said MPs from Barisan Nasional who loved the country should support the motion, together with MPs from PKR, DAP and Gerakan Harapan Baru (GHB).

“We have not set any time frame to table the motion which can be done in the next Parliament sitting or outside.

“Of course, we need the numbers and that is why we are making an open invitation to all MPs, including those from Barisan Nasional.

“If we sit down and wait for Umno to do it, it would never happen,” he said during a press conference here on Tuesday.

A total of 17 MPs from the three parties signed a joint statement, read out by GHB leader Mohamad Sabu.

In the statement, the MPs proposed to set up a transition government and to appoint an interim prime minister to govern for a year, before the next general elections was called.

The MPs agreed to appoint an elder statesman to replace Najib which could be from any parties, including Umno.

Several terms are also included namely reforming important institutions to ensure a fair elections, resolving pressing issues such as 1MDB and bring those guilty to book and a revision of economic policies which are a burden to the people.

It is learnt a delegation will be formed to start meeting certain MPs and convince them to support the motion.

To a question why PAS MPs were not in the list, Mohamad Sabu said the question should be posed to the Islamist party.

However, he said PAS was welcomed to support the motion so that there could be “finality to the full blown crisis.”

DAP MP Tony Pua said there should be a new alignment of progressive leaders and that all political players must join hands in line with a new political culture.

He said there must not be any partisan politics and voters should demand their respective MPs to support the motion to remove Najib.

“The situation now is akin to a repeat of the leadership crisis in 1998.

“The Opposition MPs will not take it lying down if there are attempts to put us behind bars and suppress press freedom,” he said, adding that the country should not be made to suffer due to one person’s attempts to hang on to power.

The MPs also issued a warning to the Government of people taking to the streets should it happen.

They will also be supporting a rally to be organised by Bersih soon.

It is quite clear Barisan Nasional MPs are with Prime Minister Najib. The Cabinet Reshuffle set to bring a further transformation to already several transformation plans wheels set in motion and steaming up along the set rail lines.

Most importantly, everyone should think strategically and not pander into their emotions, and continue to remain calm. Especially two days before British Prime Minister David Cameron comes to town.

UMNO Deputy President Tan Sri Muhyiddin Mohd. Yassin to do a systems and reality check whether or not the nationalist party still remain relevant and wake up quickly sort everything out. Otherwise, risk losing in the 14GE

Muhyiddin: If GE14 held soon, Umno will lose

Umno deputy president Muhyiddin Yassin has warned that the party is suffering a perception crisis due to the 1MDB controversy.

Speaking at the Cheras Umno division annual general meeting this evening, Muhyiddin said that should the general elections be held soon, Umno will lose.

However, Muhyiddin qualified his prediction by stating that it is not a form of criticism against party president Najib Abdul Razak.

“I speak the truth. If the Parliament is dissolved tomorrow we won’t win the general election.

“There has been research that say it is hard for us to win the next general election.

“But the consolation is that there is still time before the next general election. But the (negative) sentiment is there.

“I’m just stating how we are being perceived on the ground” said Muhyiddin.

‘Are people sick of Umno?’

He said the party members must be sensitive towards grassroots sentiment and never lose touch with the public.

He warned against being trapped with a denial syndrome and urged party members to check the what was being said on social media in order to have a “real time” overview of public sentiment.

“Adakah orang ‘meluat’ (Are people sick of Umno)? That has been said many times. But now it’s more than ‘meluat’. You now have access to social media which can gauge the people’s sentiment regardless of race in real time.

“This is one of the thing we should look at. I’m not looking to blame (anyone) because I’m part of the system. I am inside the government. But I am worried and afraid if things are not managed properly,” he said.

Muhyiddin said Umno has to counter the idea this malady by giving Umno a “Wow factor” to convince the people to support them.

The former Johor Menteri Besar also reminded that Umno should increase their profile by making friends and not enemies with the public.

“If you call 10 person outside and ask them if they supported Umno? Do you think they will say they do?” he ask the crowd and was met with an emphatic “No” from the floor.

GST implementation poor

He then offered any Cheras Umno members RM1,000 if they could suggest ideas that gave the party some sort of “Wow factor”.

“I don’t think people forgot the great things Umno and BN did. But they are evaluating us based on our (current) actions.

“They say our leaders are corrupt. It might be true. Ignoring sentiments and thinking we are always right is the wrong thing to do.

“That is important, including solving the 1MDB problem. But the main issue for peoples grouses are important. If needed, we must review our policy on ‘wow factor’ which made people say: ‘Yes. This is what I want’.

“We have yet to find it,” he said.

He said that many people are facing economic hardship, especially since the implementation of the goods and services tax (GST).

“Surveys shown that most Malaysians are affected by economic issues. GST, cost of living and others. Last year it was safety and security.

“Is GST-related problems serious? I supported GST as a cabinet member but when I went to the ground and witnessed the implementation, the price of some goods went up by 100 percent.

“Some items that was not taxed under GST but had gone up as well,” he said.

***************

The challenges that the leadership, party and government facing at the moment unparalleled to anything previous administration have faced and needed to sort out before.

The Opposition is working closely with parties outside the country mainly in the corridors of power in Washington D.C. and London and with the help of global media, they work in concert to attack Federal Government policies and initiatives.

Even to a point of fabricating and distorting information, in the series of very systematic and convincing well concocted lies.

All with the strategic purpose of demonising Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak and his leadership. At the same time, attack and destroy the legacy of previous UMNO leaderships which have proven to propel this country from a British colony to an upcoming newly developed nation.

The current vicious attacks on 1MDB and the demonisation of Prime Minister Najib mostly through online media which include Neo Con Jews’s controlled globally powerful media even manage to create doubts among middle and grassroots UMNO leaders. Some are taken in by it and want to see Prime Minister Najib go.

It does not help when the party and government strategic communications apparatus is facing systemic failure.

It is a necessary call by Muhyiddin as Prime Minister Najib’s deputy in the Federal Government and party to stand up and voice this discern. UMNO has to wake up to reality and quickly overcome all its weakness and the same time wade through these challenges.

There are too many rumblings in the interior. This is not about within UMNO members and supporters only. UMNO needs none members and supporters to remain relevant in power.

Hence UMNO leaders and members must be aware of the issues that the people talk about, especially when they are scandalous. It could be politically damning for UMNO.

Anifah: WSJ gave Anwar platform to do more lies

Foreign Minister Dato’ Seri Anifah Aman written a very strong open letter meant for the world to understand more lies by sodomy convict Anwar Ibrahim for the latter’s letter published in WSJ very recently.

OPEN LETTER TO WALL STREET JOURNAL
By the Minister of Foreign Affairs‎

26 July 2015

The Wall Street Journal takes aim at Malaysia, but once again displays a woeful lack of knowledge and understanding of our country and its history.

Malaysia has been a democracy since independence in 1957. Elections are fiercely contested, and the opposition won five out of the country’s 13 states in 2008. Political discourse is vibrant and noisy. The “voices of dissent” that the opposition’s former leader, Anwar Ibrahim, claims not to be able to hear are dominant in Malaysia’s online news media, which has far more readers here than the print press. If anyone doubts Malaysians’ “fundamental liberties”, they can easily see for themselves how free anyone is to criticise the government on these news sites.

Anwar mentions the recent Prevention of Terrorism Act as “encroaching” on those liberties. But he fails to mention that it explicitly states that “No person shall be arrested and detained solely for his political belief or political activity”. POTA in fact further secures the liberties of Malaysians: both their freedom to speak out, and their freedom from extremists who pose a real threat to the country. Anwar may not take this threat seriously, but the Malaysian government does.

The WSJ gives Anwar the platform to raise false and politically motivated allegations of corruption against our Prime Minister. Perhaps it might have been relevant for the WSJ to mention that anwar himself was convicted of corruption in 1999. The verdict was not overturned.

He is currently in jail after a legal process that lasted years. He was first acquitted, then convicted, allowed to appeal, and only when that failed did he go to prison. If he truly believed in his innocence, he could have submitted his own DNA to the court. If the charge had been “trumped up”, as the WSJ falsely says, that would have proven it. But he did not – hardly the action of an innocent man.

Far from “sowing communal and religious animosity”, the government of Prime Minister Najib Razak early on launched the 1Malaysia policy. This is the greatest attempt in Malaysia’s history to forge a national identity that includes all races and religions, and the Prime Minister regularly attends the festivals of non-Muslims, going to churches and temples to share the celebrations of fellow Malaysians. Anwar and the opposition, however, never supported 1Malaysia. Why not? Was it because Anwar himself had a well-documented history of rabble-rousing and extremism, as well as of spouting anti-Semitic remarks – as the WSJ well knows but again fails to mention.

The suggestion that Malaysia is in danger of becoming a “failed state” would be laughable – if it were not for the fact that some people take Anwar seriously and will believe what he says, no matter how wild or imaginary.

Here is what some other people have said about Malaysia recently:
·         Bloomberg rated Malaysia as the world’s 5th most promising emerging market in 2015.
·         The IMF’s latest report on our country was titled: “Favorable Prospects for Malaysia’s Diversified Economy”
·         A Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations wrote: “Malaysian political discourse is becoming far more open than it was even a decade ago.”
·         And the ratings agency Fitch recently upgraded the outlook for Malaysia.

This is the truth about Malaysia today. It is a pity that the WSJ has fallen for desperate, unfounded allegations by a politician and presented them as facts – thereby taking sides in internal Malaysian politics.

Y.B. DATO’ SRI ANIFAH BIN HAJI AMAN
MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, MALAYSIA‎

Biasness of WSJ providing an avenue for Anwar Ibrahim to continue his lies as part of the effort to demonise Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak for the global readership especially those in corporate, commerce and capital and debt markets is very glaring.

Inadvertently, WSJ is which part of a New Con Jew Rupert Murdoch’s powerful media empire is perpetuating the lies that the Opposition have the tendency to do for their strategic plan to get into power.

This very much proven the fact that the Neo Con Jews’ agenda to help the blue-eyed boy former Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim is still very much alive and strong.

Despite being incarcerated for a hedious sexual crime is exhaustively unforgivable, the New Con Jews still provide him the avenues to project his views about the sinister agenda to topple Prime Minister Najib.

Staunch Anwarista and The Edge Media Group owner  Tong Kooi Ong on Friday affirmed he was willing to bribe USD2 million but later cheated away for the stolen e mails, hours after Straits Times revealed a damning story from former Petro Saudi executive Xavier Justo, brought a new flashing red light on the whole episode.

It is generally considered unethical to pay, to buy materials for a story. Probably the material sum could distinct this initiative of investigative journalism.

Which Malaysian media organisation is willing to fork out USD2 million (RM7.8 million) for materials from a single source for a series of stories. The more damning question is, why?

In his statement on Friday afternoon, Tong revealed that he did offer Justo USD2 million. That is a lot of money for a Malaysia media group, for materials of a story. The circulation of the weekly business paper is 25,000. The Financial Edge daily is even far smaller than that.

The Edge Financial Daily page

The Edge Financial Daily page

The off-the-stand price is RM7.00 and the online annual subscription is RM318.00. The combined annual turnover is in the neighbourhood of RM18 million a year. Lets say the advertisement revenue matched the print and online subscription rate, RM7.8 million is 22% of the paper’s annual turnover.

Even after throwing in the advertisement income, would The Edge able to fork out RM7.8 million to but the stolen downloaded e mails from Justo?

Hence, it could be deduced that the money must have come from outside the newspaper.

It is indisputable Tong’s loyalty to former Opposition Leader and now a convict for a hedious sexual crime Anwar Ibrahim. Almost sixteen years ago one of Anwar’s minions who keeps charge of the ‘War Chest’, blurted out in a statutory declaration:

Former Assistant Governor Murad Khalid expose

STATUTORY DECLARATION DATO ABDUL MURAD KHALID

I, Dato’ Abdul Murad Bin Khalid (NRIC No. 531215-08-5957), a Malaysian citizen of full age and care of No. 104, Jalan Setiabakti 9, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare as follows:-

1. On 16th September 1999 I was charged with failing to disclose truthfully information on Ben Harta Sdn Bhd (BHSB) shares and 51 of its properties allegedly held for my benefit pursuant to section 87(2)(c) Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1989 (BAFIA).

2. In order to do justice for my own sake, I must make a public declaration on certain matters connected with the various positions I held in Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) so as to show to the public at large the nature and stresses/ strains that were attendant to these positions. This public statement is also intended to provide the public with the proper perspectives of the machinations of the former Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (“DSAI”) who was also the Finance Minister and hence the Minister directly in command of BNM.

3. As one of the top executives in BNM, I invariably came into contact with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who took a liking for me – and subsequently entrusted me to carry out some of his instructions, what has come to be believed by me now to further his political ambitions. In furtherance of his political scheme, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim instructed me to implement certain corporate exercises in favour of his friends and cronies. The debts of his cronies were cleared/ settled using the profits from deals using the influence of BNM.

4. Amongst the most significant corporate exercises is the takeover of Sikap-Power, the concession holder of the Independent Power Project (IPP) at Lumut, Perak. The concession was sold to MRCB on the instruction of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and MRCB later injected the ‘concession’ into Malakof Berhad, which is the subsidiary of MRCB. I believe that a profit of about RM50 million from this deal went to one of DSAI’s political funds.

5. A male Chinese named Tong Kooi Ong, is also involved significantly in raising, financial assistance for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. Tong Kooi Ong is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Phileo Allied Berhad, which is listed on the Main Board of the KLSE. Phileo Allied Bank is also under the control of Tong Kooi Ong. Tong Kooi Ong came into contact with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on mv introduction and they subsequently became very close. Tong Kooi Ong subsequently disclosed to me that in return -for the favours granted to him by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, he had established a “Master Account” -under his control. From which financial contributions could be made for the interests of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. This Master Account is to derive revenues from the holding of shares and buildings. At one point Tong Kooi Ong confided in me that the Master Account was worth RM200 million based on the values of shares and building assigned to it.

6. I believe there are at least 20 other “Master Accounts” established for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim by his various cronies. I believe that the total funds in these 20 Master Accounts run into more that RM3 billion. DSAI’s modus operandi is to divide and rule and the operator of each Master Account is not aware of the existence of the other Master Accounts. I believe the Government is aware of who these cronies are.

7. As far as I know and through my own involvement, more than RM120 Million has been paid to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, his cronies and the organisations he used to advance his own political ambitions. For example it is within my personal knowledge that on the instructions of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim funds from the Master Account was paid to himself and the following persons and organisations known to be affiliated or connected to him between 1992 to 1997:-

(1) to himself (DSAI) – RM50 million
(2) Dato Abdullah Ahmad (UN) – RM 5 Million
(3) Dato Nasaruddin Jalil – RM10 Million
(4) Asia Pacific Policy Centre (APPC) – RM 38 million & Douglas H. Paal – (USD 10.0 Million)
(5) Institut Kajian Dasar – (IKD)RM5 Million
(6) Aliran & Dr. Chandra Muzaffar – RM5 Million
(7) ABIM – RM 5 Million – International Institute of Islamic Thoughts (IIIT) – RM 2 Million
(8) A UK-based Islamic Foundation – RM 1 Million
TOTAL RM 121 Million

8. I am also informed that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim instructed Tong Kooi Ong to take into his employ Puan Shamsidar and one Encik Rahman, which he did. Puan Shamsidar is the wife of Encik Azmin Ali, the Private Secretary to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. It is widely known that Puan Shamsidar is generously remunerated and is provided with a car and driver and most of the time she did not need to go to work.

9. I must make a special mention of the American based Organisation called Asia Pacific Policy Centre (APPC) headed by Douglas H. Paal, the former Senior Director from Asian Affairs (1989 to 1993) of the National Security Council (NSC) of the United States of America. Douglas H. Paal left the National Security Council to start APPC in 1993 funded mainly by contributions from Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. I was responsible for arranging USD IO Million in contributions to APPC and Douglas. H. Paal on Datuk Seri Anwar’s instructions. I believe that other cronies of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also made substantial contributions to APPC and Douglas H. Paal. Although I cannot ascertain the exact quantum of their contributions, I am convinced that they ran into millions of US Dollars. APPC and Douglas H. Paal are one of the main vehicles used by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to promote his image in the Western countries, mainly in Washington, USA and the United Kingdom and other European nations. APPC also lobbied strongly for Datuk Seri Anwar lbrahim with the international media organisations.

10. APPC organised “The Pacific Dialogue” conferences under the patronage of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. The First Pacific Dialogue was held in Penang sometime in November 1994. The Second Pacific Dialogue was held in January 1996, the Third Pacific Dialogue in November 1996 and the Fourth Pacific Dialogue in January 1998. There was supposed to be a Fifth Pacific Dialogue to be held in December 1998 but it was cancelled because the Patron was no longer the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister of Malaysia. All the Pacific Dialogue conferences were held in Malaysia because Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was the major source of funding for APPC.

11. In what I strongly believe as tantamount to a betrayal of public trust, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim also insisted that APPC should manage BNM’s reserves of RM50 Billion and the EPF fund in return for the services provided to him by APFC. Alternatively a hefty fee of USD 3 Million was to be paid annually to APPC for the cost of running the Centre in Washington. Fortunately this instruction of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for APPC to manage the above funds was never put into effect. What I have stated above goes to prove without doubt that Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was indeed an unscrupulous leader who was prepared to sacrifice the country’s coffers for the benefit of its political ambition with the help of foreign element. The current developments that are taking place in the country which threatened the public peace and well being of the Rakyat to further Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s political ambition are ample proof to support this assertion.

12. I was also directed by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, then already appointed as the Finance Minister, to assist the following persons to clear their debts as described below:-

(a) Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim instructed me to help settle the debt of Tan Sri Abdullah Ahmad (now the permanent representative to the United Nations) with Bank Bumiputra of more than 10 Million. I helped to negotiate the settlement amount of RM7 Million. An amount, of RM5 Million was taken from the Master Account to help pay the debt. The balance of RM2 Million came from Tan Sri Ahmad Abdullah from the sale of his land.

(b) Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim instructed me to help settle Puan Marina Yusof’s debt with local banks amounting to more than RM20 Million. I presented her application to the Tabung Pemulihan Usahawan (TPU) for assistance to develop her land along Jalan Tun Razak, on which is now the completed Complex Marinara. The TPU panel approved her application. Puan Marina Yusof is extremely grateful to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

(c) Penang based Mercury Securities owed MUI Bank more than RM I0 million secured by a 3rd party land charge. The majority shareholder is Chew Seng Guan and one Encik Ahmad Kamal whom Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim groomed to be up-and-coming Bumiputera businessman and politician. I subsequently helped to arrange for the sale of the land to Matang Emas Sdn. Bhd. a company owned by Encik Taib Hamid, the sale of which incidentally also sorted out some of Encik Taib Hamid’s personal problems. The same piece of land was later sold to TPPT Sdn Bhd by Encik Taib for a low cost housing project which is now known as Taman Tun Perak.

(d) Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim instructed me to help Dato’ Nazri Abdullah’s Group to take over NST Group from Renong. I sought the assistance of Hong Leong Group to structure the deal. I spoke to Seow Lun Hoo and Quek Leng Chan of Hong Leong. They proposed that Dato’ Nazri’s Group use MRCB as vehicle to take over the shares of NST. I then spoke to Maybank to arrange a loan for Dato’ Nazri to buy into MRCB and another loan for MRCB to buy into NST.

(e) I was directed by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to help Encik Faiz Abdullah (Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s ghost writer), together with Seow Lun Hoo of Hong Leong to buy into Kewangan Usaha Bersatu Berhad (KUBB), then owned by ldris Hydraulic Berhad. The scheme involved using Arus Murni Berhad formerly known as Timuran Berhad, a company listed on the Main Board of the KLSE as the holding company. I approached the following banks to help syndicate the loan for the purchase of KUBB shares costing above RM400 million:

i. Hong Leong Bank ii. Hong Leong Finance iii. Sime Bank iv. RHB Bank v. Southern Bank vi. BSN Commercial Bank.
Faiz Abdullah is a verv clever ghost writer and political operator for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. He is also a lawyer, ex-journalist and ex-Special Branch police officer.

13. My involvement with Tong Kooi Ong and “Master Account” in furtherance of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s instructions landed me in trouble with the law. On 16th September 1999 1 was charged with failing to disclose truthfully information on Ben Harta Sdn Bhd shares and 51 of its properties allegedly held for my benefit totalling RM23.9 million.

14. I must state that I never knew the two gentlemen purportedly to be the shareholders of Ben Harta Sdn Bhd i.e Gan Hong Sin @ Lan Hong Sing and Gan Sor Ting. Tong Kooi Ong did indicate to me that this company holds properties and shares as part of the scheme to raise funds for Datuk Seri Anwar. I have never been shown or seen the books of the Master Account handled by Tong Kooi Ong. I am not aware of any shares held by Ben Harta on my behalf, nor the locations of the 51 properties allegedly also held on my behalf, except one (1) apartment and one (1) bungalow which I was entrusted to maintain for purpose of investment and to be later sold for the Master Account.

15. I stronglv believe that wrong information has been given to the authorities implicating me with Ben Harta Sdn Bhd. I point my finger at Tong Kooi Ong and the two shareholders of Ben Harta. They have implicated me to save their own skin.

16. Apart from the properties held under Ben Harta Sdn Bhd. I also know that a few properties have been bought for investment and the Master Account and for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s future personal use. These properties located around Kuala Lumpur are valued at about RM15 million.

17. As regards the damaging policies adopted by BNM following the economic recession in July 1997, I must categorically, state that I was opposed strongly to these policies. I opposed the “Legal Lending Limit”, the reduction of NPLs (non-performing loans) from 6 months to 3 months, the “Credit Crunch” introduced in October 1997 and the Higher Rate of Interest. These were all policies endorsed and adopted by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim. A few concerned BNM officers/ executives and I tried to halt these policies from being implemented. Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim even censured me for speaking out against these policies. He accused me of being “too close to the market”. I now realise that these harsh measures -were Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s political plan to crush the economy and bring Malaysia to its knees in order to invite in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to enable Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to force Dr Mahathir to resign and take over the Prime Minister’s position.

18. Following my arrest and my subsequent resgination as Executive Director of RHB Bank Berhad I have thought over my involvement with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and have come to realise that what I have done, though as I said earlier was forced upon me as one of the Executives in BNM, is indeed very regrettable. I now realise that I have been exploited and made use of by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to hold assets for his political and personal use and benefit. These assets including those held under Ben Harta, do not belong to me. As such, it is up to the government to take the necessary legal action in respect of their disposal, including forfeiture if permissible.

19. I now call upon all peace loving and loyal citizens of Malaysia to reject all the political manoeuvres by Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and his supporters and instead support all the economic and fiscal efforts to bring back the economic well being of the country. I am ever ready and willing to go public to denounce the improprieties and machinations of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in furtherance of his political ambitions that are indeed detrimental to national peace, security and political stability.

20. In conclusion, I state in unequivocal terms that this Press Conference/Release made by way of Statutory Declaration was made by me voluntarily, without any inducement, threat or promise or coercion from any quarter, nor in return for any favours or special treatment in connection with the charge that I am now facing AND I make this solemn declaration conscientiously, believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Statutory Declaration Act, 1960.

Signed by the above named

DATO’ ABDUL MURAD BIN KHALID
at Kuala Lumpur, the day of 26 Oct 1999.

It is clear that Anwar Ibrahim’s ‘War Chest’ is still available and being safely kept for the opportunity to be utilised, like the agenda to topple the BN led government.

Even though Anwar Ibrahim is in jail, the movement to demonise Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak is very consistent and escalating using the 1MDB financial woes. This include WSJ providing him the platform for the voice to do more lies from behind bra.

This is one of the opportunity, to rile up some of the rakyat to distrust the entire administrative and government system, attack the corporate governance and banking and capital markets regulatory system. Eventually instigate the rakyat further to rise and launch street demonstrations, which eventually turn into a ‘Malaysian Spring’ revolution.

Just like in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya.

Nevermind the fact that Justo admitted to the crime of theft of illegally downloaded e mails of his former employer and was peddling stolen goods. Then Tong offered Justo the USD2 million bribe for access to the stolen goods and eventually cheated the Swiss guy.

Then The Edge was in possession of the stolen goods and used them in their story.

The entire acts and process are criminal in nature. Theft is a crime. Offering a bribe is a crime. Cheating is a crime. Possession  of stolen goods is a crime.

Placing marginal politics above nation

Opposition Leaders shamelessly tried to score with sordid political puns measured in a fraction of an inch with British Prime Minister David Cameron’s working visit to Malaysia next week.

Pro-Anwarista news portal story:

Opposition leaders warn British PM ahead of meeting with Najib

Published: 25 July 2015 9:50 AM
Opposition leaders have criticised the timing of British Prime Minister David Cameron’s visit to Malaysia next week, saying it could send a signal that Downing Street was indifferent to allegations surrounding Datuk Seri Najib Razak in the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.
Britain’s Financial Times (FT) quoted PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah Anwar as saying that Cameron’s visit could show the UK government was not concerned about “the current scandal-ridden ground on which Najib treads”, while DAP’s Tony Pua warned that any support to Najib would taint Britain’s image “as a country which supports democratic principles and good governance”.

But a British official appeared to defend the visit, saying Cameron believed in engaging with all leaders.

“He has said that the way to talk about issues is to have an engaging relationship and try and work with countries.
“Malaysia is a longstanding partner of the UK and the relationship is important for our prosperity and security,” FT quoted a source in Downing Street as saying.

The Najib government is currently battling allegations of mismanagement and corruption surrounding his brainchild, 1MDB, which has raked up debts up to RM42 billion.

The saga took a twist after The Wall Street Journal’s expose last month that billions of ringgit from the state-owned fund had allegedly ended in Najib’s personal bank accounts, an allegation the Malaysian prime minister has denied.

Cameron and Najib had met at the height of the Bersih protests for electoral reforms in Kuala Lumpur in 2011, sparking criticism from Malaysians in the UK.

Cameron is in a series of high-profile meetings with Asian leaders to promote British trade outside Europe, which includes meeting Chinese president Xi Jinping and Indian prime minister Narendra Modi later this year.

“We need to go to the ends of the earth to sell our wares,” he wrote recently in Britain’s Daily Mail.

According to FT, Britain has been keen to sell its Eurofighter Typhoon military jets to Malaysia, and ministers were disappointed to see the aircraft lose out to rivals in the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and India. – July 25, 2015.

These working visits are important for both countries, especially Malaysia and Britain went a very long way in political, cultural, educational, judicial, legislative, military, administrative and most of all, trade.

Prime Minister Cameron is representing the various interests of British corporations tapping into the growth of the Malaysia economy, which include military assets acquisition. The last major military assets acquired from Britain were the two Lekiu Class F2000 frigates which were built by BAe Systems at Yarrow Docks, near Glasgow and delivered 15 years ago.

There are many common interests between Malaysia and Britain at this juncture and how closer diplomatic, working and commercial relationship of both nation could be mutually very important of moving ahead in the midst of global challenges.

Economic slow down, global terrorism threat, Islamnophobia and regional geo-politics could be some of the agenda which should be on the table between the two prime ministers.

The downing of MH17 and Malaysia’s role as ASEAN Chairman and a non permanent member in UN Security Council could be an item as the currency for mutually better co-operation for both countries.

Prime Minister Najib should ask Prime Minister Cameron to foster greater role and potency of the Five-Power-Defense-Agreement. It then could be escalated it into a FPDA Plus or even a Far East Commonwealth Maritime Force which could be introduced in this region for starters.

One of the main outcome of this is the policing of international waters for safe passage of international maritime route and regional and global terrorism and piracy.

Three Commonwealth nations in the region could be drawn into a very sticky conundrum in the wake and growing China’s PLA Navy military manoeuvres and expansionary tendencies with regards to China’s interest in the fictitious ‘Nne-Dash-Line’ of the multiple claims on South

Opposition MPs such as Pua and Nurul Izzah are arguing against Cameron’s visit to Malaysia next week for the wrong basis. Britain should be concerned about “Tainting the Britain’s image ‘as a country which supports democratic principles and good governance’ ” if Prime Minister Cameron in any way supports the Malaysian Oppositions’ sordid politics and propensity to lie.

Yesterday, Home Ministry suspended The Edge Media Group (TEMG) weekly and daily publications because of they were willing to use deception and cheated to obtain stolen e mail for stories. Then they used these unlawfully obtained information and use them.

At the same time, this pro-Anwar Ibrahim media group echo and perpetuate the carefully concoction of half truths, manipulated and distorted stories and lies.

The Edge Financial Daily page

The Edge Financial Daily page

These echoing and perpetuating the endless publications of concoction of half truths, manipulated and distorted stories and lies would also lead in the public distrust into the government, corporate governance, capital and debt markets control and supervision etc.

Aggregated, it is a sleek and cunning effort of an economic sabotage. That tantamounts to a threat to national security.

All are not for the principles of democracy but extending a political agenda.

The owner of TEMG Tong Kooi Ong yesterday personally admitted through his own newspaper that they have bastardised journalism ethics and principles with attempt of bribery and eventually deception as avenues to get stories. Not to mention that cheating and possession of stolen goods are acts of crime.

If the process of getting stories are tainted, then the stories churned out would be further skewed or even laced with more lies.

This is no mystery because Tong was implicated as a staunch Anwar Ibrahim close aide and major financial aggregator when former Assistant Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia Dato’ Murad Khalid issued a statutory declaration about Tong’s involvement and role.

Pua and Nurul Izzah have time and again been proven to lie for their sordid politics, which include rubbishing and demonising agencies of the Malaysian Government in the name of their sordid politics of hatred.

Nurul lied about the Perdana Class submarines inability to dive to an Indonesian press. She lied and demonised BN candidate for Lembah Pantai Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin during the 13GE campaign.

She even rubbished the judges in the augur chambers of Dewan Rakyat session.

Recently, Pua demonstrated his ability to bastardise his position and role of unbecoming a member of the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee by gunning down 1MDB when the process of investigation had yet to be completed.

Prime Minister Cameron would not tolerate such blatant disrespectful act of political display.

It is very low for Opposition MPs to capitalise on the slightest opportunity to echo and perpetuate their sordid bankrupt politics which is laced with fabrication and lies, at the expense of the nation’s interests.

The reversal of the game

The Edge Financial Daily page

The Edge Financial Daily page

The tide is turning. The latest big bite at the current burning-hot flavoured in the series of story about 1MDB ‘Financial Scandal’ is that the identity is the Malaysian businessman who offered former Petro Saudi executive Xavier Justo USD 2 million for information in the form of downloaded stolen e mails.

The Straits Times story:

Justo: I was offered $2.7m for stolen data

Straits Times, Spore 24 Juky 2015

http://www.straitstimes.com/asia/se-asia/justo-i-was-offered-27m-for-stolen-data

Ex-PetroSaudi employee says he was never paid what prominent Malaysian businessman promised him

Nirmal Ghosh Indochina Bureau Chief In Bangkok
Swiss national Xavier Andre Justo – who is now in jail in Thailand in connection with trying to blackmail his former employer, PetroSaudi, which is entangled in a huge scandal involving the Malaysian government – has claimed that he was promised US$2 million (S$2.7 million) in exchange for data he stole from his former employer.

He also told The Straits Times in a prison interview that he was never paid what he was promised by a prominent Malaysian businessman. Justo claimed a deal was reached in Singapore in February on the sale of the documents, which was followed by lengthy discussions on how he would be paid.

The group of people he met in Singapore to negotiate the sale of the data were named in a 22-page confession Justo made to Thai police. He showed a copy of the confession to The Straits Times.

“I tried to open an account in Singapore, to have the money paid directly from (the buyer’s) account,” Justo said. “DBS Bank refused, I don’t know why. After that I opened an account in Abu Dhabi in my own personal name which was refused by (the buyer) because it had my name on it.”

“Then I tried to use my company account in Hong Kong and he said the same, after that it was through a Luxembourg company and then again (the buyer) refused and after that Clare Brown took the lead,” he said.

He was referring to Ms Clare Rewcastle-Brown, the Malaysian-born British-based editor of the Sarawak Report, which over the past year has made astonishing claims about the misappropriation of billions at state investment firm 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), whose advisory board is headed by Prime Minister Najib Razak.

Justo claimed the buyer also “offered to pay me by cash”.

He said: “So I was supposed to go to Singapore every week or every other week to receive an envelope with a few thousand or tens of thousands, and repeat this process for months until the final amount will have been paid. And again I refused.”

Justo echoed what Thai police said last week, that his confession was backed up by documents including a record of his WhatsApp conversations with the buyers.

“All of what is written in my confession, most of it is proven by e-mail conversations, WhatsApp messages I have had with (them).”

Ms Rewcastle-Brown had agreed to receive the US$2 million from the buyer and send him US$250,000 a month for consultancy services, he claimed.

“I don’t know if she received the money or not, (because) I was arrested,” he said. “I have no idea.”

Contacted by The Straits Times, Ms Rewcastle-Brown rubbished the allegations as “bunkum”.

“What I have presented on 1MDB and has been clarified by The Edge and corroborated by several other official sources is a coherent explanation of events, versus the dodging, changing stories of 1MDB,” she said. The Edge is a Malaysian daily whose chief executive officer, Mr Ho Kay Tat, was questioned by Malaysian police yesterday over articles it published related to 1MDB.

On Monday, in a note published on the front page of his daily, Mr Ho said the newspaper had “a public duty to find and report the truth”.

“We were not involved in any theft, we did not pay anyone, and we did not tamper (with) any of the e-mails and documents we were given,” he added.

He also said the newspaper was handing over to Malaysian government investigators printed documents and the hard disk that contains bank transfers and statements linked to the 1MDB scandal.

Justo, who gave the interview across a table in a small office inside the sprawling Bangkok Remand Prison, also claimed that the group he had met in Singapore – including Ms Rewcastle-Brown – had tampered with the data he had given them.

“I gave the original documents without any kind of alteration,” he claimed. “I can say that I gave those documents to two groups of people,” he added. One was Ms Rewcastle-Brown and “her IT guy” and the other was the Malaysian businessman and his colleague. The Straits Times is not naming the businessman as well as his colleague pending their response to the latest allegations.

He alleged that those he met had talked about using the documents “to try to  bring down the Malaysian government”, adding that they also referred to plans to “modify the documents”.

Refuting vehemently these allegations, Ms Rewcastle-Brown said Justo was “full of untruths.”

She said: “Why would I wish to alter anything?  If I had, why haven’t 1MDB and PetroSaudi brought out the evidence of such altering in all of the last five or so months?”

Thai police arrested the tattooed Justo, who has a wife and a nine-month-old son, currently in Switzerland, on June 22 at his spacious residence on the resort island of Koh Samui.

Justo, a former head of IT at the London office of Petro Saudi, has admitted that he had stolen company data – some 90 gigabytes worth – when he left in 2011.

He said he asked Petro Saudi for more money in 2013 but it turned him down. Subsequently, through a contact in Geneva with connections in Malaysia, he was introduced to Ms Clare Rewcastle-Brown, whom he later met in Bangkok at the Plaza Athenee hotel and in Singapore at the Fullerton Hotel. In Singapore, she was accompanied by the others named in his confession.

Justo, 48, was clean-shaven, looking well and composed. He was clad in a light blue cotton prison issue shirt and darker blue shorts. Looking over his reading glasses, he showed The Straits Times his confession, written densely in capital letters over 22 pages.  He said it had not been made under duress, and that he had been pleasantly surprised at how well he had been treated in the Bangkok prison.

Justo faces up to seven years in jail and a fine if found guilty of extortion. He was hoping for a lighter prison term in view of his confession, his lawyer Pranot Kalanuson told The Straits Times.

Thai police spokesman, Lieutenant-General Prawut Thavornsiri, said on Wednesday that Justo must be tried first in a Thai court on charges of blackmail and serve a jail term – if any – before he could be extradited, according to The Star newspaper in Malaysia. It quoted the spokesman as saying that police were seeking evidence against the Swiss national that would be submitted to the public prosecutors, possibly within this month.

Malaysia’s police chief Khalid Abu Bakar arrived in Bangkok yesterday to try to interview Justo.

******************

In this ST story, Justo claimed that he met at Fullerton Hotel in Singapore “Sarawak Report editor in chief Clare Rewcastle-Brown accompanied others name in the confession”.

Justo also claimed that the Malaysian buyer agreed to make these payment arrangements of “Ms Rewcastle-Brown had agreed to receive the US$2 million from the buyer and send him US$250,000 a month for consultancy services”.

The Swiss national also claimed in his confession that he prepared two set of documents which were given to Rewcastle-Brown and the “IT guy”.

It is believed that the Malaysian business man is staunch Anwarista Tong Kooi Ong, who owns The Edge Media Group. The Edge, The Edge Financial Daily and BFM 89.9 have been very consistent in their attacks on the 1MDB ‘Financial Scandal’.

Is the “IT guy who accompanied the Malaysian businessman” is the “Forensics expert” who The Edge Managing Editor Ho Kay Tat mentioned?

Rewcastle-Brown, just like Malaysian Opposition Leaders, when they start to lose their battles and the tide is turning against them would just rubbish any evidence to prove that they were lying to begin with.

The 1MDB ‘Financial Scandal’ episode of attacking the Malaysian Government strategic investment corporation for acts of embezzlement and white collar crimes are slowly to be presented to be manipulated, distorted and fabricated information or even worse, pure lies.

Now, the conspiracists of  Rewscatle-Brown, Malaysian Opposition Leaders and Malaysian staunch Anwarista businessman are running helter skelter as the reversal of the game has started.

It is expected they would make more lies trying to cover the previous lies they commonly agreed and shared, in the strategy to topple Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak by demonising him through the build up stories of ‘1MDB Financial Scandals’.

The Edge Media Group owner and staunch Anwarista Tong Kooi Ong admitted that they have misled Justo to get information about the USD1.83 billion scam against Petro Saudi International.

Yes, we misled Justo on payment to get proof of US$1.83 billion scam

BY TONG KOOI ONG AND HO KAY TAT

Published: 24 July 2015 11:21 AM
We refer to the story in The Straits Times today in which Xavier Andre Justo accused us of not paying him what we said we would for the information he gave us on the scandalous 1MDB-PetroSaudi International joint venture.
First off, we must say The Straits Times journalist must be very well connected to be given access to Justo in his Bangkok jail.

Even our Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar, who is now in Bangkok, has so far been refused access to Justo.

We wonder which powerful hidden hand arranged for Nirmal Ghosh of the Singapore daily to meet Justo so that he can launch an attack on us?
Justo is obviously an angry man, and understandably so, as we did not pay him what he wanted.

Yes, we misled him. But that was the only way to get hold of the evidence to expose how a small group of Malaysians and foreigners cheated the people of Malaysia of US$1.83 billion (RM6.97 billion).

His statement confirmed what we have said earlier i.e. we never paid anyone.

As for Justo’s allegations that we told him we intended to tamper with the documents and that our objective was to bring down the government, surely if we had such intentions we would not tell it to someone we were meeting for the first time. All the more so when we know he will be upset with us because we will eventually not pay him what he wants.

There was no tampering because we immediately did a digital fingerprint of the hard disc that contained over 400,000 emails and documents and secured it. What is in the discs we gave Bank Negara Malaysia, the police and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission this week is the exact copy of the one Justo passed to us, and he has said he did not tamper with it.

Furthermore, the money trail we have put together and passed to investigators showing how money from 1MDB were moved into the accounts of various people at several global banks in several countries can be easily verified by investigators with help from their counterparts in this country.

Justo is understandably a bitter man. But this is not about Justo, neither is it about us.

It is about a scheme to cheat the people of Malaysia of US$1.83 billion through the 1MDB-PetroSaudi joint venture.

That so many government agencies are now investigating 1MDB and that it is now almost an insolvent company that needs to be bailed out validates all the work The Edge Media Group has done to expose what had happened.

We have done nothing wrong and we are here to assist investigators unlike some who seem to have disappeared. – July 24, 2015.

The Straits Times story is accurate. Xavier Justo was telling the truth about being offered the USD 2 million for the e mails.

What Tong did here is to admit that their media group is sustainable to corrupt practices to obtain story, which include deception. It must be morally and ethically breaching the conduct of becoming of journalism and a business paper.

More so, a respectable one within ‘the market’.

Tong in his article, was trying to create a doubt how did Miss Ghosh in Bangkok got this story. What he did not realise, he affirmed the accuracy of the ST story for Justo’s revelation that he was offered USD2 million for information.

Whether or not Justo was paid was no longer a material factor.

The “Thirteen Million Ringgit Plus” Question now is that, if the source and process of getting the story is tainted, what is the credibility of the story published then?

Probably it is true what The Edge Managing Editor Ho Kay Tat said that TEMG did not pay to get stories. However, the act to deceive someone of being lured into giving out information for an expected exchange of consideration in monetary form is as good as buying stories.

Stories with doubtful or even tainted with manipulated, fabricated information and lies are designed to demonise the leadership of Prime Minister Najib of being obtuse, poor corporate governance or even embezzlement and corrupt practices.

This is about building up the anguish of the rakyat and eventually getting them whether through political means of UMNO or series of mass demonstration which could lead to a ‘Malaysian Spring’ revolution. It would be modelled after the ‘Arab Spring’ which saw Tunisian, Egyptian and Libyan government toppled.

Inadvertently, Tong admitted that TEMG is serving a political agenda, which is to be an accessory to topple a democratically elected leadership of Prime Minister Najib.

This story published via the pro-Anwarista news-portal is the evidence of the reversal of the game coming nicely into place.

Comfort in incomplete

DAP Director of Propaganda Tony Pua is bent on being exonorated from being seen as a traitor or an unethical political cheat with just making public the Auditor General’s interim report on 1MDB.

Pro-Anwarista news portal story:

A-G’s 1MDB report to answer all data tampering claims, says Pua

BY EILEEN NG

Published: 23 July 2015 1:38 PM
The 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) interim report by the auditor-general will answer all the issues raised by whistleblower site Sarawak Report, including allegations of data tampering in the state investment vehicle’s aborted deal with PetroSaudi International (PSI), DAP’s Tony Pua said today.
In urging prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to make the findings of the report public to clear all the misinformation and confusion over the scandal, the Petaling Jaya Utara MP said all relevant issues raised by Sarawak Report were dealt with in the interim report.

The 1MDB interim report was forwarded to the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) on July 9 even as the bipartisan panel conducts its inquiry into the state investment vehicle.

Pua, a staunch critic of 1MDB, is a member of PAC.
“The interim report is going to address all issues including claims of tampering of data in the deal between 1MDB and PSI as exposed by Sarawak Report.

“So let the document be made public so that Malaysians can put the issue of tampered data and fabricated information to rest,” he said at a press conference held at the DAP headquarters.

Despite being an interim report, with a full one only to be completed by the end of the year, Pua described the report as “fairly comprehensive” containing copies of agreements, minutes of board meetings, resolutions and letters from relevant parties.

However, the DAP national publicity secretary was bound by a confidentiality agreement that prevents PAC members from revealing the contents of the report.

He said Najib can stop the ongoing “farcical circus” once and for all on speculations over whose allegations were truth or fabricated by making public the interim report.

This would also stop Malaysia’s name from being dragged through the mud, he added.

“There will be no more need for Lester Melanyi paid video confessions,” he said in referring to the former Sarawak journalist who claimed that Pua, together with a clutch of opposition politician, had fabricated 90% of documents related to 1MDB with whistleblower site Sarawak Report as part of a campaign to topple Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

“There will be no need for countless unsubstantiated allegations and insinuations by BN ministers against opposition leaders’ involvement in tampering data.”

Finance ministry owned 1MDB has come under the public scrutiny mainly because of the whopping RM42 billion debts that it has racked up in the past five years. The strategic fund has also sacked two auditors, KPMG and Ernst & Young, during the period.

1MDB has not been able to generate enough earnings to service its debts. This raises public concerns over some of its debt papers issued with the government’s letter of support – meaning the government is responsible for the fund’s debt repayment should it default.

Consequently, the investment fund is currently stepping up efforts to hive off its assets, namely power generation plants and land, to ease its extremely tight cash flow.

The Edge was previously issued a show-cause letter by the Home Ministry regarding its reporting on 1MDB. – July 23, 2015.

***************

How come only with just ‘an interim report’? What about the full blown report? Wouldn’t it would have more and complete information of everything that actually happened?

Pua again is jumping the gun and benefitted from the advantage of a first strike impression. He already used the limited circulation of the interim AG report on 1MDB to project that what ever Sarawak Report published and the materials and angles echoed and amplified by Opposition Leaders like himself and Rafizi Ramli is true and credible.

The Petaling Jaya MP is a member of the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC). PAC has been asked to look into the 1MDB, which has been portrayed, echoed and amplified as being ‘scandalous’ in a strategic effort to demonise Prime Minister Mohd. Najib Tun Razak’s leadership and government.

Pua has often demonstrated of conduct of unbecoming as an esteemed member of PAC, by the continuous and venomous attacks of 1MDB and Prime Minister Najib as the Minister of Finance, way ahead before Auditor General and PAC have completed their investigations.

The former technopreneur also admitted that he met Sarawak Report chief editor Clare Rewcastle-Brown several times, which very much affirm that the Opposition is working in cahoots with organisations from abroad in the attempt to topple the Federal Government.

It is clear the tag-team combo used manipulated and distorted information and carefully concocted them with lies. to antagonise the emotions of Malaysias and getting tehma roused and eventually create a revolution of the people.

This model was clearly seen in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya where legal government were ousted by the people through revolution with started as street demonstration and it became more intense.

That makes Pua a criminal.

Pua’s name was implicated when Thai Police revealed that former Petro Saudi executive Xavier Justo had meet 10 Malaysians including Pua and The Edge media group owner and staunch Anwarista Tong Kooi Ong.

On another note, the tai chi by Dow Jones which owns global business paper Wall Street Journal that published an unsubstantiated story about a total sum of USD700 million which was deposited into Prime Minister Najib’s personal Ambank account issued a statement. It is clear that they wanted the UMNO President to sue WSJ.

The Malay Mail online story:

No need for us to confirm, WSJ’s 1MDB articles are clear enough, Dow Jones tells PM’s lawyers

BY CLARA CHOOI
NEWS EDITOR

Thursday July 23, 2015
01:55 PM GMT+8
KUALA LUMPUR, July 23 — Dow Jones & Company has told lawyers acting for Datuk Seri Najib Razak that there was no need for them to ask if Wall Street Journal (WSJ) had meant to accuse the Malaysian prime minister of misappropriating funds as the business daily’s reports provide a clear answer to their questions.

In its reply to Najib’s lawyers signed off by Dow Jones’ counsel and chief compliance officer Jason P. Conti, the US publisher that owns WSJ said that the two articles in question— a July 2 news report titled “Malaysia leader’s accounts probed” and an opinion piece on July 6 titled “Scandal in Malaysia” – were based on available facts.

“In your letter you ‘seek confirmation as to whether it is [our] position as taken in [The News Article and The Opinion] that [your] Client misappropriated nearly USD700 million belonging to 1Malaysia Development Berhad’,” Conti wrote in his reply for Dow Jones, referring to the July 8 request for confirmation from Najib’s lawyers in Hafarizam Wan & Aisha Mubarak Advocates & Solicitors.

“We believe your request is unnecessary as The News Article and The Opinion speak for themselves,” he added in the letter that was emailed to Malay Mail Online today.

Conti also urged Najib’s lawyers to explain to their client the difference between the two articles they had highlighted, pointing out that the July 2 piece is a news article, which means it is a report on facts, while the July 6 article is a commentary on facts that have emerged in the course of unfolding events.

Explaining further, Conti noted that the July 2 article had also expressly mentioned that the original source of the funds was unclear and that the money trail did not show how the funds were spent.

WSJ in the July 2 article, reported Malaysian investigators had traced nearly US$700 million (RM2.6 billion) of deposits into what is believed to be Najib’s personal bank accounts.

The July 6 opinion piece, on the other hand, had been based on the facts available and presented in the July 2 article, the lawyer said.

“As a result, it is quite clear The News Article is a fair and accurate summary of current events, and The Opinion includes reasonable commentary based on those facts.

“Any suggestion otherwise is misplaced and baseless,” Conti said.

The Dow Jones lawyer also confirmed that the firm has yet to appoint its legal representatives in Malaysia to deal with the matter, telling Najib’s lawyers that there was no need to do so as they have yet to identify any cause of action against WSJ.

“If and when you do so, we will consider the appointment of appropriate solicitors in Malaysia,” Conti wrote before referring Najib’s lawyers to a representative in Singapore who he said advises Dow Jones on international matters.

Instead of the usual letter of demand, Najib’s lawyers had on July 8 written to WSJ’s publisher Dow Jones, giving the firm a 14-day deadline to confirm if the two articles had meant to accuse their client of misappropriating US$700 million (RM2.6 billion).

When defending the unusual move, Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Wan Harun, one of the prime minister’s lawyers, conceded that his firm could have immediately accused WSJ of defamation but chose not to because the offending articles were “neither here nor there”, thus making the letter seeking clarification necessary.

Dow Jones’ reply was sent on Tuesday, exactly 14 days from July 8. Najib’s lawyers have since remained silent on the matter and are believed to be mulling over the prime minister’s next step.

After WSJ’s July 2 bombshell, Najib immediately responded by saying that he has never taken 1MDB money for “personal gain”.

The embattled prime minister also categorised the allegations as “political sabotage” and accused his former mentor-turned-chief critic Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad of colluding with foreign media to unseat him.

A special taskforce — comprising Bank Negara Malaysia, the Royal Malaysian Police and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission and the Attorney-General’s Chambers — are currently investigating 1MDB and the claims in the WSJ report.

Primero of pestilentially pernicious

Chinese Chauvinist Emperorissimo of Middle Malaysia Lim Kit Siang attempted to vilify the authorities with venomous reaction to take the opportunity of first-strike-advantage after DAP Director of Propaganda Tony Pua admitted to have met habitual lying blogger-journo Clare Rewcatle-Brown many times.

Pro-Anwarista story:

Najib turning patriots into criminals, says DAP after probe initiated on 1MDB critics

Published: 22 July 2015 8:02 PM
Putrajaya is “turning patriots into criminals” as it guns for opposition politicians and The Edge Media group owner Tong Kooi Ong for their critical exposes of debt-ridden state fund 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB), DAP said.
DAP parliamentary leader Lim Kit Siang said it was “mad” to think that exposes on scandals and wrongdoing involving govenrment-linked entities or national leaders could be treated as an offence.

“Now, it would appear that madness has become a normality in certain circles in government,” the Gelang Patah MP said in a statement today.

“I want to ask Datuk Seri Najib Razak: Mr. Prime Minister, what are you turning Malaysia into? Why do you want turn patriots into criminals?.”
Lim was reacting to news that police are investigating opposition lawmakers Tony Pua (DAP-Petaling Jaya Utara) and Rafizi Ramli (PKR-Pandan), as well as Tong under Section 124 of the Penal Code.

Malaysiakini reported that the trio are being probed for allegedly committing activities detrimental to parliamentary democracy.

A police source told the news portal said that the investigation is linked with allegations that 1MDB documents were tampered with and fabricated as part of a plot to oust Najib.

Lim said today that Section 124 of the Penal Code on penalties for committing activities detrimental to parliamentary democracy could see Pua, Rafizi and Tong jailed for up to 20 years.

Pua was barred from leaving the country today when trying to board a flight to Indonesia, while Rafizi checked his travel status on the Immigration Department website and now suspects that he has been barred from traveling, too.

Tong is meanwhile reported to face a similar ban, according to Malaysiakini.

Pua and Rafizi were also named by former Sarawak Tribune editor Lester Melanyi in a video confession, in which he claimed the opposition lawmakers had worked hand in hand with Sarawak Report to tamper with and forge 1MDB documents.

The opposition duo have denied the claim and are planning legal action against Melanyi.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said earlier today that police have recorded Melanyi’s statement and may arrest those named in the video soon.

Whistleblower site Sarawak Report and The Edge have published many reports and exposes on 1MDB. The alleged wrongdoing, also taken up by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, has called for Najib to step down.

Najib is finance minister and chairman of 1MDB’s advisory board.

Sarawak Report and The Edge are accused of obtaining tampered data and using it in their exposes.

A Swiss national, Xavier Andre Justo who was a former PetroSaudi International director, is accused of stealing information about 1MDB for blackmail. He is also accused of tampering with the data.

Justo is alleged to have met with a DAP lawmaker, the owner of a Malaysian media group and others, to pass on the information to them. – July 22, 2015.

DAP’s Tony Pua and PKR’s Rafizi Ramli, who have been vociferous in their criticism of 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB), have been barred by immigration authorities from leaving the country.
The Petaling Jaya Utara MP said he was to fly to Yogyakarta, Indonesia, for work purposes when he was stopped by the immigration at low-cost carrier terminal klia2 at 3.15pm.

“They stopped me and told me I can’t go aboard. They said the instructions came ‘from above’. No reasons were given why I was prevented from leaving,” he told The Malaysian Insider when contacted.

Pua is on the way to the DAP headquarters to give a press conference on the matter.
One of 1MDB’s staunchest critics, the DAP national publicity chief had been among those who had consistently highlighted alleged malpractices in the state investment vehicle’s operations and dealings.

He had recently been implicated in two video confessions by former journalist Lester Melanyi, who had alleged that the two-term MP, together with a clutch of opposition politician, had fabricated 90% of documents related to 1MDB with whistleblower site Sarawak Report as part of a campaign to topple Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

The DAP national publicity secretary had threatened to sue Melanyi for his accusations, giving him seven days to retract and apologise for his widely publicised video statement.

Najib is also suing Pua who he accused of incessantly attacking him over the Finance ministry owned fund to gain political mileage for the opposition.Rafizi Ramli suspects he too has been blacklisted and not allowed to leave the country. – The Malaysian Insider pic, July 22, 2015.

PKR Rafizi Ramli said he had checked his status on the Immigration website and was shown the following message: “”Sila rujuk kepada pejabat imigresen terdekat”. (Please refer to the nearest immigration office). The same message shown for Pua on the website.

“As such, I suspect I have also been blacklisted and not allowed to leave Malaysia,” he said in a statement today.

“From day one the matter was disseminated, I have stated that the allegations were part of an evil conspiracy to shut our mouths because of our vocal stand over 1MDB for the past few years,” he said in referring to himself, Pua, Sarawak Report and The Edge media group.

Sarawak Report said today it will also take legal action against pro-government newspaper New Straits Times and others for the “malicious” falsehoods they have promoted to destroy its credibility.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar earlier today did not rule out the possibility of arresting several individuals named by Melanyi to facilitate investigation.

This raises public concern over some of its debt papers issued with the government’s letter of support – meaning the government is responsible for the fund’s debt repayment should it default.

Consequently, the investment fund is currently stepping up efforts to hive off its assets, namely power generation plants and land, to ease its extremely tight cash flow.

The Edge was previously issued a show-cause letter by the Home Ministry regarding its reporting on 1MDB.

This could possibly be the first time federal lawmakers are barred from leaving the country.

Previously, opposition politicians were prevented from entering Sabah and Sarawak.

This included Pua’s party colleague, DAP’s Seputeh MP Teresa Kok who was on the blacklist of both Bornean states.

Others barred from Sarawak included PKR secretary-general Rafizi Ramli and his party colleagues, Batu MP Chua Tian Chang and former secretary-general Datuk Saifuddin Nasution Ismail. – July 22, 2015.

It is no mystery that they have been treated as if they are criminals. What they have systematically been doing should not be viewed as nothing but act of crime.

The fact that they have been echoing and amplifying the manipulation and distortion of facts and lies created by london-based news blog Sarawak Report to the tone of inciting the rakyat to rise against Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak’s leadership.

That is seditious. They have also been constantly demonising Prime Minister Najib’s government through gunning away strategic investment corporation 1MDB in the tone which could affect the capital and financial markets and regulatory on banking.

That tantamounts to economic sabotage. Saboteurs are never patriots. They are traitors.

The fact is that Lim has yet to prove what ever lies both MPs have been demonising against Prime Minister Najib is the truth.  So far, materials which have been presented and angles, manipulated and distorted fact and lies in articles of the Sarawak Report have proven that the blog lost a lot of credibility.

Infact, the three of should already be investigated for criminal defamation and act of treachery for systematically building up stories for to instigate the rakyat to distrust and eventually revolt against the democratically elected Federal Government.

BN Back Benchers Club President Tan Sri Shahrir Abdul Samad demanded that Pua to admit that he did meet Justo in Singapore.

Admit you met Justo, Barisan lawmaker tells Tony Pua

Barisan Nasional Backbenchers Club (BNBBC) president Tan Sri Shahrir Samad has challenged DAP lawmaker Tony Pua to admit that he met former PetroSaudi International (PSI) director Xavier Andre Justo to obtain information on debt-ridden state fund 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB).
Shahrir today said Pua was trying to avoid having to make a confession, and said he (Shahrir) himself had openly admitted to meeting 1MDB president and group executive directorArul Kanda Kandasamy.

“I would have owned up if I met Justo, just like how I admitted meeting Arul, people were talking about it, the fact that the BNBBC chairman had met Arul.

“If an MP from the Opposition had met someone who had information about the government and its leader, say so, what is wrong with that,” Shahrir said at the Hari Raya open house in Parliament.
In a spat on Twitter over the weekend, another Barisan Nasional (BN) minister Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan had alluded to Pua when he asked DAP’s Lim Kit Siang if he was afraid his “star MP” would be found lying about meeting Justo.

Justo, a Swiss national, is in Thai police custody for allegedly trying to blackmail his former company. Thai police claim he has admitted to attending a meeting in Singapore with members of the Malaysian opposition and others who wanted information about 1MDB.

Pua has been daring BN ministers to name him as the opposition politician who met Justo.

Shahrir said Pua was being childish with his challenge.

“As an MP, if you did not meet, say so, why the need to act like kids,” he added.

Justo, who is under investigation by Thai police for allegedly blackmailing PetroSaudi, said he had met people in Singapore, including Malaysian opposition leaders, to negotiate the handing over of certain documents in his possession.

Pua had also said he will sue former Sarawak journalist Lester Melanyi if the latter does not retract and apologise for allegations made in two “confessional” videos released in the past week.

Melanyi had accused Pua of conspiring with other parties to fabricate and falsify information on 1MDB. – July 22, 2015.

Pua is a member of the Parliamentary Public Accounts Commmittee which has been investigating 1MDB. He has demonstrated gross impartiality and breach of ethics when he actively demonised 1MDB without giving the case the proper opportunity to be investigated vested in the power through the PAC.

The seasoned BN MP also urged Pua to recuse himself from being part of the PAC for his impartiality and breach of political ethics.

Tony Pua urged to recuse himself from PAC’s 1MDB investigations

July 23, 2015, Thursday

KUALA LUMPUR: Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua has been urged to recuse himself from involvement in the Public Accounts Committee (PAC)’s investigations into 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

Barisan Nasional Backbenchers Club chairman Tan Sri Shahrir Abdul Samad said it was to ensure that PAC’s credibility would not be questioned by the people following claims that the DAP MP had met with former PetroSaudi International Ltd (PetroSaudi) executive Xavier Andre Justo in Singapore.

“I had suggested earlier to Tony Pua to exempt himself..I gave hints, I saw that he seemed to know a lot about 1MDB.

“For now, there has been no confirmation that Tony Pua was the opposition leader who had met with Justo,” he told reporters at an Aidilfitri open house organised by the club here yesterday.

Shahrir was asked to comment on Pua’s position in the PAC following claims linking the latter to Justo.

There have been claims of attempts to topple the government by destabilising the country and undermining national security.

It was reported that opposition leaders had met Justo to buy information from him to discredit the Malaysian government.

Shahrir also said if Pua had really met with Justo, he should admit it.

“He has refused to say whether he had met Justo, if he has, just say so,” he said.

Meanwhile, Bintulu MP Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing said the aggressive and vocal manner in which Pua spoke about the 1MDB could affect the transparency of PAC’s earlier investigations.

“As an insider in the PAC, you must be firm, analyse the issue before telling people about it,” Tiong said. — Bernama

What Shahrir did not explicitly say is that Pua has demonstrated conduct of unbecoming of an esteemed member of the PAC.

This is nothing new about Lim. He has been very active instigating and inciting Malaysians especially the Chinese against the Malay-led administration since the times of the First Prime Minister nearly half a century ago.

Infact, he is one of those noted personalities classified as ‘radical elements’ who caused the racial riots of the 13 May incidence after the third General Election in 1969.

Chinese Chauvinist DAP has time and again demonstrated itself as a racist party and playing the racial protagonist role, by demonising and utterance of poisonous and voracious attacks against the nationalist party UMNO.

Naturally, he would never regard Pua as a ‘criminal’. Lim had always been the Emperorissimo of Racism Politics of Hatred and Divisive. Sedition is unlawful in this country.
