Three men have been detained by police under Section

PETALING JAYA:   Police arrested three men, including a reporter from Suara Keadilan, earlier this morning. They were caught spray painting graffiti believed to be connected to Prime Minister’s wife Rosmah Mansor and the ‘Free Anwar 901′ rally.

The three, said to be journalist Sidiqin Omar, and bloggers Mohd Fiqtriey al-Haqimiey @ Kecik, and Ahmad Husni, were hauled up by police at about 6.30am for ‘spray painting’ .

Brickfields district police chief Wan Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Khalid confirmed the arrest of three men.

“They are aged between 26 and 29. They were arrested in connection with spray painting, that’s all I can tell you,” said Wan Abul Bari.

He said the individuals have been remanded and are being investigated under Section 506 and 509 of the Penal Code.

Section 506 is for criminal intimidation and Section 509 is “word or gesture intended to insult the modesty of a person”.

While it is still unconfirmed as to what the trio were ‘spray painting’, rumours are that they were caught drawing the “TTR 901″ code that has been seen around the city in recent days.

It is unclear if there is a single correct interpretation of “TTR”,  the numerical ’901′ however likely refers to the “Free Anwar” mass rally expected to take place at the Jalan Duta court complex on Monday.

The Kuala Lumpur High Court is to deliver its verdict on PKR de facto leader, Anwar Ibrahim’s Sodomy II case.

Four day police remand

Meanwhile when contacted, lawyer for the three and PKR Balik Pulau MP Yusmadi Yusoff told FMT that he was at the Bukit Jalil lock-up where they have been remanded for four days.

“They were caught while spraying (painting) something related to Rosmah, police told me its about Turun Tibai Rosmah (TTR).

“They were arrested based on a complaint by the police themselves.

“Section 506 is criminal intimidation but they are arrested for the graffiti. I won’t say more but these would be the points I would be raising in their defense,” he said.

Yusmadi said that he had also submitted during the remand proceedings that one of the three, Kecik, had health problems including difficulty breathing and fever.

Yusmadi said investigating officer agreed to ensure his medical needs were taken care of.

Meanwhile, Suara Keadilan editor Fazallah Pit said when contacted said Sidiqin’s action was ‘not in the line of duty.’

“While we sympathise with him as a colleague and friend. We are in the dark about his actions. It was done in his personal capacity and not in the line of duty,” he said.

******

This FMT report simply don’t make sense at all. How could they be “connected to Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor” when one of them is actually a Suara KeAdilan reporter?

The truth is something quite the opposite. Unconfirmed reports said these three admitted they “Were paid by a PKR MP” for these pre-event acts of vandalism and it is strongly believed that the MP is PKR Vice President Tian Chua. That, if it is true, then it is making much more clearer sense.

Tian Chua has in the past shown his tendency to be an anarchist, in his sordid sinister political agenda of ‘politics of hatred’. He has been an active planner and ‘field commander’ in various Anwar “Mat King Leather” Ibrahim’s sanctioned illegal demonstration which turned ugly, ever since the ‘Raformasi’ days launched days after the latter was sacked as Deputy Prime Minister on 2 Sept 1998 for “Unanatural sexual practices”, which is a crime under Malaysian law.

He also has bitten a Policeman and even led a rowdy mob charged towards a Police line during BERSIH 2.0 illegal demonstration. Tian Chua also doctored a photo that falsely featured Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak and Mongolian national Altantuyaa Shaaribuu.

Like Anwar, anarchy is also Tian Chua’s primary mode of politics, where they master the art of inciting an angry mob and get the foreign press to be present when the Police take actions against them. Since the Police already allowed PKR to host the ‘901 Assembly’ in the carpark complex outside the Jalan Duta Courthouse Complex tomorrow, then this attempt to get these men to do graffitis and later arrested would just one of the deflection from the crux of the issue.

Tomorrow, is about ‘Justice for Saiful’.

  1. We are one day away from lift-off.
Houston, we have a problem and its name is Anwar.

    • Hahaha…..

      “Re-entry’ or “Rear Entry” problems….?

      • And the rocket hits at Najib, UMNO and Big Doggie asses…..hahahahahahahahahaha LMAO!

  2. PKR looks desperate to get people to attend the “Car Park Rally” to morrow. The graffiti acts are a reflection of that desperation.

There have been heated exchanges among the Pakatan leaders in the mass media. Anwar talked about an “interim PM” if PR gets to Putrajaya and he goes to prison. Hadi Awang says the issue of PM should be decided only if PR wins PRU13. Dr Hassan Ali said he won’t attend the rally and that he preferred Hadi or Nik Aziz as PM rather than Anwar.

PKR Deputy President Azmin scolded Dr Hassan and asked PAS to take action on Dr Hassan. PAS Youth Vice President Dr Raja Ahmad scolded Azmin for “interferring in PAS’ internal affairs”.

PAS Secretary General Mustafa would not support Anwar’s statement on the “interim PM” arrangement. He gave the lame excuse that he could not comment as he was not around when Anwar made the statement. And he would not “encourage or discourage” PAS members from attending the rally.

Earlier, DAP Secretary General Lim Guan Eng had also refused to say whether he would encourage or discourage DAP members to attend the rally. He only said he would be attending – apparently to show token support.

All told, PKR might be having only PKR people at the rally to morrow. Hence the desperate acts.
