Anak-Bapak: Rekod sokongan terbanyak hingga terburuk keatas BN, hanya dalam tempohmasa hanya satu terma pilihanraya umum sahaja
Generally, bloggers be it pro-UMNO or pro-PR are incurably ‘allergic’ to Khairy Jamaluddin. The highly controversial Rembau MP and Pemuda UMNO Vice Head managed to ‘wiggle’ his way as an UMNO Vice-President-stature Pemuda UMNO Head on 25 March 2009, despite the Disciplinary Board’s findings that he was involved in ‘money politics’ created much controversy. At that time, father-in-law PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was still the Sixth UMNO President.
Controversy was something very synonymous with the name ‘KJ’. For the past four years, KJ has been the talk of town with regards to highly explosive issues. One of the commenters posted this:

The common people on the street would have all that to say when the ‘name KJ’ is mentioned.
Needless to mention, some inwards-looking quarters within Pemuda UMNO strongly believed that their leader should be invited into the Federal Government under Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Mohd. Najib Tun Razak’s adminsitration, at least as a Cabinet Minister. Their arguments are:
1. The Pemuda UMNO Head is a Vice President stature. Other wings such as Wanita UMNO’s and Puteri UMNO’s Heads are Cabinet Minister and Deputy Minister respectively
2. Even the Pemuda UMNO Vice Head Dato’ Razali Ibrahim is a Deputy Minister in PM Najib’s administration. Historically, Pemuda UMNO Vice Head has been made a Cabinet Minister before. In 1986 after winning Pekan parliamentary seat, then Pemuda UMNO Vice Head Dato’ Mohd. Najib Tun Razak was made Minister of Youth and Sports by then Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad.
3. Wanita MCA, Wanita Gerakan and Pemuda MCA Heads are all Deputy Ministers in PM Najib’s adminsitration
The ‘isolation and exclusion’ of Khairy from being appointed into PM Najib’s administration must have really hurt KJ’s die-hard supporters’ within Pemuda UMNO ego. Being excluded at the very least also could have affected the moral and political resolve of Pemuda UMNO, who were deemed to be UMNO’s ‘fighting arm’. Then again, Pemuda UMNO should be reminded that Khairy’s ascension into the Vice-President -stature of UMNO is not by grassroots’ choice (as Khairy did not get the most nominations from UMNO Divisions all over the country) but the decision of the 304 Pemuda delegates. Pemuda UMNO now is bearing the ‘sins’ of these 304 delegates, who failed to realise the aspirations and sesitivities of the Pemuda UMNO grassroot a large.
Pemuda UMNO: Pilih politikwang atau masa depan anak bangsa?
Regardless, the ‘pressure’ is mounting for the Leadership to bring in Khairy at least as a Deputy Minister. The attempt to ‘pressure’ the Leadership is very consistent. The most glaring was during the recently concluded UMNO AGM where Pemuda UMNO Information Chief Dato’ Reezal Merican (0ne time PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah’s Political Secretary in Ministry of Finance) raised it formally during the Pemuda UMNO AGM. However there is a strong debate within UMNO on Khairy being pushed forward.
Coupled with the ‘diminishing resentment’ against Khairy at UMNO’s meeting nowadays (as compared to when he first ascended to the Pemuda UMNO Head position and UMNO main body delegates ‘boo’ed when his name was announced), Pemuda UMNO is gaining new ‘wind’ as some of them perceived that their Boss has been ‘accepted’ by UMNO at large.
When the rumour about Khairy was raised in Utusan Malaysia recently, we here at BigDogDotCom decided to take the debate on why Khairy should not be appointed into PM Najib’s administration in any capacity. It attracted so much attention and the debate was stiff. The emotions of so many commenters is reflective of their vehement rejection on Khairy’s appointment, even though it was just a rumour. The debate spurred a mini blog-war, since mainstream media systematically ‘excluded and isolated’ Khairy and even prefer to focus on Pemuda UMNO and Pemuda BN Vice Head Dato’ Razali Ibrahim for comments and statements. So much so, even new media thought to be linked to former NST strongman Kalimullah “Riong Kali” Hassan via Brenden Perreira is compelled to take the argument further.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 11 — Online attacks against Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin, which tapered off with the departure of Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, have been reignited by speculation that the Rembau MP will be made a deputy minister.
Bloggers campaigning against Khairy alleged that the Umno Youth leaders retreat held in Janda Baik last week had failed to attract a significant number of participants, to prove their point that the son-in-law of the fifth prime minister should not be promoted to the front bench.
“We are confident that PM Najib who is focusing on stabilising the economy and development will not make the strategic mistake or take a big risk by bringing Khairy Jamaluddin into his administration,” said a posting in a pro-Mahathir blog, BigDogDotCom.
The blog also alleged that Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Zahid Hamidi had openly supported Khairy to be made a minister at the Umno Youth retreat.
It also gave reasons why Khairy should not be made deputy minister, among which is appeasing Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
“Many are of the opinion that if the appointment comes true, Tun Dr Mahathir will start attacking PM Najib, like how PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah was attacked for three years,” said the blog.
Debate on the matter has also started in a pro-Umno Facebook group, Kelab Penyokong Umno, with some participants even threatening to leave the Malay party if Khairy is brought into the Najib administration.
Speculation on Khairy’s appointment started with the resignation of Deputy Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Sulaiman Abdul Rahman Taib last week.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak also did not rule out the possibility of a reshuffling of deputy ministers.
Khairy has refused to comment on the speculation.
During the Abdullah administration, Khairy has been accused of influencing government decisions, with most of the attacks originating from cyberspace.
Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad had also accused Khairy of attending government meetings when he was Umno Youth deputy chief.
But the attacks against the Rembau MP tapered off after he won the Umno Youth chief post and Abdullah’s retirement.

The attention and debate created only proves the point that Khairy and his people are in dire desparation to deploy counter-attack against this strong opposition being brought into the cybersphere on the strong rumours based on the consistent effort to make the most controversial Pemuda UMNO Head in history a Deputy Minister. It is also a PR attmpt to gauge feeling of Malaysians, particularly in cybersphere.
Khairy Jamaluddin: The face of arrogance
It was the blogs which mounted scathing attacks against the weakness and abuses PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah’s administration, all way back since 2005. Oneof the ealier ones is the aquisition of a brand new Airbus ACJ319 exective jet at the cost of almost RM 200 million. Even pro-UMNO portals such as MyKMU.net intensified attacks against one time ‘asprired’ Leader whom the country had so much hope of his ‘Mr Clean and son-of-Ulama’ image, whom also so many believed was ‘corrupted’ by the greed of his family members namely son Dato’ Kamaluddin Abdullah and son-in-law Khairy Jamaluddin. Even the way how Federal Government ‘plan and decide’ function was taken over and to a point ‘controlled’ by the much talked about Khairy’s creation of ‘Level Four Boys’.
Bloggers managed to create the strong awareness on the weakness and abuses of PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah’s adminsitration especially amongst the professionals, educated and urbanites that adversely affected that the support for BN and changed the Malaysian political landscape. Even traditional BN supporters changed their voting pattern habit, within just one electoral term. BN saw the record-breaking erosion feat from the thunderous and thumping ‘Feel Good Factor’ landslide win of 11th General Elections in March 2004 to the worst ever in 12th General Elections 8 March 2008 where BN unprecendentedly lost 5 + 1 states and the traditional and psychological 2/3 majority.
If bloggers could indirectly contribute so much for PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah’s premature departure (Remember: “I am not a one term Prime Minister”?), then we could do this again, anytime. Not too long ago, bloggers managed to attract the attention of Khairy’s former media co-ordinator Rashid Yusuf from being appointed as DPM Tan Sri Muhyiddin Mohd. Yassin’s Press Officer.
To under estimate the resilience and resolve of bloggers via the ‘new media’ was a costly mistake in the PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah’s camp. Now that PM Najib has denied speculations of a Cabinet reshuffle soon and Khairy himself not admitting on the rumour that he would be made a Deputy Minister anytime soon, does not mean bloggers woud ease of.

Yes, KJ has his weakness, but don’t forget, he was the only one that made sense among the young leaders in UMNO. His speech in UMNO GA says it all. He has shown maturity in the the past one year. And is that the reason behind this negative article on him? That he will perform if he becomes a Minister, and would outshine his peers? Please do not be afraid of competition and hide behind all these old recycled allegations!
Yes agreed, but he needs to sort out his image and his PR credentials. I think he has a future in politics, it all lies in whether UMNO leadership trusts him. The common people on the street’s perception is that Khairy = Corrupt.
He corrupted FIL PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah from being a ‘Mr Clean & Anak Ulama’ into a Prime Minister so many wants to forget, in so little time.
Khairy is one of the single most destructive element that PM ‘Flip-Flop’ Abdullah being so respected of his image that the rakyat gave him a thumping ‘Feel Good’ mandate in 11th GE to someone who so many disrespect in so short of time and BN saw the worse ever performance, since 1955 elections.
More over, UMNO Disciplinary Board did find him guilty for ‘politik-wang’. Unfortunately, he wasn’t reprimanded and allowed to continue the Pemuda UMNO Head race. Unfortunate for the majority of us, 304 Pemuda UMNO delegates voted him in against Dato’ Seri Dr Khir Toyo and Dato’ Mukhriz Mahathir (whom UMNO Divisions gave the most nominations; reflective of the grassroots’ aspirations).
Now that he is in, the fact that the perception of him being a corrupt politician has not waned.
UMNO cannot afford to have these sort of people be voted into party office and eventually into administration.
Yes, this about cleansing UMNO. It should start from Khairy, the most glaring leader in UMNO today.

I just had a kenduri for my old school buddies at my house last night and when KJ’s name came out, there were only sneers and words of bastardies for the S.O.B. Several of them still resented their loss of valuable contracts and hard work due to the interference of the former 1st Family particularly the one named SIL. It is apparent many just cannot forget the sham represented by KJ as well as his significant contribution for the loss of many BN votes during the last general election.
It would be a very grave mistake to UMNO and BN to appoint KJ as a deputy minister; just to please one S.O.B, UMNO and BN are likely to continue loosing the Silent Majority votes in the next GE. Indeed KJ is misplaced being Head of UMNO Youth, he should resign; otherwise he will continue to rot UMNO Youth. Many are only be too happy to see him migrate to Australia and live on the wealth he had amassed at the expense of many. This option does not preclude action to be taken against him for his shitty deals.
BN and UMNO should not allow such a destructive monster like KJ to reap the benefits of Najib’s performance; there are still many stinking holes that need to be repaired in BN and the road forward is long and winding for BN. The KJ factor continues to be a grave liability to UMNO and KJ’s appointment will make the Najib Administration smell SHIT.

Parpu, im here. But im not going to entertain ur non-cerebral comments. instead, im going to just share, last friday at lunch after friday prayers, 7 of my old friends from diffrent backgrounds gave their thoughts about national politics and not missing KJ out, the feedback was diverse.
3 felt that it was too early and much of his reputation has been tarnished. The other 2 were somewhat optimistic and felt KJ shld be given a chance as he can always be dropped if he is unsuitable and they added the way UMNO and most bloggers whom a pro-mahathir have been unfair. The 3rd opinon was actually the best, he felt that if ministerial appointments depended on what bloggers felt there will be 3 outcomes 1. Voice of the people can gauged who is popular and who isnt so u will stil get ppl like Mukhriz in parliament whom is clean and smart but does not do enough as a strong defender of opposition 2. Not so cool or uber DAP blogger like Jeff Ooi becomes an MP and delivers 0 value to malaysians and hardly blogs now, so whats the point 3. if pro UMNO bloggers operate in this way, eventually the highest bidder that can take care the whims and fancies of a blogger/s will rule.
The last guy to me made the most sense, whther KJ becomes or not, its up to the PM, but the way i see it is that with the new way of giving through the blogs, political infighting will go the next level up. Hell, i dont even see pro PR blogs whack KJ this hard.

I want to put this in before pergi kerja:
1. He was found guilty of money politics = corruption. Whether it was just in the UMNO Court is not relevant. The fact that he is a corruption criminal in UMNO is undeniable. On this score alone he should not be appointed to Cabinet. Otherwise,
huge negative implications on DS Najib, on UMNO, on the country.
2. The fact that there may be other corrupt fellows being given Cabinet posts is not relevant. Two wrongs don’t make one right. In any case, no other currently holding Cabinet posts is adjudged corrupt, is there?
3. I have not seen any lists of the good deeds that he has done other than officiating opening ceremonies as an MP. Especially regarding mending the fences among the UMNO Youth factions, rallying the youths of the country into useful and productive activities like computer classes etc, instilling good values into Mat Rempits and the like. Would any one like to put up such a list?
KJ equal corruption. Who is not btw in umno? BZ, in terms of public speaking, KJ wins hands down if to compare with the entire Cabinet Minister. That’s for sure. Everything else..pretty much they are equal.

Jika PM tidak mengambil tindakan utk membawa perubahan besar dlm barisan pimpinan dan singkirkan pemimpin yg korup, dunggu dan bodoh sudah tentu PM akan terpaksa minta kerja dgn Jobstreet tidak lama lagi. PM dan pemimpin barisan dunggu yg lain semua akan disingkirkan oleh rakyat juga.
Lepas tu pulak apa akan berlaku? UMNO akan hancur. Apa sebab UMNO akan hancur? Sebab ramai pemimpin UMNO akan melompat masuk ke dalam Pakatan. Percayalah. Pasti ini akan berlaku. Jika UMNO kalah, kemungkinannya besar Najib sendiri akan melompat masuk Pakatan.
Yg tingal dalam UMNO hanya Big Dog, Laksa Mana, Voice dan beberapa kerat saja.

Salam, saya rasa penulis blog ni “buyers”. Apa sahaja komen atau pandangan yang tidak menyokong KJ akan dikatakan penulis upahan atau cyber tropers. Saya rasa tak adil la macam tu. Sepatutnya kita memberi perbincangan yang bernas dan saksama. Lagi satu tak payah la menggunakan perkataan-perkataan yang kesat disini. Kita orang melayu, beradat dan berilmu.
