DAP Adviser Lim asked IGP Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar why former Court of Appeal Judge Dato’ Mohd. Noor Abdullah and Director General of Education Tan Sri Abdul Rahman Arshad are not arrested under the same act for their statements and interpretation of the Chinese vernacular school system, which had been proven to be the root of Malaysian disunity.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 — The DAP’s Lim Kit Siang called the national police chief’s bluff today, saying retired senior judge Datuk Mohd Noor Abdullah and former education director-general Tan Sri Abdul Rahman Arshad would have been arrested, questioned and charged with sedition if Bukit Aman were fully independent.
Highlighting the speedy arrest and prosecution of three opposition politicians and two other anti-government activists today, the Gelang Patah MP demanded Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar explain his men’s delay in acting against Mohamad Noor and Abdul Rahman who have been widely-panned for allegedly making racist and seditious remarks recently against the Chinese and Indian communities.
“Can IGP explain police double-standards in not enforcing the law against former Appeal Court judge and former Education Director-General despite their offences of sedition?” Lim (picture) asked in a statement.
“If we have a police force which is ‘fair and unbiased’ and which enforces the law without fear or favour, both Mohd Noor and Abdul Rahman would have been questioned by the police, arrested and charged in court for under the Sedition Act,” he added.
Mohd Noor, a former Court of Appeal judge, was accused by the opposition of racism following his May 12 remarks at a university forum where he reportedly warned the Chinese to prepare for a backlash from the Malays for their alleged “betrayal” against the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) in Election 2013.
Abdul Rahman, who is now the pro-Chancellor Of Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), had allegedly blamed vernacular schools as being the barrier towards racial unity in the country, and causing increasing racial polarisation that led to BN losing the popular vote to PR.
The 13-party BN scored just under 47 per cent of the popular vote compared to PR’s 51 per cent, but swept 133 seats in the 222-member Dewan Rakyat that enabled it to form the federal government by a simple majority.
The DAP-PKR-PAS alliance has accused the Election Commission of electoral fraud to aid the BN keep its power and has held a series of mammoth rallies around the country to protest their loss at the ballot box since, leading to the arrest of a number of opposition politicians and civil activists in an apparent crackdown against dissent.
PKR’s MP for Batu, Chua Tian Chang, PAS politician Tamrin Ghafar and Anything But Umno (ABU) chief Haris Ibrahim were rearrested by the police last night and charged today with sedition alongside student activist Safwan Anang and activist Hishamuddin Rais.
Chua, Tamrin and Haris, who were arrested last week over their remarks during a May 13 forum, had been released after the police failed to secure a remand order.
“Was the police ever given directives, directly or indirectly, by the top government and political leadership not to ‘touch’ the former Court of Appeal judge and the former Education Director-General despite their blatant and flagrant crimes of sedition?” Lim asked.
He said that Malaysians wanted a police force that is efficient, professional, impartial, incorruptible and world-class whose first duty is to keep down the incidence of crime to make citizens, tourists and investors safe from crime and not one whose top priority was to the Umno-BN leadership.
Faced with criticism, Khalid who took over Tan Sri Ismail Omar as IGP on May 18, has denied the police is a pro-government agency.
“PDRM has never favoured or been pro-anyone. The police is a body that only enforces laws that are issued and take action on those trying to create tension.
“If we don’t act, our country may face a public peace crisis and place Malaysia as a country that is unsafe to reside in. No matter who and which individual that breaks the rules, we will arrest,” he told Malay-language daily Utusan Malaysia in an interview published on May 26

The fact is that Mohd. Noor’s interpretation and extensive elaboration of the Federal Constitution pertaining to the provisions set aside and allocated for the Chinese vernacular school system is very much relevant and accurate, since he was a law Lord of the Court of Appeals.
There is no double standards issue because what the nationalist duo said are based on the provisions in the Federal Constitution. The call is for a ‘single school system‘, to foster greater understanding and unity amongst Malaysians, especially children who are free from any prejudice of any sort.
“If those who are in disagreement with this notion, then they should be deemed anti-unity. Is it wrong for me to say what is right as per the Federal Constitution?”.
Mohd. Noor also called that a court injunction is obtained that provisions for vernacular schools are unlawful, which include monetary assistance from the Federal Government coffers. He cited several provisions to substantiate his interpretations.
Lim is the one who should be arrested under Sedition Act for accusing the Police to be ‘biased’, is part of the Opposition strategy of ‘Politics of Hatred’ by sowing hatred against the law enforcement agencies. Particularly the Police.
That is clearly defined:
A ‘seditious tendency’ is defined in section 3 as follows:
1. To bring into hatred or contempt or to excite disaffection against any Ruler or government.
2. To seek alteration other than by lawful means of any matter by law established.
3. To bring hatred or contempt to the administration of justice in the country.
4. To raise discontent or disaffection amongst the subjects.
5. To promote ill will and hostility between races or classes.
6. To question the provisions of the Constitution dealing with language, citizenship, the special privileges of the Malays and of the natives of Sabah and Sarawak and the sovereignty of the Rulers.

I disagree with the title Emperorissimo and Supremo words used to describe Lim Kit Siang. They indicate giving some status to him. He has no status, deserves no respect as far as I’m concerned.
The words Maha Chauvinist, Extremist and Racist are more fitting for him. His record in politics for the past over 40 years, especially in connection with the race riots of 13 May 1969, show those. DAP caused the race riots. He was at the helm then.
I think the IGP can disregard what the chauvinist says and continue with what he has been doing since taking office. More arrests and prosecutions and such voices will become dampened and gradually muted.
I am curious why those Chinese origin in other parts of the world such as US, Canada, Europe, even in Japan, Indonesia, Australia….etc can live harmoniously with the indigenous people or the “Pribumi” of that particular country.
Sadly to say those Chinese in Malaysia are not or wont do the same thing. This is simply because there are those who like this man (LKS) who really wanted this to happen. And those small fire will spark with the issue being blown out of context by people or man like DSAI.
So to the Chinese in Malaysia…you all have really to think very hard…very cautious….whether to call yourself Malaysian or Malaysian Chinese or Chinese….And those person mention above will do whatever they can to manipulate what ever your stand is….

The Malays as a race have been accomodating. Those negotiating independence were in a hurry to taste ruling ourselves, agreed, under British arm-twisting, to agree to the Chinese etc be given citizenship – those they didn’t send back to China like the Americans did by the shiploads to the Chinese railway and gold digging labourers in the 19th Century. The Americans even had the Chinese Exclusion Act, prohibiting the Chinese overstaying and new ones entering the US. The Chinese in Japan know history – they were bullied by the Japanese for many years. And despite China’s rise as a military power, Japan, having the infrastructure, can build up theirs very quickly.
In this country, Tengku A Rahman even relaxed citizenship rules for the issue of citizenship certificates after independence such that many Chinese cannot speak BM properly until today. In Thailand one tough Army general made them change their names, speak the Thai language, wear clothes like the local Thais and they have assimilated. Not many know that a former Prime Minister Thaksin Thanarat, and the present PM, his sister, are Chinese.
And bloody Anwar, Nik Aziz etc, crazy for power, split the Malays. Such that Najib had to bend backwards to get Chinese votes in PRU13. But after what he himself called “Chinese tsunami”, he should now not bend for them anymore. The new Minister of Home Affairs said and did the right things. He said those who don’t agree with the system in this country should migrate to countries whose system they can accept.
Ahmad Zahid was referring mainly to those not accepting the results of PRU13. But I think the Chinese as a whole also felt it and many may be packing up and going. I’d say good riddance. And the new IGP has started arresting those political law breakers. I hope it will include Lim Kit Siang.

Sometime in the early 30s during the massive global depression, a bunch of Chinese estate workers got together near Kuala Pilah & formed the Malayan Communist Party.
Soon after, the tin mines workers followed suit. Not long after that, these commies embraced Maoist-Stalinist communism & psyched themselves for a revolt.
But they were poor & had no resources.
Then came the Japs & the Brits were arming them. They instantly became a military outfit, which has already been indoctrinated.
When WWII ended, that opened an opportunity for them to continue their revolution & attempt to grab power with the use of terror & brutal force. They were determined to do so & they had many sympathisers & supporters which was snowballing; commonly known as Min Yuens.
They use the networks of mines, plantations & Chinese school system to indoctrinate more & expand rapidly.
At one time when they managed to assassinate Sir Henrt Gurney & Lady Gurney and the guerilla warfare was heightened, many Malaysian Chinese believed & some were convinced they could win this rebellion against the British & armedless Malays.
Within five years, the will of the Malays were strong & casted like iron rod & they unifiedly were determined to achieved Merdeka. The tides changed & the road to Merdeka was even more clearer right after the 1955 Federal Consultative Council election that Tunku asked to meet Chin Peng, to request for the communists immediate lay down of arms and be given amnesty.
Chin Peng refused & rebellion waged on. But they failed and the majority won.
Then Second Emergency came. The Chinese were sustainable to ‘radicals & subversive elements’ got played into the idea & willing to go combative against the Malays again.
That failed too.
Fast forward. Now, the same elements reappear & poisoning the minds of the Chinese across the board that they can ‘UBAH’. Again, they failed!
No need for ‘National Reconciliation’. We hv laws in this country & we should tightfully enforce the Rule of Law.
This is the ONLY POLITICAL CURRENCY the Chinese understand & respect.
They got the citizenship for FREE! No need to “usaha” like those in other countries. Naik lemak naik minyak semua cukup!

We must start a campaign – via your blog – to compile all materials on the speeches of LKS, BABI, SABUn, etc, etc., so for the world to see and for T. Sri Khalid and T. Sri Ghani to take actions.
On another matter, I also propose you start a new blog to be named APA CHINA KATA. This blog is to carry news, especially the editorials, column articles, etc., etc. – the chinese papers are carrying daily. This will allow us non-chinese to follow what is being discussed and we can defend if any attacks are detected.

People have been proposing that UMNO/BN put up a properly organized, full-time, fully paid group of cyber troopers to counter the so-called DAP Red Bean gang of paid cyber troopers. Hope they would do that. The ex-DAP Youth activist has written about the DAP Red Bean activities in his blog “SYA – The One & Only”.

Let me give you an insight on some of known communist strategy employed in the West, specifically the US when they are in the minority or militarily disadvantaged. US Intel uncovered this in 1950s.
– Use mass or student riots to foment public protests against programs or organizations which have been identified as a target for attack. (AUKU, Suara Rakyat 505, targets – EC, Home Ministry, UMNO, BN etc)

(Not even a week into their job, both Home Minister and IGP immediately came under attack, Lahat Datu “sandiwara”, submarine, AV8, Kua Kia Soong “book”)
– Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and TV. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as “normal, natural, healthy. Weaken society by weakening its standard of morality. (Seksualiti Merdeka, LGBT)

Been living overseas for 10 years, never have an issue with other races- black, white, brown, zebra! Lim Kit Siang wrote a piece of shit that was published by Malaysia Chronicle, asking the IGP to resign for arresting and charging political wrong doers, saying he is carrying out a BN agenda instead of fighting crimes and mentioning cases like the “ragut handbag” of a Minister’s daughter.
What utter nonsense of the chauvinistic and racist bugger whose background is full of seditious and subversive acts and utterances, especially in his speeches prior to the general elections of 1969 which resulted in the race riots of 13 May. He was at the helm of DAP whose members and supporters uttered highly seditious and provocative words during their election victory celebration that sparked the riots that killed nearly 200 Malaysians.
A man who called for communist terrorist leader Chin Peng be allowed to enter this country. A man who has been ISA-ed for endangering national security and sentenced for sedition.
Since DAP has members and supporters who are elements of secret societies, thugs and gangsters, some of whom have been shooting people like the Deputy Director General of Customs stopping at traffic lights junctions, he should be using his influence to reduce the existence of such characters if he wants to be a responsible MP.
