The houses in Mosman Park

We obtained first hand photos of some said houses, on Bayview Terrace, Mosman Park, west of Perth, Western Australia. These were obtained this afternoon, in sunny pre-summer Perth weather.

These are the two famous photo of the house with the address 34 Bayview Terrace, Mosman Park, Perth WA which first appeared in Malaysia Today sometime last year. It was still under renovation then. Now, it is fully completed.

These ones are numbers 44, 66 and 66A on the same street.

By far, we have reasons to believe these are the most prolific and luxurious address in all Western Australia. Another Brick in the Wall blog was right. The east facing view from these three houses, overlooking Mosman Bay is most outstanding. The cliff on the park across from these three houses were at least 100 feet high (from the waterfront).

This shot, was taken two hours ago. Note the skyscrapers on Perth, towards the west of the Mosman Bay.

Who ever bought these houses, must really want to live here for the rest of the intended lives, as free people. These are definitely serious addresses for people with lots of money, migrating and starting a new life here in by far the most posh suburb of Perth. Never in doubt, people who live in this address, would make these homes with most amazing views as a “holiday home”.

Just to clarify, as per reported by Another Brick in the Wall blog on 19 April 2007, there are no houses on 22 & 24 Bayview Terrace. Only empty lots, meant for two separate bungalows. However, the sign in front says that they were sold. It even have drawings for the proposed bungalow lots.

  1. nice house big dog.

  2. who’s house isthat??
    pak lah or zaid?

  3. Those who intend to use the houses there as their getaway residence with ill gotten money will really be ‘rested in peace’ when the time comes.

    We wish them good luck.

  4. for lelong ka?

  6. Brother,

I almost puked when I read Hishamuddin Aun’s column in the Berita Harian today. He is now ass-licking Najib. A few months ago, this was the same guy who was going around telling people that Rosmah Mansor was the real Deputy Prime Minister, not Najib. A few weeks ago when one of his editors asked him who was going to be made Group Editor-in-Chief of NSTP, this is what Hishammuddin Aun said:
“Rosmah will be making that decision”.

Come on lah brother Hisham time to let go and leave lah. They won’t charge you with corruption, although there is a lot of proof against you taking money from Khir Toyo, Shahrizat, Azeez Putera and so on…and not to mention getting favours from your wife’s company.

  8. No 34 is supposedly Badawi’s but what about 44, 66 & 66a, whose are they?

  9. Not so big. Average size. Maybe a couple of millions at most. Maybe Zakaria’s palace cost more. Estimates are between Rm5-7 m for that alone.

I know that Mahathir’s son had a RM7 million house in Canada that was broken into some years back. A Porsche Cayenne was also stolen. Same shit, different PM. I have never voted for their party by the way.

I don’t think Pak Lah and Mahathir have any worries about their families’ future. They have millions parked outside the country already. All legal of course. 😉

Just make sure they control the police, the media, the AG’s office and the judiciary. Any scandal will become old news no matter how big.

    Remember Perwaja anyone?

  10. that’s why BN leaders don’t want to declare their assets….

but whose house are those hihi…

  11. it doesn’t matter how big the house is..bigger houses mean bigger suspicions…if you have a house that’s too big and only 2 people living in it, that’s just a waste…with houses like that, it’s easier to cope with accusations…or maybe this is just a decoy…maybe there’s another spot that we don’t know…or maybe that house has an underground safe with lotsa money in it !

  12. what? am i over-sensitive or are these some houses bought using corrupt monies??

  13. australians shoudnt welcome this ppl here, whilst they want to enjoy the freedom here, they suppressed and intimidate their own rakyat. why come to the country of the ‘infidel’. go to zimbabwe, la!

    aussies called them scumbags!

  14. Is this another method for KWSP to steal our money?.

Remember during Budget 2008 announcement last yr, our Finance Minister
(cum PM) announced that in order to assist KWSP members to reduce the
burden in housing load repayment, KWSP will allow monthly withdrawal from
members’ A/C II for the purpose?
    Sounds like a nice goodies!
When you apply for the monthly withdrawal, you only need to provide KWSP
yr housing loan & instalment details
from yr bank and the bank a/c # you like KWSP to bank the monthly
withdrawal into it. KWSP will approve yr
application based on the available amt in yr A/C II and compute the
withdrawal period by dividing the approved amt with the monthly instalment
amt. Application process takes about a month and you will receive the
monthly payout promptly into yr bank a/c!
Well everything appear to be nice and good. It was indeed a noble plan
until you take to close look at yr KWSP Statement!

The withdrawal plan is actually a SCAM!

This is how the KWSP SCAM works…….

Assuming you have RM100,000 in yr A/C II and yr housing loan’s monthly
    instalment is RM2000/mth.
KWSP will approve yr application of withdrawal from yr A/C II of RM100,000
and pay you RM2000/mth for the next 50mths.
Everything appears to be in order BUT…….

What KWSP didn’t highlight to you is that when the application was
approved, the TOTAL AMT (RM100,000) is removed from yr A/C II! It appears
to be transfered to an unknown a/c to effect the monthly payment from
    therein.

The impact to the member are as follows :-
    1. You just lost RM100,000 from yr A/C II. Assuming the KWSP Dividend is
5%, you will lose >RM4,000 in dividend during the 1st year. Based on the
above example you will will lose >RM10,000 over the 50 mths period!
    2. There is no statement to account for the amt approved vs amt paid,
hence you would need to keep the monthly payment voucher to reconcile
against the approved amt over the 50mths period to ensure there is no
    missing amt!

Assuming there are 100,000 members who innocently fell prey to this SCAM,
based on the above example, KWSP would have cheated the members of 100,000
    X RM10,000 = RM1,000,000,000 (that’s RM1 BILLION) over the period!

Furthermore, if you discovered this SCAM early and intend to stop the
plan, KWSP would not allow any cancellation of the plan until at least 1
year. That would mean, once the application is approved, based on the
above example, you would have lost >RM4,000.
    100,000 members would have lost 100,000 X RM4,000 = RM400,000,000 (RM400
    MILLION) in One Year!!!

Rocky Please HELP !!!!! and reconfirmed this subject issue for the rakyat.

  16. While we can bitch about the cost and luxury, being a human being with needs, it’s all right to own and invest in properties elsewhere, like everyone else.

They work for a reason, not just to die for the party or like that. There’s an end to all Perjuangan.

As long as they declare their assets and have their source of income/funds explained, It should be acceptable.

Anyone can speculate, so go on specualting.

  17. I must say we Malaysians are very generous to a fault towards our politicians. We let them have a free reign when they are in power and then we donate millions in retirement benefits for them and the families in the form of luxurious homes overseas and luxurious jet plane to visit these homes. No wonder they all want to cling to power forever.

  18. I hate to learnt that most of our leaders are such corrupted creature. Don’t they really care about the Rakyats ?. Why are they planning to stay outside of Malaysia. Tunku Abdul Rahman didn’t, he stayed in Penang for the rest of his later years.
I don’t care if they are filthy rich, if they really do good for the ppl. The problem is thay are sucking the RAKYAT dry.

  19. You had your lunch last Saturday @ Mak Indos, Vict Park, prolly around 2,3 pm, arent you ?

I had this “Mukanya pernah nampak…tapi di mana ya…” until I saw this Mosman Park Pics.

😉 You should have come and said “Hi”………..

  20. Whats the big deal? Am sure BN big dogs here in Malaysia have even bigger and more expensive houses. You all should be happy that your fellow members have amassed such wealth. Nak dengki pasai apa?

  21. This is nothing new la.I heard from an Australian friend, many “successful” Malaysian own big houses there.Who own these houses? It would be interesting to know who the owners are?

PS: In one of the houses,I noticed a wooden railing has been installed around the balcony for support. The owner of the house is well prepared for old age living!

  22. Really nice huts you have in Australia – the view is terrific.
    Michael

  23. You batter go to Bukit Damansara… the house there is much bigger bro.

It is not about how big houses in Damansara Heights or Bukit Tunku. Who ever lives in these fine homes, still have them built here.

This is about Malaysians willing to invest and spend money abroad, where else the investment should have been made in our own country.

Another issue is, how come some people in so short of time could afford to invest so much in a very expensive “holiday home”, abroad?

  24. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MAHATHIR SUPPORTERS TO SHOW US MOKZANI’S NICE BIG EXCLUSIVE HOUSE IN LONDON 🙂 MAYBE ROCKY CAN SHOW US PROOF THAT HE IS NOT UNDER MAHATHIR’S PAYROLL BY BEING THE FIRST ONE TO SHOW US THE PICS

  25. AND DON’T FORGET TO SHOW US PICTURES OF THE MAHATHIR KIDS HOUSES IN KENNY HILLS, THEY HAVE A GATED COMPOUND ALL TO THEMSELVES, AND ITS FUCKING HUGH !!!

    AIFILAW

  26. Hey thats my house! bloody paparazzi! haha Kidding of course… But whoever owns it paid too much in my opinion. Overseas investors pushing up prices…So does this mean I might meet a ex PM while waiting at a nearby bus stop one day?

  27. Is that one of the mansions of my ex-running mate John McCain?

  29. Hi Brader…

I sent your blog post to a friend of mine residing in Perth, and my friend go n check it out.

He told me that the pictures of the houses is not taken from the said address. the houses looks different form the photos.

Then he also gave me the list of owners of the place which he got it from the property agent system.

I’ve seen the list and the only possible malaysian name on the list is for house number 34.

  30. These houses cost way more then rm7-8 milion easy, with the conversion and all, i’m guessing its at least rm11 million

  31. Mate,

Whilst you use liberal sprinklings of the moniker “Riong Kali” in previous posts, at least try and abide by your anti-spin stance then. And whilst I accept that your avowed role and ambition is to push the Mahathir-Mukhriz old UMNO hegemony, this is over the top and an effort that Riong Kali himself would have been proud of:

“By far, we have reasons to believe these are the most prolific and luxurious address in all Western Australia.”

I’ve lived there mate and whilst Mosman Park is one of the more elite and affluent suburbs in Perth, it’s still not quite Peppermint Grove (‘Peppy Grove’), Dalkeith or if you like the seaside, City Beach either.

Check the spin mate – “Hello, Pot? This is kettle. Uhmm…you’re black”.

    MALAYSIAKINI REPORT:

Khairy: Aussie mansion belongs to PM’s son

    Apr 3, 07 5:49pm

Umno Youth deputy chief Khairy Jamaluddin today clarified the allegation that his father-in-law, Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, owns a ‘RM60 million’ house in Australia.

According to him, the house belongs to Abdullah’s son and prominent businessman Kamaludin

However, Khairy is not certain about the price of the sprawling mansion located in an elite suburb in Perth.

“May be it (the price) does not reach RM60 million … may be it is lower than that,” he told malaysiakini when met at Machap, Malacca.

Khairy was asked to respond to former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad who recently said a ‘top leader’ in Malaysia has a house worth RM60 million in Australia.

Mahathir, whose ties with Abdullah has been strained since last year, made the allegation during an Umno gathering in Johor last week.

Elaborating, Khairy said the former premier did not provide any proof to back his allegation.

  37. soul-less ugly houses. why are those houses expensive?
